【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主にコンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等の店内に設置されている商品陳列棚等に載置することにより用いられ、商品の自動前出しが容易な商品陳列ユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等では、図12に示す商品陳列ケース50の各商品陳列棚51に、多種類の商品52が豊富に陳列されている。商品52は手前の方から売れてゆくため、必然的に手前の部分が空くことになり、従って、奥にある商品52を手前に出す所謂前出し作業が必要となる。この為、種々の自動又は半自動の前出し機能を備えた商品陳列棚又は商品陳列具が多数提案されている。例えば、収納ケース53の底部に多数のローラ54が商品陳列ケース50の扉55側に下り勾配となるように取り付けられた商品陳列ユニット56がある(特開平8−24091号公報参照)。この商品陳列ユニット56は、商品52に対して仕切り機能を有する側板57の幅寸法が決められているから、それに適合する商品52のみが利用できる。従って、商品52のサイズに合わせた複数種類の商品陳列ユニット56を取り揃え、在庫管理しておく必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の商品陳列ユニット56は、商品52のサイズに合わせた複数種類のものを取り揃えておく必要があるから、その費用が高く管理も煩雑となりやすい。また、この商品陳列ユニット56はサイズが決まっているから、商品陳列ケース50内の各商品陳列棚51の模様替えするときの自由度が低く、やりずらい。更に、ローラ54は収納ケース53の底部全面に多数配設されているから、構造が複雑であり商品陳列ケース50の製作費用が高くなってしまう。

そこで、図13に示すように、自動前出しを維持しつつ、商品52のサイズに合わせて、側板57、57間における幅寸法を決め、そのまま別体の位置決め固定機58により商品前出し機59を位置止め出来る商品陳列ユニット56aが考えられる。この商品陳列ユニット56aでは、商品52のサイズに合わせて、側板57、57間における幅寸法を決めることが出来て都合が良い。しかしながら、この商品陳列ユニット56aは、商品前出し機59以外に位置決め固定機58が必要になり、また、商品陳列ケース50の間口寸法は、各種ありまちまちであるから、その間口寸法に合った位置決め固定機58が必要となり、位置決め固定機58は代替え性が乏しく、結局、この商品陳列ユニット56aでは、商品陳列ケース50内の各商品陳列棚51の模様替えを支障なく行うために、商品前出し機59以外に各種寸法の位置決め固定機58が必要となって、その費用負担と在庫管理が必要となる。加えて、前出し本体60には商品52の全幅ではないにしても、多数のローラ54が配設されるから、構造が複雑でありその製作費用が高くなりがちである。

従って、本発明の目的は、自動前出しを維持しつつ、商品のサイズに合わせて設定出来、模様替えが自由容易で、しかも在庫管理もほとんど必要なくかつ構造簡単で安価な商品陳列ユニットを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる状況において、本発明者は、鋭意検討を行った結果、前出し本体にローラの代わりに滑り材を設置し、更にこの前出し本体に仕切り板を設け滑り材上の商品の移動をガイドさせる商品前出し機を構成し、商品の幅寸法に合わせて仕切り板間距離を決め商品前出し機同士を連結し位置止めする位置決め固定機を、上記の商品前出し機に設けて一体構成の商品陳列ユニットとするか、又は別体として組合せの商品陳列ユニットにすれば、多数のローラを使用しない分構造が簡単になり、商品のサイズに合わせて仕切り板間距離を自由に設定出来、商品の種類数に応じて一体構成の商品陳列ユニットを順次追加して行けば良く、商品のサイズごとの商品陳列ユニットを多数在庫管理したり、寸法違いの位置決め固定機を在庫管理する必要もないことを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本請求項1に係る発明は、前出し本体上にある商品を外力により商品取出部位側に移動させる作動装置を含むと共に、前記前出し本体にこれを前後方向に平行に分割する仕切り板を設け前記商品の移動をガイドしてなる商品前出し機と、前記商品の幅寸法に合わせて前記仕切り板間距離を決め前記商品前出し機同士を連結し位置止めする位置決め固定機と、からなることを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。また、本請求項2に係る発明は、前出し本体上にある商品を外力により商品取出部位側に移動させる作動装置を含むと共に、前記前出し本体にこれを前後方向に平行に分割する仕切り板を設け前記商品の移動をガイドしてなる商品前出し機と、前記商品の幅寸法に合わせて前記仕切り板間距離を決め前記商品前出し機同士を連結し位置止めする位置決め固定機と、からなり、前記商品前出し機に前記位置決め固定機を設けて一体構成としたことを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、商品前出し機と一体構成の位置決め固定機によって、商品前出し機同士を商品のサイズに合わせて連結し位置決め出来、その状態で商品陳列棚上に載置し、その際商品前出し機の商品取出部位側を商品陳列棚の扉側に来るようにして、前出し本体上に商品を置けば、商品前出し機の外力を付与する作動装置により、商品取出部位側まで自動前出しでき、商品や商品陳列棚のサイズに関係なく、商品陳列棚上の模様替えが出来る。

また、本請求項3に係る発明は、前記作動装置が、前記前出し本体に滑り材をほぼ水平に設け、使用時に前記前出し本体を前記商品取出部位側に傾斜させてなる商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、滑り材の傾斜角を商品の状況に応じて自由に設定出来、その設定状態のまま商品陳列棚の上に載置すれば、滑り材上の商品をその状況に応じて、その自重に由来して常時働く分力により、商品を商品取出部位側に移動させ得る。

また、本請求項4に係る発明は、前記作動装置が、前記前出し本体に滑り材を前記商品取出部位側に傾斜させて設けてなる商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、滑り材の傾斜角が予め設定されているから、そのまま商品陳列棚等の上に載置すれば、滑り材上の商品を上記分力により、商品を商品取出部位側に移動させ得る。

また、本請求項5に係る発明は、前記作動装置が、前記前出し本体の仕切り板を境にして区分した一方に滑り材をほぼ水平に設けると共に、他方にローラをほぼ平行に設け、使用時に前記前出し本体を前記商品取出部位側に傾斜させてなる商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、滑り材及びローラの傾斜角を商品の状況に応じて自由に設定出来、その設定状態のまま商品陳列棚等の上に載置すれば、滑り材及びローラ上の商品をその状況に応じて協動し、上記分力により商品取出部位側に移動させ得る。

また、本請求項6に係る発明は、前記作動装置は、前記前出し本体の仕切り板を境にして区分した一方に滑り材を前記商品取出部位側に傾斜させて設け、他方にローラを前記商品取出部位側に傾斜させて設けてなる商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、滑り材及びローラの傾斜角が予め設定されているから、そのまま商品陳列棚等の上に載置すれば、滑り材及びローラ上の商品を協動して、上記分力により商品取出部位側に移動させ得る。

また、本請求項7に係る発明は、前記商品前出し機の商品取出部位側の仕切り板端部に少なくとも一個分の商品につき幅調節スペーサを設けて、前記商品前出し機同士を位置決めする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、商品前出し機の仕切り板に設けられた幅調節スペーサで商品を軽く当て、仕切り板間距離を決め、その状態で商品前出し機同士を位置決め固定機により連結し位置決めすると、円滑な自動前出しに最適な位置決めが出来る。

また、本請求項8に係る発明は、前記位置決め固定機は、前記仕切り板間距離を決める位置決めピッチ板を有する商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、商品前出し機と一体構成の位置決め固定機によって、商品前出し機同士を商品のサイズに合わせて、その位置決めピッチ板により、確実に連結し位置決め出来る。

また、本請求項9に係る発明は、前記商品陳列ユニットの前方端に、商品の転落を防止する止め板を設け、該止め板の上方部を商品陳列側に屈曲させ、該上方部側で商品を当接するようにした商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、背丈及び重心が高い商品の転落を確実に防止できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態をあげて本発明を図1〜11に基づいて詳述する。
図1は本発明の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットの組立状態を示す斜視図、図図2は本発明の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットの使用状態を示す斜視図、図3は本発明の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットの要部を示す斜視図である。図において、商品陳列ユニット1は、前出し本体2上にある商品3を外力により商品取出部位A側に移動させる作動装置4を含むと共に、前出し本体2にこれを前後方向に平行に分割する仕切り板5を設け商品3の移動をガイドしてなる商品前出し機6と、商品3の幅寸法に合わせて仕切り板5間距離を決め商品前出し機6同士を連結し位置止めする位置決め固定機7と、からなり、商品前出し機6に位置決め固定機7を設けて一体構成としたものである。

前記前出し本体2は、上板10の両側に細長い2枚の側板11、12が、その両端に商品取出部位A側に位置する側板13及びその反対側の側板14が取り付けられてなる。この側板11の下端面には、前記位置決め固定機8が嵌められる凹溝15、16が刻まれ、これらの凹溝15、16間には凸部17がある。この前出し本体2には、前述のように、仕切り板5が設けられているが、この仕切り板5は前出し本体2の軸方向に平行に2等分割でなく、図1、2中左側に片寄って分割されている。

そして、この前出し本体2の上板10は、仕切り板5を境にして側板11側の上板10a及び側板12側の上板10bに分かれている。これら上板10a及び上板10bには前記作動装置4、すなわち、リブ状の滑り材18がほぼ水平に設けられ、使用時にこの前出し本体2は前記商品取出部位A側に傾斜される。このリブ状の滑り材18には特に限定が無いが、摩擦係数μが限りなく零に近いものが良いのは言うまでもない。従って、この摩擦係数μが、従来例での多数のローラ54のころがり摩擦と同等のリブ状の滑り材18を選択し、同じ傾斜角にこの前出し本体2を傾斜させれば、リブ状の滑り材18上の前記商品3は、その自重に起因して常時働く分力により、従来例のローラ54の場合と同じように商品取出部位A側に移動する。なお、図2において、19は止め板で、この止め板19は商品取出部位Aに近在して商品3の倒れ及び落下防止用のもので、保持具20により支持されている。止め板19は、上方部が商品陳列側に屈曲しているため、背丈及び重心が高い商品の転落を確実に防止できる。

また、商品取出部位Aに位置する仕切り板5端部には幅調節スペーサ30が一体に形成され、幅調節スペーサ30は、仕切り板5端部に少なくとも一個分の商品3につき対応している。これは、商品3の種類によりその寸法が異なるから、仕切り板5間の最適距離を決め、商品前出し機6同士の位置決めするのに、幅調節スペーサ30同士で一個の商品4を挟めなければならない、ことによる。更に、この幅調節スペーサ30の厚みは、これが無い仕切り板5間において、商品3との間にどの程度の余裕があれば、リブ状の滑り材18上の商品3が最もスムーズに商品取出部位A側に移動するかにより、決定される。すなわち、幅調節スペーサ30の厚みは、各種商品についての実験及び経験則に基づき決定される。
なお、図4に示すように、幅調節スペーサ30aは、前記仕切り板5端部に着脱自在であっても良い。このような幅調節スペーサ30aであると、幅調節機能の無い商品前出し機6aにも幅調節機能を付与出来て都合が良い。

前記位置決め固定機7は、水平板31に矩形切欠32が設けられ、この矩形切欠32には掛け部33があり、この位置決め固定機7は商品前出し機6の前出し本体2の細長い側板12に取り付けられている。位置決め固定機7の水平板31及び矩形切欠32は、前記前出し本体2の側板11の下端面に設けられた凹溝15、16に嵌めることが出来、掛け部33は凹溝15、16間にある凸部17に引っ掛けることが出来て、2つの商品前出し機6間に置くことが出来る商品3の最大幅を規制している。

次に、上記構成になる商品陳列ユニット1の使用方法を説明する。
まず、商品前出し機6の側板12に位置決め固定機7を設けて一体に構成した、必要数の商品陳列ユニット1を用意する。すなわち、幅調節スペーサ30が一体に形成された少なくとも2以上の商品陳列ユニット1を用意するか、あるいは幅調節機能の無い商品前出し機6aを含む商品陳列ユニット1と、同数の着脱自在の幅調節スペーサ30aとを用意する。次に、図12に示す商品陳列棚51に2つ以上の商品陳列ユニット1を所定の傾斜、すなわち、リブ状の滑り材18上の商品3の状況に応じてその傾斜を自由に設定出来るから、その自重に起因して常時働く分力により、商品取出部位A側に移動するのに充分な傾斜、を有するように載置収納する。その際、商品前出し機6の側板13が扉55側に来るようにする。図4の商品前出し機6aの場合は、仕切り板5端部に幅調節スペーサ30aを嵌めれば、商品前出し機6と同様になる。

そして、一の商品前出し機6に他の商品前出し機6の位置決め固定機7を嵌め、両商品前出し機6の幅調節スペーサ30間のリブ状の滑り材18上に商品3を置き、位置決め固定機7に嵌められた2つの商品前出し機6を移動させ、幅調節スペーサ30にて商品3を軽く当てた状態にするだけで、簡単に位置決め出来、2つの商品前出し機6を連結し位置止めすることが出来る。更に商品3を並べたい場合には、商品陳列ユニット1を順次追加して、上記と同じ作業をすれば良い。この状態で商品3を取り出すと、図5に示すように、各幅調節スペーサ30間の幅寸法Xは商品3の幅寸法Yとほぼ等しく、各仕切り板5間の幅寸法Zは商品3の幅寸法Yより程よく大きく(X≒Y<Z)、仕切り板5間距離が自動前出しに最適に設定されているから、後に続く商品3は幅調節スペーサ30の無い仕切り板5にガイドされ、先頭の商品3が前記止め板19に当たるまで移動する。

図6、7は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列ユニット1aを示し、図1〜5に示す商品陳列ユニット1との相違点は、商品前出し機6bの前記作動装置4aが、前出し本体2の上板10a、10b全面に平面状の滑り材18aをほぼ水平に設けたものである点にある。なお、この平面状の滑り材18aは、特に限定がなく、上板10の表面に滑剤を塗布したようなものでもよい。その他の構成、作用は、図1〜5に示す商品陳列ユニット1と同様なので、図面に符号を付してその説明を省略する。

図8は本発明の他の実施形態の商品陳列ユニット1bを示し、図1〜5に示す商品陳列ユニット1との相違点は、商品前出し機6cの作動装置4bが、前出し本体2の仕切り板5を境にして区分し、この仕切り板5と側板11との間にローラ34をほぼ平行に設けると共に、上板10bにリブ状の滑り材18をほぼ水平に設けたものである点にある。その他の構成、作用は、図1〜5に示す商品陳列ユニット1と同様なので、図面に符号を付してその説明を省略する。

図9は本発明の他の実施形態の商品陳列ユニット1cを示し、図1〜5に示す商品陳列ユニット1との相違点は、商品前出し機6dの作動装置4cが、前出し本体2aにリブ状の滑り材18を商品取出部位A側に傾斜させて設け、更に位置決め固定機7aが前記仕切り板5間距離を決める位置決めピッチ板35を有する点にある。すなわち、前出し本体2aは、上板10の両側に商品取出部位Aに近づくに従い幅狭くなっている細長い2枚の側板36、37が、上板10の両端に商品取出部位Aに位置する側板38及びその反対側の側板39が取り付けられてなり、上板10の上面が側板39から側板38に向けて下り勾配になり、その上板10、すなわち、上板10a、10bにリブ状の滑り材18が設けられている。従って、リブ状の滑り材18上の前記商品3は、予め傾斜角が設定されているから、そのまま商品陳列棚等の上に載置すれば、その自重に起因して常時働く分力によって、商品取出部位A側に移動する。

また、前出し本体2aの側板36の下端面には、前記位置決め固定機7aが嵌められる凹溝40が刻まれている。位置決め固定機7aが位置決めピッチ板35を有しているから、これのピッチ35aにより、商品前出し機6dと一体構成の位置決め固定機7aによって、商品前出し機6d同士を商品3のサイズに合わせて、その位置決めピッチ板35のピッチ35aに凹溝40の突起(不図示)を嵌めるから、確実に連結し位置決め出来る点にある。なお、この商品陳列ユニット1cには幅調節スペーサ30が無いが、これは位置決めピッチ板35のピッチ35aにより、仕切り板5間距離を決めるため、必要無いからである。その他の構成、作用は図1〜5に示す商品陳列ユニット1と同様なので、図面に符号を付してその説明を省略する。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、請求項1又は請求項2の発明によれば、商品前出し機と一体構成又は別体構成の位置決め固定機によって、商品前出し機同士又はこれに位置決め固定機を商品のサイズに合わせて連結し位置決め出来、その状態で商品陳列棚上に載置し、その際商品前出し機の商品取出部位側を商品陳列棚の扉側に来るようにして、前出し本体上に商品を置けば、商品前出し機の外力による作動装置により、商品取出部位側まで自動前出し出来、商品や商品陳列棚等のサイズに関係無く、商品陳列棚上の模様替えが出来る。従って、商品サイズに係わりなく自動前出しが出来、各種商品サイズに合わせた商品前出し機の在庫が必要ないのは無論のこと、模様替えの自由度が高く容易で、しかも一体構成品のため在庫管理もほとんど必要なくかつ構造も簡単であるから安価に出来る。

請求項3の発明によれば、滑り材の傾斜角を商品の状況に応じて自由に設定出来、その設定状態のまま商品陳列棚等の上に載置すれば、滑り材上の商品をその状況に応じて、その自重に由来して常時働く分力により、商品を商品取出部位側に移動させ得る。従って、上記効果に加え、商品の状況にほとんど影響されずに、滑り材上の商品を商品取出部位まで確実に移動させることが出来る。

請求項8の発明によれば、商品前出し機と一体構成の位置決め固定機によって、商品前出し機同士を商品のサイズに合わせて、その位置決めピッチ板により、確実に連結し位置決め出来る。従って、上記効果に加え、一度、連結し位置決めした一体構成の商品前出し機同士が離れて、その位置決め状態が崩れるようなことがほとんど無くなる。

請求項9の発明によれば、止め板の上方部で商品を当接するため、背丈及び重心が高い商品の転落を確実に防止できる。
