Claims (12)
- 生産稼働時における型締力を補正するトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法において、金型の閉鎖に伴う物理量の変動量が予め設定した閾値に達したことに基づいて前記金型の閉鎖点を検出するとともに、前記閉鎖点を検出したときのトグル機構におけるクロスヘッドの位置を検出し、かつ検出したクロスヘッドの位置から前記閉鎖点における可動盤の位置(閉鎖位置)を求める閉鎖位置検出モードを設け、予め、閉鎖位置検出モードを実行することにより、目標値の型締力を得る閉鎖位置を基準値として設定するとともに、生産稼働時に、閉鎖位置検出モードを実行することにより、実際の閉鎖位置(検出値)を求め、この検出値と基準値の偏差に基づいて型締力を補正することを特徴とするトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記物理量は、前記金型の閉鎖に伴う負荷トルク,前記金型の閉鎖に伴うクロスヘッドの速度,前記金型の閉鎖に伴うクロスヘッドの加速度,前記金型の閉鎖に伴う外乱により発生する推定トルク,前記金型の閉鎖に伴うクロスヘッドの位置偏差の一又は二以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記金型を閉鎖するに際し、前段に設定した異物検出区間により異物検出処理を行うとともに、この異物検出区間が終了したなら、後段に設定した閉鎖点検出区間により前記金型に対する閉鎖点の検出処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記クロスヘッドの位置は、型締用サーボモータの回転数を検出するロータリエンコーダのエンコーダパルスを用いて検出することを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記検出値は、前記閉鎖位置検出モードを複数回にわたって実行し、得られる複数の閉鎖位置の平均から求めることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記偏差に対する許容範囲を設定し、前記偏差が前記許容範囲を越えたなら前記補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は5記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記偏差を複数回にわたって連続して求め、求めた偏差が連続して前記許容範囲を越えたなら前記補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記偏差に対する許容範囲を設定し、前記偏差が前記許容範囲を越えたなら、その旨を報知することにより、オペレータが手動で補正できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記補正は、前記偏差が小さくなる方向に圧受盤を移動させることにより自動で行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記補正は、前記偏差に対して1未満の係数を乗算して得た補正量により行うことを特徴とする請求項9記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記補正は、トグル式型締装置における既設の自動型締力設定機能を利用することにより自動で行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記圧受盤の位置は、圧受盤移動用駆動モータの回転数を検出するロータリエンコーダのエンコーダパルスを用いて検出することを特徴とする請求項9記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
