【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、主として広い軸受
面や軸受幅を必要とする回転板や回転軸などの軸受とし
て好適に使用することが出来る、ころがり軸受に関す
る。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来より、ころがり軸受としては、外レ
−スと内レ−スとの間に所要数の玉やコロが保持器を介
して転動自在に保持せしめられたもの、あるいは、両側
一対の円板間に所要数の玉やコロが保持器を介して転動
自在に保持せしめられたもの等が知られている。そし
て、かかる従来のころがり軸受は、回転軸と軸受部との
間に配設せしめ、回転軸を支えて円滑に回転運動せしめ
るものとされている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、上述の如く
構成された従来のころがり軸受は、回転軸を支えて円滑
に回転運動せしめることが出来る反面、軸受面や軸受幅
が非常に狭いため、広い軸受面や軸受幅を必要とする回
転板や回転軸等には適用せしめることが出来ないもので
ある。 【0004】本発明は、かかる従来例の問題点を解決
し、広い軸受面や軸受幅を必要とする回転板や回転軸を
支えて円滑、かつ確実に回転運動せしめることが出来
る、ころがり軸受を提供しようとするものである。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】即ち、本発明は、可撓性
を有する略シ−ト状の軸受基板2a・2b・2cに所要
数の嵌合孔4が形成され、該各嵌合孔4には所要の転動
体5が遊嵌されると共に、該各転動体5を一部外方突出
状に転動保持せしめるべく軸受基板2a・2b・2cの
両面に各々ポケット部8付き保持体6が対向状に取付け
られてなることを特徴とする、ころがり軸受を要旨とす
るものである。 【0006】 【発明の実施の形態】以下に、本発明の実施の形態を図
面に示す一実施例に基づいて説明する。図1〜図4は本
発明の第1実施例を示すもので、同図中、1aはころが
り軸受、2aは該ころがり軸受1aを構成する円板状の
軸受基板で、該軸受基板2aは可撓性を有する合成樹脂
製シ−ト材より形成されている。3は該軸受基板2aの
中心に形成された軸孔、4は軸受基板2aに形成された
所要数の嵌合孔で、該嵌合孔4は軸受基板2aの外周縁
に沿って同一円周上に所定ピッチ毎に形成されている。
5は上記各嵌合孔4に遊嵌された所要径の玉、6は該各
玉5を転動自在に保持せしめるべく軸受基板2aの両面
に各々対向状に取付けられた保持体、7は該保持体6を
構成する小径円板状の取付け部、8は玉5を一部外方突
出状に保持せしめるべく該取付け部7の中心に形成され
たポケット部で、該ポケット部8の内周面は玉5の外周
面に沿うべく円弧状に形成されている。 【0007】上述の如く構成されたころがり軸受1a
は、図4に示すように、所要の玩具などを構成する固定
板9と回転板10との間に固定軸11を介して同軸状に
回転自在に介在せしめる。そして、固定板9の外周縁に
配設された駆動ロ−ラ12により所定方向に回転作動す
る回転板10を支持せしめる。このさい、ころがり軸受
1aは円板状の軸受基板2aに保持体6を介して所要数
の玉5が転動自在に保持されているから、その軸受面と
軸受幅とが非常に広く、ひいては、回転板10をしっか
りと支持して円滑、かつ、確実に回転作動せしめること
が出来る。また、軸受基板2aは可撓性を有するものと
されているから、適正に撓み、回転板10の回転作動に
伴う衝撃を緩和せしめることが出来るものである。 【0008】図5は本発明の第2実施例を示すころがり
軸受1bで、軸受基板2aに径の異なる3条の円周上に
沿って各々所定ピッチ毎に玉5が保持体6を介して転動
自在に保持された点が第1実施例と相違し、他の部分は
同一であり、同一符号は同一部分を示す。そして、上述
の如く構成されたころがり軸受1bは、第1実施例と同
様に、固定板(図示略)と回転板(図示略)との間に同
軸状に介在せしめて使用に供するものである。 【0009】図6及び図7は本発明の第3実施例を示す
ころがり軸受1cで、軸受基板2bが無軸孔状の小形な
方形状に形成されると共に、その長手方向に沿って2条
の玉5が所定ピッチ毎に保持体6を介して転動保持され
た点が第1実施例と相違し、他の部分は同一であり、同
一符号は同一部分を示す。そして、上述の如く構成され
たころがり軸受1cは、図7に示すように、軸孔13を
備えた円形状の取付け板14の外周面上に取付け、軸受
として使用に供するものである。 【0010】図8及び図9は本発明の第4実施例を示す
ころがり軸受1dで、軸受基板2cが無軸孔状の広幅な
方形状に形成されると共に、その長手方向に沿って2条
の玉5が所定ピッチ毎に保持体6を介して転動保持され
た点が第1実施例と相違し、他の部分は同一であり、同
一符号は同一部分を示す。そして、上述の如く構成され
たころがり軸受1dは、円筒状に折曲せしめ、一方が回
転自在とされた外筒状軸15と内筒状軸16との間に介
装して使用に供する。このさい、軸受基板2cは可撓性
を有するものとされているから、内外筒15・16の対
向面に沿って真円状に容易に折曲せしめることが出来る
ものである。 【0011】なお、上記第1〜第4実施例において、各
軸受基板2a・2b・2cは各々円形状、小形な方形
状、広幅な方形状に各々形成されているが、かかる形状
に限定されるものでなく、必要に応じて適宜所要形状に
形成せしめてもよいものである。また、転動体として玉
5が示されているが、必要に応じてコロを採択使用して
も良いものである。 【0012】 【発明の効果】本発明によれば以上の次第で、可撓性を
有する略シ−ト状の軸受基板2a・2b・2cに所要数
の嵌合孔4が形成され、該各嵌合孔4には所要の転動体
5が遊嵌されると共に、該各転動体5を一部外方突出状
に転動保持せしめるべく軸受基板2a・2b・2cの両
面に各々ポケット部8付き保持体6が対向状に取付けら
れているから、従来例に比して、軸受面や軸受幅を広く
することが出来るものであって、ひいては、広い軸受面
や軸受幅を必要とする回転板10、あるいは回転軸15
・16をしっかりと支えて円滑、かつ、確実に回転作動
せしめることが出来るものである。また、軸受基板2a
・2b・2cは可撓性を有するものとされているから、
例えば、適正に撓んで回転板10の回転に伴う衝撃を緩
和せしめることが出来るのみならず、円筒状などの形状
に自由に折曲して使用に供することが出来るものであ
る。
