Description

【0001】

The plurality of signal lines 12 are connected to the distal end of the electric wire 10 for electric lock connection that is drawn out of the notch 3 of the door 2 in advance regardless of the lock case body 4 via the connection tool 13. Y place connection process, and then, after the Y place connection process is completed, the lock case body pushing process of pushing the lock case body 4 into the notch 3 of the door 2 together with the connection tool 13, and after that, the joiner contractor. However, it consists of an electric lock mounting step in which the lever handle 5, the key cylinder 6 and the like are mounted on the lock case body 4 that has already been pushed in, and the lock case body 4 and the front plate 7 are fixedly mounted on the door 2. That is, in the conventional attachment method including the connection in the electric lock for doors, the electrician has always performed the Y-location connection process before the joiner contractor fully attaches the electric lock 1 to the door 2.
[0006]
Therefore, in the joinery construction and electrical construction at the above-mentioned Y location using the conventional electric lock 1, there are the following problems.
(1) It becomes a cause of troubles between electrical contractors and joinery contractors. In other words, the conventional electric lock 1 requires that a professional electrician first performs the electric construction (connection work) first, and then the joiner contractor attaches the electric lock 1 on the construction side. is there. Therefore, when the electrical construction of the electrical contractor is not finished, even after joinery contractor is forever, it can not mounting operation of the electric lock 1, as a result, joinery construction is delayed. Therefore, it can be a cause of trouble.
(2) When the wiring work of the electric contractor is completed, and then the fitting contractor attaches the electric lock 1 to the door 2, the lock case main body 4 is pushed in as shown in FIG. Depending on the structure of the door 12, 12 is sandwiched between members of the door 2, which may damage the signal line.
(3) In addition, the connection at the Y position is when the lock case body 4 is pushed into the notch 3 of the door 2 because the signal line 12 is “hanging” at the rear end of the lock case body 4 even after the connection. Must be performed carefully so as not to damage the signal line 12 and the connection tool 13 with one hand, for example. Therefore, the attaching operation itself of the lock case body 4 is not easy.
[0007]
By the way, although there are the above-mentioned drawbacks in terms of construction, these drawbacks present a problem in terms of maintenance after construction. In other words, once the joiner contractor who is an expert in installing the electric lock 1 performs the joiner construction, the connection at the Y position is completely hidden in the door 2 as shown in FIG. However, once the electric lock 1 is attached to the door 2, it is very difficult to check the connection at the Y position. It is necessary to remove the electric lock 1 from the door 2 as described above in order to check the connection at the Y location. Generally, even if an electrician is a professional electrician, Because I am not a professional, I can't do it alone. In other words, in order to improve maintenance, it is necessary to borrow the power of the on-site contractor.
[0008]
Therefore, the appearance of an invention that should solve the above problems from the viewpoint of improvement in construction and maintenance is demanded from the field.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above-described conventional demands, the first object of the present invention is to eliminate a cause of trouble between an electrician and a joiner. The second purpose is to easily connect the Y points and not to damage the signal lines of the electric lock. The third object is that, in terms of maintenance, it is possible to easily check the connection at the above-described Y position without an electrician contracting the labor of a fitting contractor.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the mounting method including the connection of the electric lock for the door of the present invention, first, it is guided into the connection storage part 25 through the electric wire inlet 26 of the connection storage part 25 provided at the upper part or the lower part of the lock case body 4A. The leading end of the electric wire 10A in the door 2A is pulled out from the opening 29 of the connection storage portion 25, and the signal line 12A of the electric lock 1A existing in a protruding shape in the connection storage portion 25 is removed from the opening 29. A signal line drawing process A to be drawn out, a lock case body fitting process B in which the lock case body 4 is fitted into the notch 3A of the door 2A after the signal line drawing process A, and then the lock case body 4A is electrically An electric lock mounting step C in which the lock component is mounted and the lock case main body 4A is fixedly mounted to the door 1A, and then an electric wire that is in a drawn state from the opening of the connection storage portion 25 or drawn from the opening 10A tip And pushing the connecting step D for connecting via pop-out tip and the wire connection member 13A, a 13A of the signal line 12A, after the end of the last connection step D, and the connection portion connecting housing portion 25 of the lock casing body 4A, Alternatively, it is characterized by comprising a connection part storing step E that is put back in and closes the front opening 30 of the connection storage part 25 with the front supplementary plate 33.
[0011]
In the above configuration, when the construction work of the electrical contractor precedes the joiner contractor, the order of the connection process D and the electrical lock mounting process C may be switched.
[0012]
Further, the method of attachment including the connection of the electric lock for the door of the present invention is guided into the connection storage part 25 through the electric wire inlet 26 of the connection storage part 25 provided at the upper part or the lower part of the lock case body 4A. The leading end of the electric wire 10A in the door 2A is pulled out from the opening 29 of the connection storage portion 25, and the signal line 12A of the electric lock 1A existing in a protruding shape in the connection storage portion 25 is removed from the opening 29. a signal line lead step A1 withdrawing to, after this signal line lead step A1, the lock casing body fitting step B1 fitting the lock case body 4 to the notch portion 3A of the door 2A, the opening of the connection housing portion 25 in extended state, or pop-out tip and the connection member 13A of the tip portion and the signal line 12A of the wires 10A pulled out from the opening, a connection process D1 for connecting through 13A, after completion of the connection process D1, Serial and connection portion receiving step E1 forcing the connection portion connecting housing portion 25 of the lock casing body 4A, the electric lock components attached to the lock casing body 4A, and the lock casing body 4A is attached to the fixedly door 1A And an electric lock mounting step C1 for closing the front opening 30 of the connection storage portion 25 with a front supplementary plate 33 constituting the front plate 7A.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to a first example shown in FIGS. In the mounting method including the connection in the door electric lock of the first embodiment, the electric lock 1A shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 is directly used. Next, the invention of the present method will be described in detail with reference to the reference numerals used to describe the electric lock 1A.
[0014]
The electric lock 1A shown in FIG. 9 to FIG. 11 pushes the lock case body 4A into the notch 3A formed in the opening side end 2a of the door 2A, and then the lock case body, as described in the prior art. The lever handle 5A, the key cylinder 6A and the like are mounted on 4A, and the lock case body 4A is appropriately fixed. Thereafter, the front plate 7A is attached via the first fixing tool 8A. Further, the lock case body 4A is provided with a vertical mounting plate portion 20 facing the front plate 7A in an ear shape, and the vertical mounting plate portion 20 has a vertically protruding portion through which the lock case body fixing fixing tool 21 penetrates. Each hole 22 is formed. This is the same as the conventional example.
[0015]
Thus, the main difference from the conventional example is that the lock case body 4A is extended in a more vertically long shape to form a box-shaped connection storage portion 25 for the Y portion. That is, the connection end portion for the connection tool 13A of the signal line 12A of the electric lock 1A is exposed in a protruding manner on the upper or lower portion (upper portion in this embodiment) of the lock case body 4A to which the lever handle 5A and the key cylinder 6A are attached. In addition, the electric wire inlet 26 is formed on the one side so that the tip of the electric wire 10A (electric lock side electric wire) in the door 2A that is directly connected to the electric wire on the control panel side can be drawn in on one side surface. It is that.
[0016]
The front plate 7A is formed on a front plate main body 28 fixed to the lock case main body 4A via the plurality of first fixing tools 8A and the first mounting holes 27, and on the front plate main body 28, and From a front supplementary plate 33 fixed to the front plate body 28 via a plurality of second fixing tools 31 and a second mounting hole 32 so as to close the front opening 30 communicating with the opening 29 of the connection storage portion 25. It is to be made.
[0017]
The second mounting hole 32 for the front supplementary plate 33 is formed in a slightly thin vertical abutting piece 34 that is connected to the upper and lower edges of the front opening 30 in steps. The front plate body 28 is formed with a through hole 35 for a dead bolt 14A and a through hole 36 for a latch bolt 15A. Further, a through hole 37 for mounting the front plate body into which the first fixing tool 8A enters is formed in the vertical mounting plate portion 20 of the lock case body 4A.
[0018]
Next, the attachment method including the connection in the electric lock for doors using the said electric lock 1A is demonstrated. FIG. 4 is an overall process diagram.
[0019]
A is a signal line drawing process for drawing out the tip end portion of the electric wire 10A in the door 2A and the signal line 12A of the electric lock 1A from the opening of the connection housing portion 25 of the lock case body 4A.
[0020]
In this signal line drawing process A, either a fitting contractor or an electric contractor may perform, but in this case, if the person who executes the signal line drawing process A is a fitting contractor, it is performed as follows. That is, generally, since the fitting contractor does not generally connect the Y portion, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, before fitting the lock case body 4A of the electric lock 1A into the notch 3A of the door 2A, The leading end of the electric wire 10A is guided to the connection storage portion 25 via the electric wire inlet 26 formed in the lock case main body 4A, and is drawn out from the opening 29 of the connection storage portion 25, while the lock case main body 4A. Similarly, the signal line 12A of the electric lock 1A exposed in a protruding manner in the connection housing portion 25 is pulled out through the opening 29 in the same manner. On the other hand, when the electric contractor executes the signal line drawing process A, it is performed as described above.
[0021]
Next, B is a lock case body fitting process in which the lock case body 4 is fitted into the notch 3A of the door 2A after the signal line drawing process A. This lock case main body fitting process B is executed by either a joiner or electrician.
[0022]
Next, C is an electric lock attachment process for fixedly attaching the electric lock 1A to the door 1A. In this electric lock attaching step, as shown in FIG. 6, first, the lock case main body 4A is fixed to the door 2A via the lock case main body fixing fixture 21 and its through hole 22, and the lock case main body after fixing is fixed. Attach lever handle 5A, key cylinder 6A, etc. to 4A. Further, the front plate body 28 constituting at least the front plate 7A is fixed to the lock case body 4A via the first fixing tool 8A, the first mounting hole 27, and the like.
[0023]
This electric lock attachment process C is executed by a joiner, but the joiner should leave the front supplementary plate 33 constituting the front plate 7A depending on the construction situation. Of course, even if the leading end of the drawn wire 10A and the protruding leading end of the signal line 12A are pushed into the connection housing portion 25 of the lock case main body 4A and the front supplementary plate 33 is temporarily fixed via the second fixing tool 31. good.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 7, D is a connecting tool 13A that connects the distal end portion of the electric wire 10A and the protruding distal end portion of the signal line 12A that are in a state of being drawn out from the opening of the connection housing portion 25 of the lock case body 4A or drawn out from the opening. It is a wiring process for connecting through 13A. This connection process D is performed by an electrician. In this case, when signal conversion is necessary, for example, a two-wire conversion adapter (not shown) is interposed between the connecting tools 13A and 13A. In this connection step D, if the supplementary plate 33 is fixed to the front plate body 28 via the second fixing tool 31, the supplementary plate 33 is first removed, and then the connection storage portion 25. The tip end portion of the electric lock side electric wire 10A housed inside and the tip end portion of the protruding signal line 12A of the electric lock 1A are appropriately taken out from the openings 29 and 30 of the electric lock 1A, respectively, and the connection work is performed.
[0025]
E, after completion of the wiring process D, pushes the Y connection part (Y part; connection tool 13A, 13A, 2-wire conversion adapter, tip part of each line) into the connection storage part 25 of the lock case body 4 or puts it back. And it is a connection part accommodation process which closes the front opening 30 of the connection accommodation part 25 with the front supplementary board 33. FIG. This connection part accommodation process E is mainly performed by the electrician. As shown in FIG. 8, the electric contractor fixes the front supplementary plate 33 constituting the front plate 7A to the front plate main body 28 of the lock case main body 4A through the second fixing tool 31, the second mounting hole, and the like.
[0026]
By the way, the attachment method including the connection in the door electric lock using the electric lock 1A is performed when the joiner is the first and the electric contractor is the latter, but as shown in FIG. The same can be done when the contractor is the first and the joiner is the latter.
[0027]
That is, when an electrical contractor wants to perform electrical construction (connection work) before installation of an electric lock of a joinery contractor, the electrical contractor must attach an electric lock 1A including each component (lever handle, key cylinder, etc.). Since it is not usually attached to the door, the wire connection work is executed using only the lock case body 4A excluding each component.
[0028]
Therefore, in such a case, the order of the invention of the method is as follows. First, an electrician performs a signal line drawing process A1 and a lock case body fitting process B1. In the signal line drawing step A1, as described above, the tip end portion of the electric wire 10A in the door 2A and the signal line 12A of the electric lock 1A are pulled out from the opening of the connection housing portion 25 of the lock case body 4, respectively. In the lock case body fitting step B1, the lock case body 4A is simply inserted into the notch 3A of the door 2A. The lock case body 4A is appropriately disposed at the construction site.
[0029]
Next, the electrical contractor performs the connection process D1. When this connection step D1 is completed, the connection portion should preferably be pushed into or returned to the connection storage portion 25 of the lock case body 4. In such a case, unlike the first embodiment, the connection portion storing step E1 does not include a step of fixing the front supplement 33 to the front plate body 28 of the lock case body 4A. The electrician preferably simply puts the connected Y portion into the connection storage unit 25.
[0030]
Finally, the joiner contractor performs the electric lock attaching process C1. In this electric lock mounting step C1, not only the front plate body 28 is fixed to the lock case main body 4A, but also the front supplementary plate 33 is fixed to the front plate main body 28 via the second fixing tool 31, the second mounting hole and the like. The act of doing is also included. In addition, in this electric lock attachment process C1, the fitting construction contractor may perform the connection part accommodation process E1 mentioned above.
[0031]
【Example】
The electric lock 1A used in the first embodiment is integrally formed with a connection housing portion 25 for Y-location connection having a wire inlet 26 at one end (upper or lower) of the lock case body 4A. The connection storage part 25 is not necessarily provided integrally with the lock case body 4A, and the lock case body 4A and the connection storage part 25 may be provided separately. That is, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the electric lock 1B includes a lock case main body 4B and a connection storage box 40 formed separately from the lock case main body 4B. The upper wall 40a is formed with a wire inlet 26B for guiding the tip of the electric wire 10B in the door 2B into the connection storage portion 25B of the connection storage box 40, while the lower wall 40b of the connection storage box 40 is provided. A slightly larger signal line for guiding the distal end portion of the signal line 12B of the electric lock 1B protruding from one side wall (for example, the upper wall) of the lock case body 4B into the connection storage portion 25B. A lead-in port 41 is formed.
[0032]
Accordingly, in the front plate 7B, the front plate main body 28B that desirably closes the opening of the lock case main body 4B and the front supplementary plate 33B that closes the opening 29B of the connection storage box 40 are formed as separate bodies. In addition, in the electric lock 1B shown in FIG.13 and FIG.14, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part same as the electric lock 1A used for 1st Example, and duplication description of the electric lock 1B is abbreviate | omitted.
[0033]
A third embodiment of the method of the present invention using the electric lock 1B is as shown in FIG. That is, as shown in FIG. 16, A2 first inserts the tip of the electric wire 10B in the door 2B into the electric wire inlet 26B on one side wall of the connection storage box 40 formed separately from the lock case body 4B, and The leading end of the electric wire 10B guided into the connection storage box 40 is pulled out from the opening 29B of the connection storage box 40, and the electric lock 1B protruding from one side wall of the lock case body 4B. Similarly, the signal line 12B is inserted into the signal line lead-in port 41 formed on the other side wall of the connection storage box 40, and the leading end of the signal line 12B guided into the connection storage box 40 is connected to the connection storage box 40. This is a signal line drawing process from the connection storage box 40 drawn out from the opening 29B.
[0034]
Next, B2 is a lock case main body and connection storage box fitting step in which the lock case main body 4B and the connection storage box 40 are respectively fitted into the notches 3B of the door 2B after the signal line drawing step A1.
[0035]
Next, C2 is an electric lock attachment process in which the electric lock component is mounted on the lock case body 4B, the lock case body 4A is fixedly attached to the door 1B, and the connection storage box 40 is fixed to the door 1B. .
[0036]
Next, D2 is in a state of being drawn out from the opening 29B of the wiring storage box 40, or connecting the leading end of the electric wire 10B drawn from the opening 29B and the protruding leading end of the signal line 12B via the connecting tools 13B and 13B. This is a connection process.
[0037]
E2 pushes the connection portion of Y place into the connection storage box 40 separate from the lock case main body 4B after the connection process D2 ends, or puts it back in, and 29B of the connection storage box 40 by the front supplementary plate 33B. It is the connection part accommodation process of closing. If the front plate 7B is configured in the same manner as the front plate 7A of the first embodiment in the connection portion storing step E2, the front supplementary plate 33B is used to form the front plate body as in the first embodiment. Close the front opening. Even when the electric lock 1B is used, when the electric contractor carries out the wiring work before the joiner contractor, the electric lock attaching step C2 and the electric lock attaching step C2 are performed as in the second embodiment of the present invention. The order of the wiring process D2 is switched.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
(1) It is possible to eliminate the cause of trouble in the construction order between the electric construction contractor and the joinery contractor.
(2) The electrical construction (connection work) can be easily performed, and the signal line of the electric lock is not damaged.
(3) In terms of maintenance, it is possible to easily inspect and repair the connection at the Y position without an electrician contracting the labor of a fitting contractor.
