第1嵌合形状と、内部で移動可能な係止片を備える錠本体と、を備える第1端部と、
第2嵌合形状と、前記係止片が係合することで前記錠本体が係止可能となる被係止部と、を備える第2端部と、
一端及び他端がそれぞれ前記第1端部及び前記第2端部に接続され、予め円筒コイル状にくせがつけられているワイヤー部と、
を備える施錠装置と、
前記第1嵌合形状及び前記第2嵌合形状とそれぞれ嵌合し抜き差し可能に保持する第3嵌合形状及び第4嵌合形状と、
前記第3嵌合形状及び前記第4嵌合形状の間に設けられ、棒状であり軸線方向に見た内壁が略C字状で、前記ワイヤー部を前記略C字状の両端の間の挿入口から前記内壁の内側に挿入可能であるワイヤー収納部と、
を備える保持部材と、
