Description
Claims (14)
- グルコースと反応して過酸化水素を生成することが可能な酵素をそれぞれ含有する2つの親水性ゲルディスクと、
前記ゲルディスクを収容することが可能な2つの孔を有する枠と、
前記ゲルディスクに対応する位置に設けられた電極、測定装置との接続のための端子、および前記電極と前記端子との間を電気的に接続させる回路手段が形成されており、前記枠の上部に取り付けられるフレキシブル回路基板とを備え、
前記電極は、
炭素を含む白金金属インクまたはAg/AgClを含むインクを用いて形成され、グルコースを皮膚から抽出するための第1および第2の引き出し電極と、
白金金属と炭素を含むインクを用いて形成され、親水性ゲルと抽出されたグルコースとの反応によって生成される電流を測定するための電圧を印加する作用電極と、
Ag/AgClを含むインクを用いて形成され、親水性ゲルと抽出されたグルコースとの反応によって生成される電流を測定するときの基準電位として使用される基準電極と、
炭素を含む白金金属インクを用いて形成され、親水性ゲルと抽出されたグルコースとの反応によって生成される電流を測定するための対極とから構成され、
さらに、前記電極は、0.01〜10Mの硫酸溶液に浸漬した後、サイクリックボルタンメトリーを用いて0.1〜1.2Vの範囲で酸化反応を行う前処理過程を経ることを特徴とするグルコース抽出用パッチ。 - 前記枠の下部に取り付けられ、前記枠の前記2つの孔に対応する位置に前記2つの孔の直径より小さい直径の2つの切取部を有するフィルムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。
- 前記枠の前記2つの孔の下部には、前記親水性ゲルディスクを支えるために、孔の内方に突出した翼部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。
- 前記ゲルディスクは下面の面積が上面の面積より小さく、
前記枠の前記2つの孔は前記ゲルディスクに対応する形態を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。 - 前記作用電極の白金と炭素の重量比は95:5であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。
- 前記第1の引き出し電極は環状を有し、前記親水性ゲルディスクのいずれか一つに対応するところに位置し、
前記第2の引き出し電極は一部分が切り取られた環状を有し、前記親水性ゲルディスクの他の一つに対応するところに位置し、
前記作用電極は円形の形状を有し、前記環状の第2の引き出し電極の内側に位置し、
前記基準電極と前記対極は前記第2の引き出し電極の切り取られた部分に一列に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。 - 前記第1の引き出し電極は環状を有し、前記親水性ゲルディスクのいずれか一つに対応するところに位置し、
前記第2の引き出し電極は一部分が切り取られた環状を有し、前記親水性ゲルディスクの他の一つに対応するところに位置し、
前記作用電極は円形の形状を有し、前記第2の引き出し電極の環状の内側に位置し、
前記基準電極と前記対極は前記第2の引き出し電極の切り取られた部分に並列に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。 - 前記第1の引き出し電極は環状を有し、前記親水性ゲルディスクのいずれか一つに対応するところに位置し、
前記第2の引き出し電極は環状を有し、前記親水性ゲルディスクの他の一つに対応するところに位置し、
前記作用電極は円形の形状を有し、前記第2の引き出し電極の環状の内側に位置し、
前記基準電極と前記対極は前記第2の引き出し電極の環状の外周を略半分ずつそれぞれ取り囲むように位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。 - 前記電極と前記端子と前記回路手段は前記フレキシブル回路基板上の同一の面に形成されており、前記端子が形成されている基板部位は切り取られているため、前記端子が前記基板の反対面に露出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板は絶縁性接着剤によって前記枠に取り付けられ、前記接着剤は前記電極を除いた部分に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のグルコース抽出用パッチ。
- 請求項1記載のグルコース抽出用パッチを製作する、グルコース抽出パッチの製作方法において、
親水性ゲルディスクを収容するための枠に前記親水性ゲルディスクを入れる第1段階と、
フレキシブル回路基板用フィルム上に銅線で端子と回路パターンを形成する第2段階と、
前記回路パターンが形成された面に、第1の材質からなる電極パターンを有するマスクを整列させ、第1の材質からなるインクを塗布した後、キュアリングする第3段階と、
各電極材質に対して第3段階を繰り返し行う第4段階と、
前記第4段階以後、所定の時間キュアリングする第5段階と、
前記キュアリングされたフィルムの電極を除いた部位に接着剤を塗布し、前記親水性ゲルディスクを収容した枠に接着させる第6段階と、
前記第5段階以後、前記電極を0.01〜10Mの硫酸溶液に浸漬した後、サイクリックボルタンメトリーを用いて0.0〜1.2Vの範囲で酸化反応を行う段階とを備えるグルコース抽出用パッチの製作方法。 - 前記第5段階における前記キュアリング時間は3時間であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のグルコース抽出用パッチの製作方法。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板用フィルムの端子に対応する部位は切り取られていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のグルコース抽出用パッチの製作方法。
- 前記枠のフレキシブル回路基板が取り付けられる面の反対面に、前記親水性ゲルディスクの直径より小さい直径の孔が前記親水性ゲルディスク対応部位に形成されたフィルムを付着させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のグルコース抽出用パッチの製作方法。
