【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の構造ではポン菓子は別として一重構造では直接火に接したドラムで焼くことになり、中までふっくらと焼けず、且つ黒く焼けたようになり、栗の実が均一化されないと云う問題点がある。

黒くこげつくことは同じ状態で何回も焼くことで、内部に炭化物固形が残留することとなり、焼きむらが多くなる傾向の問題が残る。

【課題を解決するための手段】
従来の方法を改めて、本考案に於ける装置は、一体構造で内部に取り付けた凸起リブにあって、円周上に配列させたリブと回転とにより、直射熱を介して栗をムラなく、栗自体に水分がある状態で熱せられるので、皮が柔らかくなり、皮がむけ易く、実が簡単に取り出せるようにするものである。

そして栗をムラなく焼くため、少量を夫々の凸起リブにのせて回転を与えながら外部の熱気がより効果的にむらなく栗を焼くことにある。

【考案の実施の形態】
図2に於いてドラム(1)は金属円筒のものを用い、厚みは3.2〜4.5mm程度のものが望ましい。3.2mm以下では熱のため変形し易くなり、又4.5mm以上では伝熱の関係でかなりの時間を要すると云う不具合が生じる。目的に合致するものは4mm前後即ち±20%以内が良好な結果をもたらす。ドラム(1)は両側にて回転ベアリング(6)及び(7)により保持される。

図2のドラム(1)は内部に3本の放射の凸起リブを有し、リブは空気のかくはん即ち対流の助けとなる。
