BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1a is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1b is a cross-sectional view showing a use state of the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, one embodiment of the anti-snoring and nasal prosthesis according to the present invention comprises a placement adjusting means 100, an insertion prosthesis means 110, a contact support means 120 and an upper nose prosthesis means 130.
The insertion prosthesis means 110 is inserted into the inside through the nostrils on both sides, and contacts the upper part of the inside of the nose and presses it outward, so that a pair of inner compression tools 111 for raising the nasal muscles and preventing snoring are formed. It is attached to the upper end of the trunk 113.
The buckling stem 113 is formed with a bent portion 115 so that the inner compression tool 111 fixed to the upper end can contact the upper inside of the nose, and the lower end is connected to the position adjusting means 100. The inner pressing member 111 is made of a material that does not harm the human body, for example, silicon while having elasticity.
The position adjusting means 100 is for adjusting a position for adjusting a contact position of the inner compression device 111.
The position adjusting means 100 includes a housing 102 having a guide groove 103 formed on an upper surface for moving the both-sided holding stem 113, an adjustment bolt 105 rotatably coupled to an inner middle of the housing 102, An adjusting bolt 105 is screwed into the intermediate portion, and the adjusting bolt 105 is rotated so as to be linearly movable by rotating the adjusting bolt 105. A circular ring 108 formed at the lower end of the both-sided holding stem 113 is rotatably connected to the bolt 107 at both ends. A moving plate 106 is connected to the housing 102, and an adjusting knob 101 is fixed to an end of an adjusting bolt 105 protruding from the front surface of the housing 102.
The two-sided guide groove 103 is formed with an inclined portion 104 in which the interval gradually narrows while moving forward from the rear portion, and the front portion is formed with a narrow interval, so that the both-side inner compression tool 111 is inserted into the inside of the nose, When the both holding arms 113 are moved forward by rotating the adjustment knob 101, the inner compression members 111 on both sides are narrowed and come into contact with the upper part of the inner surface of the nose to elevate the nose.
The contact support means 120 is in close contact between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip so that the inner compression tools 111 on both sides are stably contacted and fixed to the upper part of the inner surface of the nose. It consists of a contact wing 121 to be attached.
Since the contact wing portion 121 has a pair of elastic grooves 123 formed in a curved portion on the inner surface, the contact wing portion 121 comes into more stable contact.
The upper nose shaping means 130 has a lower end of a bullet-bearing stem 133 fixed to both ends of the contact wing portion 121, and an upper compression tool 131 is attached to an upper end of each bullet-bearing stem 133, It is for raising the upper part of the nose.
An annular bent portion 134 is formed at an intermediate portion of the both-sided bearing stem 133 to increase elastic contact force, and both-sided bearing stems 133 are formed at both ends of the contact wing portion 121. The insertion hole 125 can be inserted into and separated from the insertion hole 125.
Hereinafter, the operation of the snoring prevention device and the nasal prosthesis according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1A and 1B.
First, the user inserts the inner compression device 111 of the insertion supplementary means 110 into the nostril while bringing the contact wing portion 121 of the contact support means 120 into contact with the lower part of the nose.
At this time, since the bent portion 115 is formed in the middle portion of the bullet bearing stem 113, the inner compression tool 11 is easily inserted into the nostril, and the contact support means 120 has the elastic groove 123 formed on the inner surface thereof. Therefore, it adheres more elastically and stably.
After the inner compression device 111 is inserted into the nose as described above, the position of the inner compression device 111 is adjusted using the position adjusting means 100. That is, when the position adjustment knob 101 fixed to the end of the adjustment bolt 105 is turned, the adjustment bolt 105 rotates together, and the movable plate 106 connected to the adjustable bolt 105 moves forward, and the movable plate 106 Since the lower circular ring 108 of the stem 113 is coupled to the bolt 107, when the moving plate 106 moves, the elastic stem 113 moves along the guide groove 103 of the housing 102.
When the two-sided holding stem 113 moves along the inclined portion of the guide groove 103 while the interval is narrowing, the interval of the inner compression device 111 fixed to the upper end of the two-sided holding stem 113 is also reduced and the upper part of the inner surface of the nose is reduced. And presses the nose from the inside, so the nose is raised.
In addition, the upper nose replacement means 130 is configured such that the upper compression tool 131 fixed to the upper end of the both-side elastic bullet bearing trunk 133 presses the upper both sides of the nose. The upper part of the nose is raised by the upper pressing member 131 while the nasal muscle is raised by the pressing member 111.
The upper compression device 131 should be made of a soft material having elasticity similarly to the inner compression device 111.
As described above, when the present invention is used, the end of the nose is pressed from the inside to the outside by the inner pressing device 111 to increase the volume of the nose and the nasal cavity, thereby preventing snoring and guiding the nose muscles to rise.
In a reference example (comparative example) of the position adjusting means 100, as shown in FIG. 2, a guide groove 112 is fixed to a front middle portion of a housing 102, and a movable plate 116 is slidably coupled to the guide groove 112. On both sides of the housing 102, an inner compression tool 111 is slidably coupled with an elastic stem 113 fixed to an upper end, and a lower end is fixed to both ends of the upper moving plate 116. A spring 109 for elastically holding the moving plate 116 forward is inserted into a guide rod 112 between the moving plate 116 and the housing 102, and an adjusting knob 101 is inserted into a screw portion 114 formed outside the guide groove 112. Are combined.
In the reference example of FIG. 2, the housing 102 contacts the contact wing portion 121 of the contact support means 120 formed at the rear portion between the lower part of the nose and the upper lip, and inserts the inner compression device 111 into the inside of the nose. Then, when the adjusting knob 101 is released, the moving plate 116 moves forward by the elasticity of the spring 109, whereby the inner pressing portion 111 elastically contacts the upper part of the inner surface of the nose and presses it outward.
3a and 3b show another embodiment of the upper nose shaping means 130. FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower end of the bullet-bearing trunk 133 is inserted into an insertion hole 117 formed in the front surface of the housing 102, and the lower part of the bullet-bearing trunk 133 is provided with an annular bent portion 134. Are formed, and a nose support portion 132 is fixed to an upper end portion of the ammunition trunk 133. Further, the nose support portion 132 has a groove formed at the center so as to be placed on the upper surface of the nose.
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the upper nose shaping means 130 inserts the elastic trunk 133 into insertion holes 125 formed at both ends of the contact wing part 121 of the contact supporting means 120, or FIG. As shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, it can be inserted into an insertion hole 117 formed in the front surface of the housing 102, and can be selectively used according to insertion and removal.
In other words, two upper compression tools 131 are used by connecting the elastic trunks 133 to both ends of the contact wing part 121, respectively, or one elastic trunk 133 is connected to the front part of the housing 102 to support the nose support. 132 or no upper nasal prosthesis 130 may be used.
This embodiment utilizes a nose support 132 coupled to an upper end of a bullet-bearing stem 133 in contact with an upper part of a nose as shown in FIG. 3B, and the elasticity of the bullet-bearing stem 133 is formed on a lower side. It is used by adjusting it so that it acts strongly or weakly by the ring-shaped bent portion 134. The configuration and operation other than the above are the same as those of the embodiment of FIGS. 1A and 1B.
FIG. 4 shows still another embodiment of the position adjusting means. FIG. 4a is a perspective view, FIG. 4b is a plan view, and FIG. 4c is a partial cross-sectional view, FIG. 4e shows an operation explanatory diagram, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 4, another embodiment of the position adjusting means 100 is such that a twist guide rail 204 twisted in a spiral having a long pitch is provided between the contact wing portion 121 and the fixing portion 202 of the contact supporting means 120. An adjustment bolt 205 is fixed to both ends, and an adjustment bolt 205 is fixed to an intermediate part.An adjustment nut 201 connected to the adjustment bolt 205 is rotatably connected to an intermediate part of the moving plate 206. The bushing 203 is slidably connected to the torsion guide rails 204 on both sides, and the lower ends of the elastic bearings 113 are fixed to the outer peripheral surfaces of the bushings 203.
The operation of another embodiment of the position adjusting means 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4A to 4E.
When using this position adjusting means 100, the contact wing part 121 of the contact supporting means 120 is brought into contact with the lower part of the nose, and after inserting the inner pressing tool 111 into the nostril, the adjusting nut 201 is rotated to move the moving plate 206 forward. The bushings 203 connected to both ends of the moving plate 206 are rotated by the spiral surface while moving forward along the torsion guide rails 204 on both sides. Is fixed, the two-sided holding stem 113 rotates together with the bushing 203, and is fixed to the upper end of the two-sided holding stem 113 as shown in FIG. The inner compression device 111 contacts the upper inside of the nose while narrowing.
Then, when the adjustment nut 201 is continuously rotated, the inner compression tool 111 presses the upper part of the inner surface of the nose outward, thereby increasing the volume of the nasal cavity, preventing snoring and raising the nasal muscle.
The torsion guide rail 204 is formed in a rectangular shape, for example, a spiral inclined surface is twisted in a range of 15 degrees to 65 degrees, and the ammunition trunk 113 and the inner compression device 111 are suitable for use in a range of 15 degrees to 65 degrees. It is formed to rotate at an angle.
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, another embodiment of the position adjusting means 100 is connected by a fixing part 202, has a sloping opening part 225, and has a both-side guide rail 223 having a scale 222 formed on an upper surface. Is connected to the contact wing portion 121 of the contact support means 120, an adjustment bolt 205 is fixed to an intermediate portion between the contact wing portion 121 and the fixed portion 202, and the adjustment bolt is fixed to an intermediate portion of the moving plate 206. An adjusting nut 201 screwed to 205 is rotatably coupled to the movable plate 206. Both ends of the moving plate 206 are coupled to bushings 224 slidably coupled to the guide rails 223 on both sides, and the outer peripheral surfaces of the bushings 224 on both sides. Has a configuration in which the lower end portion of the ammunition stem 113 is fixed.
Reference numerals 221 and 226 in FIGS. 5A and 5B denote through holes formed on the upper surface of the movable plate 206 so that the adjustment nut 201 and the holding trunk 113 protrude.
The two-sided guide rail 223 is formed so that a portion far away from the contact wing portion 121 is almost parallel, and an inclined expanding portion 225 is formed in which an interval gradually increases while going from the middle portion to the contact wing portion 121. Since the scale 222 is formed on the guide rail 223 and the amount of movement of the inner compression device 111 can be measured, the nose can be conveniently shaped while looking at the scale 222.
Hereinafter, the operation of the position adjusting means 100 according to another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 5A and 5B.
When using another embodiment of the position adjusting means 100, after inserting the inner compression tool 111 into the nostril, rotating the adjusting nut 201 to move the moving plate 206 away from the contact supporting means 120, the both-side bushing 224 will slide along the guide rail 223. And, since the interval between the both-sided holding stems 113 is gradually reduced while passing through the inclined expanding portion 225 of the guide rail 223, the position is adjusted while the inner compression tool 111 fixed to the upper end of the holding trunk 113 is narrowed. When the adjustment nut 201 is further rotated to some extent, the inner compression tool 111 pushes the inner part of the nose muscle outward, so that the nasal cavity volume is increased to prevent snoring and to prevent snoring. Will stand high.

The lower end of the resilient stem 113 inserted through the upper through hole 236 is fixed to both sides of the shaft 235, and the adjusting lever 231 is fixed to the middle of the shaft 235, and the housing is fixed. A stopper 232 is connected to a lower part of the angle adjusting gear 233 by a spring 234 so as to be elastically held upward.
The operation of another embodiment of the position adjusting means thus performed will be described with reference to FIGS. 6A and 6B.
When the position adjusting means 100 of this still another reference example contacts the contact support means 120 with the lower part of the nose, inserts the both-side inner pressing tool 111 into the nostrils, and adjusts the angle adjusting lever 231, the bullet-bearing stem 113 Rotates forward, and the inner compression device 111 fixed to the end of the ammunition stem 113 rotates together to contact the upper inside of the nose and press it outward, thereby increasing the nasal cavity volume and preventing snoring. , The nose is raised up.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing another reference example (comparative example) of the snoring prevention and nasal prosthesis. FIG. 7b is a partially cutaway side view, and FIG. Show. As shown in FIG. 7, an elastic supporting trunk for adjusting the position is provided on the upper side of each nasal cavity by pressing the nasal muscle to elevate the nasal muscle and preventing the snoring from scratching. It is configured to be integrally connected to the 300.
The elastic support stem 113 is bent substantially in a V shape and has a bent portion 115 at an intermediate portion, and the elastic support stem 300 is bent substantially in a V shape, and is provided with a support portion 301 and an elastic support portion 302, A bent portion 303 is provided in an intermediate portion, and holding portions 304 and 305 are provided in the support portion 31 and the elastic portion 302, respectively. Further, a pad forming a curved portion may be attached to the supporting portion 301 so as to correspond to the shape of the nasal groove of the face.
Next, the operation of the anti-snoring and nasal prosthesis thus performed will be described with reference to FIGS. 7A, 7B and 7C.
When such a snoring prevention and nasal prosthesis is used, the grips 304 and 305 on both sides of the elastic support trunk 300 are grasped by hand to narrow the support portion 301 and the elastic holding portion 302, and to the nostril together with the inner compression device 111. After insertion as shown in FIG.7c, when the finger is released, the support part 301 and the elastic support part 302 of the elastic support stem 300 are opened by the restoring elasticity, and the inner compression tool 111 contacts the upper part of the nose and the nasal muscles. By pressing, the nasal muscles are raised to prevent snoring.
8 shows another reference example (comparative example), FIG. 8a shows a front view and a partial plan view, and FIG. 8b shows a partially cutaway side view showing a use state.
As shown in FIG. 8, another reference example of the snoring prevention and nasal prosthesis is a pair of insides for preventing the snoring by raising the nose by pressing the nose at the upper part of each nasal cavity. The compression tool 111 is attached to the ends of a pair of bullet-bearing stems 113, and a bent portion 115 is formed on the inner side thereof. The 401 is integrally connected to each other, and the concave and convex portions 404 are formed on the both-side support base 401, and the two-sided holding stem 113 and the support base 401 are respectively inserted into the adjustment tool 410 for adjusting the position and adjusted. By moving the tool 410, the distance between the bullet-bearing stem 113 and the support 401 is adjusted.

As shown in FIG. 9, the snoring prevention and position adjusting means 100 in still another embodiment of the nasal prosthesis is located at the upper inside of each nasal cavity and presses on the nasal muscles to raise the nasal muscles and prevent snoring. An inner compression device 111 is attached to the upper end portion of the holding trunk 113, and a pair of support trunks 501 are connected to the rear surface of the housing 102. Element 510 is fixed, and the above-mentioned ammunition stem 113 is fixed to the tip of each compression-element ammunition element 510.
The upper nose supplementary means 130 has a configuration in which one end of a bullet-bearing stem 520 is fixed to each side surface of the housing 102, and an upper compression tool 521 is attached to the other end of the bullet-bearing stem 520. .
Here, the compression device elasticity holding element 510 has a configuration in which an inner tube 511 is elastically coupled to an inner portion of an outer tube 512, and a spring 513 for elastically holding the upper portion is inserted in the inner tube 511. . The compression device elastic holding element 510 may have a multi-stage elastic folding structure other than the two-stage elastic folding structure.
The housing 102 and the upper compression tool 521 are portions that come into contact with the face, and are made of a soft material or placed on the top.
FIG. 9a illustrates the effect of another embodiment of the snoring and nasal prosthesis thus performed.
9B and FIG. 9C.
In this other reference example, when the inner compression device 111 is pressed into the nostril with the outer tubes 511 and 512 of the compression device elastic holding element 510 being reduced, the compression device While the outer tubes 511 and 512 of the holding elements 510 are stretched by the restoring elasticity of the spring 513, the inner compression device 111 elastically contacts the upper inside of the nose, and the both elastic members connected to both sides of the housing 102. The upper compression device 521 adheres to the trunk 520, and the upper compression device 521 elastically contacts both sides of the upper part of the nasal muscle. When worn repeatedly for a certain period, the volume of the nasal cavity is increased to prevent snoring. The nose can be raised.
