Abstract

Description

This invention relates to a tableware dispenser that can dispense tableware such as spoons, forks, knives, and disposable chopsticks one by one.

In restaurants, long, horizontal boxes are often used to store dishes on the table. Multiple dishes are stored in the box, and when customers take out a dish, their hands come into contact with the other dishes, which is unhygienic.

The spoon and chopsticks dispenser disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a complex structure, and it is not easy to replenish dishes. Therefore, a dish dispenser with a simpler structure, easier to replenish dishes, and hygienic tableware removal is desired.

As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides a dish storage section on the main body that can store dishes by stacking them sideways and that has open top and bottom sides, a handle locking section, a front plate and a rear plate on the side wall on the dish handle side, a tip locking section with an inclined surface on the side wall on the dish tip side, a slidable push section on the handle locking section, an operating section that connects to the push section and moves the push section, and a dish receiving section on the bottom of the main body that is inclined so that the front is lower.

As described above, the tableware dispenser of the present invention has a simple structure, makes refilling tableware easier, and allows tableware to be removed hygienically.

The dish storage section has locking sections on the dish tip side and the dish handle side, and an inclined surface is provided on the locking section on the dish tip side. A slidable push section is provided on the locking section on the dish handle side, and an operating section is provided that connects to the push section. When the operating section is operated, the push section pushes the dish handle section, causing the dish handle section to fall from the handle locking section. The dish tip then slides down the inclined surface of the tip locking section, and the dish falls below the dish storage section. The inclined surface of the dish receiver causes the dish to stop with the dish handle section higher and further forward than the dish tip.

An embodiment will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a tableware remover body made of a suitable material such as durable plastic, and reference numeral 2 denotes tableware stored in a tableware storage section 3. A tableware tip side wall 5 of the tableware storage section 3 is provided with a tip locking part 9 having a slope whose upper surface is lowered inward, and a tableware handle side wall 4 is provided with a handle locking part 6. A pushing part 9 is provided on the handle locking part 6 so as to be slidable back and forth. The tableware storage section 3 is open at the top and bottom, and tableware 2 placed from above is supported and stored by the tip locking part 10, the handle locking part 6, and the pushing part 9. Refilling is easy because the tableware 2 is placed through the open entrance at the top after removing the lid 16. The handle end of the tableware 2 is stored between the front plate 7 and the rear plate 8. A front gap 13 is provided between the lower end of the front plate 7 and the handle locking part. The vertical dimension of the front gap 13 is smaller than the sum of the thickness of the handle and the thickness of the pushing part 9, but larger than the thickness of the handle. A rear gap 14 is provided between the lower end of the rear plate 8 and the handle locking part 6. The vertical dimension of the rear gap 14 is smaller than the thickness of the handle and larger than the thickness of the push part 9. The thickness of the push part 9 is smaller than the thickness of the handle. When the user presses down the operating part 11, the push part 9 moves backward, and the handle end of the lowest dish 2 in the dish storage part 3 falls onto the handle locking part 6. When the user releases the operating part, the push part 9 returns to its original position by the force of the spring 12, pushing the handle end forward and dropping it from the handle locking part 6. When the handle end of the dish 2 is released from the handle locking part 6, the tip of the dish 2 slides down the slope of the tip locking part 10. In order to make it easier to take out the dish 2 that falls from the dish storage part 3, a dish receiving part 12 with a surface that is inclined low at the front is provided at the bottom of the main body 1. The dish receiving part 12 positions the handle side of the dish 2 higher and further forward than the tip, making it easier for the user to pick it up. In order to make it possible to see the remaining number of dishes 2, a transparent material can be used for part or all of the wall of the dish storage section 3.

Claims (2)

A dish remover having a dish storage section within a main body, a tip engaging portion on the side wall of the dish storage section facing the tip of the dish, a handle engaging portion on the side wall of the dish storage section facing the handle of the dish, a front wall and a rear wall, a pushing portion that can slide on the handle engaging portion, and an operating portion that connects to the pushing portion and slides the pushing portion. 2. The dish dispenser according to claim 1, further comprising a dish receiving section inside the main body, the dish receiving section being inclined downward toward the front.
