近年、携帯電話機の機能は多機能化しつつあり、インターネットに接続できる機能を備えた携帯電話機が広く普及しつつある。ユーザは、そのような携帯電話機を使用することによって、インターネット上の種々のサイトにアクセスすることができ、サイトから文字情報、画像情報等のコンテンツの提供を受けることができる。
