Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a watertight container for incorporating various devices that cannot be wetted with water, oil, or the like, and particularly to a watertight container having a structure with good corrosion resistance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
3 and 4 show an example of a conventional watertight container, FIG. 3 is an external side view thereof, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view showing a portion B in FIG.
3 and 4, the watertight container 51 includes a cylindrical container body 52 having both ends opened, and lids are provided on the surfaces of the opened portions 53 (see FIG. 4) on both sides of the container body 52. The container body 52 and the lid 54 are fixed with bolts 55 that are brought into close contact with each other and screwed to the container body 51 through the lid 54. In this structure, when the strength is required, generally, the bolt 55 is formed of a metal material different from the container main body 52 and the lid 54. However, there is a problem that local batteries are generated due to contact between different metals and electrolytic corrosion occurs, resulting in poor corrosion resistance.
[0003]
Therefore, as a method for preventing this electrolytic corrosion, a structure in which the bolt is not in contact with the container body and the lid has been proposed. 5 and 6 show a structural example of a watertight container adopting this structure, FIG. 5 is an external side view thereof, and FIG. 6 is an enlarged view showing a C portion in FIG.
5 and 6, the watertight container 71 includes a cylindrical container body 72 having both ends opened, and flange-shaped ridges respectively formed at both opened ends of the container body 72. The lid 74 is brought into intimate contact with the surface of the portion 73, the bolt 75 is inserted through the lid 74 and the flange portion 73, and the nut 76 is fastened to the tip of the bolt 75 protruding from the opposite surface of the flange portion 73. The container body 72 and the lid 74 are fixed. Further, an insulating bush 77 is inserted into the mounting hole into which the bolt 75 is inserted, and the electrolytic corrosion is prevented from passing through the insulating bush 77 so that the bolt 75 does not contact the container main body 72 and the lid 74 in the mounting hole. Is preventing.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the structure of the watertight container shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 has a structure in which flange-like flanges 73 are formed at both ends of the container main body 72, so that it is difficult to manufacture and the material is limited. For this reason, there has been a problem that costs due to material costs, processing costs, and the like are high.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a watertight container that can be realized at low cost by reducing manufacturing costs.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A watertight container according to the present invention has a cylindrical metal container body having an open end, and a flange portion having an outer diameter larger than the outer periphery of the container body, and the inner surface of the flange portion is connected to the container body. A metal lid attached in close contact with the opening surface to close the opening, and a position on the flange portion that is out of contact with the opening surface of the container body, and the flange portion in the front-rear direction From the container main body engaged with the engagement portion formed by providing a through hole, an engagement portion formed by providing a circumferential groove in the outer peripheral portion on the opening end side of the container main body, and the container main body A fixing ring that is arranged on the outer periphery of the container main body in a state in which movement in the pulling-out direction is restricted so as to face the flange portion of the lid, and is formed of an insulating material made of a resin material that has a C-ring shape. A screw hole formed on the fixing ring side corresponding to the mounting hole, and the screw A bush formed of a pipe-like insulating material mounted in the hole, and inserted into the mounting hole from the outside of the lid and passed through the insulating bush, and then screwed into the screw hole of the fixing ring And a bolt for fastening between the lid and the fixing ring.
[0007]
According to this, since dissimilar metals are arrange | positioned via an insulating bush, the contact of dissimilar metals can be eliminated. Thereby, corrosion resistance improves and it can be used for a long time.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 and 2 show one embodiment of a watertight container according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is an enlarged view showing a portion A in FIG. 1 in a cutaway view, and FIG. 2 is an external side view of the watertight container. .
1 and 2, the watertight container 1 includes a cylindrical container body 2 having both ends opened, and open portions 3 (see FIG. 1) on both sides of the container body 2 are fixed to a lid 4. The ring 5, the bolt 6, the insulating bush 7, etc. are respectively used and sealed in a symmetrical manner.
[0009]
More specifically, the container body 2 is made of a metal material such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or carbon steel, and a circumferential groove 8 is formed on the outer periphery of each opened portion 3. In addition, the formation of the circumferential groove 8 provides a state in which an engagement portion 10 bulged in a bowl shape is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the opening end.
[0010]
Similarly to the container body 2, the lid 4 is made of a metal material such as stainless steel or carbon steel, and protrudes from the outer peripheral side surface of the container body 2 and a portion 11 that is in close contact with the opening of the container body 2. The flange portion 12 is integrally formed and is formed in a substantially disk shape. In addition, a plurality of mounting holes 13 into which the insulating bush 7 and the bolts 6 are inserted correspond to a portion located outside the container body 2 in the flange portion 12 (approximately 90 degrees in this example). 4) are formed at intervals. The insulating bush 7 is made of a resin material (insulating material) such as ABS resin, polyacetal, or polyamide.
[0011]
The fixing ring 5 is made of a resin material (insulating material) such as ABS resin, polyacetal, polyamide, etc., like the insulating bush 7, and is formed in a substantially ring shape. Moreover, although not shown in the figure, a crack is formed in a part, and the structure is such that the part of the circumferential groove 8 of the container body 2 can be arranged in the ring by expanding the part of the crack. Accordingly, the inner diameter thereof is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the circumferential groove 8 in the container main body 2, and a concave portion 14 is formed in the inner peripheral portion corresponding to the engaging portion 10 of the container main body 2. In addition, a screw hole 15 to which the bolt 6 is screwed is formed at a position corresponding to the attachment hole 13 on the lid 4 side.
[0012]
Next, an example of the assembly procedure of the watertight container 1 configured as described above will be described. First, necessary devices are assembled in the container body 2. Next, the fixing ring 5 is attached to the outer periphery of the container body 2.
Subsequently, the lid 4 attached by inserting the insulating bush 7 into the mounting hole 13 is prepared, the portion 11 of the lid 4 is inserted into the container body 2, and the inner surface of the flange portion 12 is brought into contact with the opening surface of the container body 2. A close contact is made to close the opening. At the same time, the fixing ring 5 is engaged and disposed in the circumferential groove 8 to be in close contact with the lid 4, and the attachment hole 13 and the screw hole 15 are made to correspond to each other. At this time, the engaging portion 10 of the container main body 2 is received in the recess 14, thereby restricting the movement in the direction in which the fixing ring 5 comes out of the container main body 2.
Next, the bolt 6 is screwed into the screw hole 15 of the fixing ring 5 from the outside of the lid 4 through the attachment hole 13, and the gap between the lid 4 and the fixing ring 5 is strongly tightened. This is performed for each mounting hole 13 portion. Then, the container body 2 and the lid 4 are fixed in close contact with each other. When this operation is performed for both ends of the container body 2, the assembly of the watertight container 1 is completed. FIG. 2 shows the watertight container 1 after being assembled in this way.
[0013]
Therefore, in the structure of this embodiment, the bolt 6 is inserted into the mounting hole 13 via the insulating bush 7 and the bolt 6 does not contact the lid 4 and the container body 2. Even if it is made of a metal material different from that of the lid 4 or the like, contact between different metals does not occur. Thereby, it is possible to prevent local corrosion from occurring due to contact between dissimilar metals and to cause electrolytic corrosion, and to improve corrosion resistance.
Further, since it is not necessary to provide a flange-like ridge on the outer periphery of the opening portion of the container body as used in the conventional structure described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and provided at a low cost. Such effects can be expected.
[0014]
In addition, in the said form example, although the structure where the both ends of the container main body 2 were opened was disclosed, it can apply similarly to the thing of the structure where one side end is opened.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the dissimilar metals are arranged via the insulating bush, so that the contact between the dissimilar metals can be eliminated. Thereby, corrosion resistance improves and it can be used for a long time. In addition, the structure can be simplified, and it can be expected that the manufacturing cost can be reduced and provided at a low cost.
