Description

This invention relates to a building structure equipped with a kitchen counter.

Many modern homes have architectural structures equipped with kitchen counters.
For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a countertop kitchen unit that allows for effective use of the counter, while Patent Literature 2 discloses a housing structure and kitchen counter that can be used in a variety of ways to suit the lifestyle of the occupants.

As seen in the prior art, the trend in residential kitchen counters is that they are rectangular and allow people to sit face-to-face. This conventional kitchen counter is highly convenient in that it allows the cook to quickly serve food to the table opposite while still cooking.
However, there were several issues with this system, such as the risk of water splashing onto the table opposite when cooking, and the distance between the cook and the person sitting (waiting) at the opposite table being too close, which meant that it was not necessarily safe for the cook to use knives or other appliances.

In light of the above circumstances, the objective of this invention is to provide a building structure equipped with a kitchen counter that is both convenient and safe.

After extensive research, the inventor came up with the idea of an architectural structure equipped with a U-shaped kitchen counter.
In other words, the inventor designed a U-shaped kitchen counter with a kitchen function on one long side of the U-shape and a table function on the opposite side. The architectural structure of the present invention has the following advantages:
