Abstract
【解決手段】 極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンクは、フレーム構造とタンク本体とを含み、タンク本体は、外殻、内部容器、および外殻と内部容器を連結する複合支持構造物を含む。複合支持構造物は、タンクの両端において、外殻のドーム端と内部容器のドーム端との間にのみ設けられ、これによって、半径方向と長手方向の両方の力に耐えることができる。内部容器と外殻の間の伝熱面は小さく、それでいて支持構造物は重い負荷に耐えることができ、内部容器の有効積載量は大きい。

- フレーム構造と;
タンク本体と:を備え、
該タンク本体が、
円筒と2つのドーム端とを含む外殻と;
円筒と2つのドーム端とを含む内部容器と:
前記外殻と前記内部容器の間の超真空断熱層と:
前記外殻と前記内部容器を連結する支持構造物と;
を含み、
前記支持構造物が、半径方向および長手方向の力に耐えるために、前記タンクの両端において、前記外殻のドーム端と前記内部容器のドーム端との間にのみ設けられる複合支持構造物であり、前記外殻と前記内部容器との間の距離が50mm以下である極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。 - 前記内部容器のドーム端の中央が該内部容器の中に向かってへこみ、逆向きの小さなドーム端を形成し、該逆向きの小さなドーム端の湾曲した表面が、前記外殻のドーム端の湾曲した表面と向かい合っている、請求項1記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
- 前記支持構造物に、
前記逆向きの小さなドーム端に接しながら、自己調整可能な接触間隙を保つ支持板と、
前記支持板を保持するために該支持板の両側に配置された2つの固定リングと、が設けられた、請求項2記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。 - 前記内部容器のドーム端と前記逆向きの小さなドーム端との間に拡張ネックが設けられ、前記支持構造物が該拡張ネックの位置に配置された、請求項3記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
- 前記支持構造物が、前記内部容器のドーム端と前記外殻のドーム端の間に設けられ、かつ、前記支持板の中央の穴を貫通する、長手方向の支持構造物をさらに含み、
この長手方向の支持構造物が、
内側表面にブローアップが設けられ、前記外殻のドーム端の内側に装着される支持管と;
前記ブローアップを貫通し、前記支持管の中に延びて前記逆向きの小さなドーム端に固定される支持軸と;
前記支持軸の端部に設けられた固定部品と;
前記固定部品と前記ブローアップの間に固定された第1の充填ブロックと;
前記逆向きの小さなドーム端と前記支持管のブローアップの間に固定された第2の充填ブロックと;
を備える、請求項4記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。 - 前記長手方向の力が伝わる支持端部における前記内部容器のドーム端と前記外殻のドーム端との間の距離が、液体またはガスを送出する管の液封じに必要な距離と、熱膨張および低温収縮の影響の補償に必要な距離とによって決まる、請求項5記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
- 前記外殻のドーム端にさらに補強管が装着され、該補強管が前記支持管の外側に配置された、請求項5記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
- 前記補強管と前記支持管との間に補強板が設けられた、請求項7記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
- 水平方向または垂直方向の組み立て時のガイドおよび位置決めを可能にするために、前記内部容器の前記逆向きの小さなドーム端の1つに、前記支持管と協同する水平方向のプロセス管が設けられた、請求項1記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
- 前記外殻のドーム端と前記内部容器のドーム端のそれぞれ内側に補強板が設けられた、請求項1記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
- 前記複合支持構造物が、すべての力に耐え、すべての力を伝達し、熱伝達を抑え、接触熱抵抗を十分に活用して熱伝達をさらに抑えるために、ガラス繊維プラスチック材料などの、良好な機械的特性と低い熱伝導係数を有する材料によって形成される、請求項1記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
- 前記外殻の外側に複数の補強リングが設けられる、請求項1または2記載の極低温液化ガス用超真空断熱タンク。
