Description

The present invention relates to a stacking and storing tray that is stored in a storage container in a state where a plurality of items are stacked and stacked individually.

For example, when transporting stored items such as food and seafood, stacked storage trays are stored in storage containers such as cardboard boxes for distribution in a state where the stored items are individually stacked and stacked in multiple stages. Exists. For example, there is a “tray for container interior” described in Patent Document 1.

The tray described in Patent Document 1 is made of a synthetic resin and has a shape in which a side wall is raised from the bottom surface. In a state where the trays are stacked, a space is secured between the bottom surface of the lower tray and the bottom surface of the upper tray, and stored items can be arranged in this space.

However, this tray is bulky because the space for placing the stored items remains secured even when not in use, and there is a problem that a large space is required to store the tray.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a tray that requires a small space when not in use.

The present invention relates to a stacking and storing tray that is placed in a storage container in a state where a plurality of items are individually stacked and stacked, and the outline shape is a shape that is approximately 180 degrees rotationally symmetric in plan view. Part, a stored article placing part which is a recess surrounded by the frame part, and a tray placing part positioned between the frame part and the stored article placing part, the tray placing part, A support leg portion that is a deep recess, and a support leg placement portion that is a shallow recess formed at a rotationally symmetric position about 180 degrees with respect to the support leg portion, the support leg and the support leg placement portion The inner side surface and the outer side surface are inclined so as to spread upward, and when the stored item is not placed, the tray located on the lower side and the tray located on the upper side have the same shape in plan view. In this case, with the upper side of the inner side of the support leg of the tray located on the lower side. In a state where the outer surface of the supporting leg portion of the tray to be placed is in contact and the stored item can be placed, the tray positioned on the lower side and the tray positioned on the upper side are approximately 180 degrees in the plan view. Overlapping in the opposite loading direction, at this time, the lower surface of the support leg portion of the tray located on the upper side is in contact with the upper surface of the support leg placement portion of the tray located on the lower side. A space in which stored items can be arranged is secured between the tray located and the tray located above.

According to the above configuration, when stacked in the non-mounting direction, the trays are stacked in a compact manner, and when stacked in the mounting direction, a space in which stored items can be arranged between the upper and lower trays is secured. .

Moreover, the tray of this invention consists of foaming resin, and can make the said frame part, the said stored material mounting part, and the said tray mounting part integral. According to this configuration, a tray that can be stacked compactly can be easily formed.

Further, the tray of the present invention can have a substantially rectangular outline shape in plan view. Further, the tray mounting portion is provided along two opposing long sides constituting the substantially rectangular outline shape, and the support leg portion and the support leg mounting portion corresponding to each long side. The portions are alternately formed one by one in the direction along the long side, and the support legs are formed corresponding to the other long side with respect to the support leg portions formed corresponding to the one long side. The leg placement portions can be opposed to each other at a line-symmetric position. According to these structures, it is easy to store the tray in the storage container that is a rectangular parallelepiped.

Further, the support leg and the support leg mounting part are formed in a substantially V-shaped or substantially U-shaped cross section, and face the space on the storage object mounting part. According to this configuration, it is easy to align the upper and lower trays, and it is easy to stack them.

In addition, the lower surface of the support leg is positioned below the lower surface of the stored item placement unit. According to this configuration, the stored item placement portion of the lowermost tray can be lifted from the bottom surface of the storage container.

In the present invention, trays are stacked compactly when stacked in a non-mounting direction. Therefore, a small space is required when not in use.

It is the perspective view seen from the plane side which shows the tray which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention. It is the perspective view seen from the back side which shows the tray. It is a principal part expansion vertical end view which shows the tray, (A) shows a support leg part, (B) shows a support leg mounting part. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the state which accumulated the tray at the time of non-use. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the state which accumulated the tray at the time of use (when a storage thing was mounted).

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a stacking and storing tray according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The vertical direction in the following description is based on the state shown in FIG. 1 and FIGS.

The tray T is made of a foamed resin. Specifically, a foamed styrene sheet using polystyrene resin is molded by a mold after heating.

The tray T has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view in accordance with the inner surface shape of a storage container B (see FIG. 5) such as a rectangular parallelepiped cardboard box. Specifically, it is a rectangle with rounded corners. That is, the contour shape of the tray T is a 180-degree rotationally symmetric shape in plan view. The “180-degree rotationally symmetric shape” does not have to be a strict symmetrical shape due to a shape shift due to a molding error or the like.

The tray T is positioned between the frame portion 1 that defines the contour shape, the stored item placement portion 2 that is a recess surrounded by the frame portion 1, and the frame portion 1 and the stored item placement portion 2. And a tray placing unit 3. In this tray T, since one foamed styrene sheet is molded, the frame portion 1, the stored item placement portion 2, and the tray placement portion 3 are integrated. For this reason, the tray T can be easily formed by integral molding.

The frame part 1 is a substantially flat part. As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, a crushing portion 11 that is compressed in the thickness direction for reinforcement is formed on the peripheral portion of the frame portion 1.

The storage object placement unit 2 includes a flat plate-like placement surface portion 21 located at a position lower than the frame portion 1, and side wall portions 22 raised from the four sides of the placement surface portion 21. The side wall portion 22 is continuously formed on the short side, and is intermittently formed between the tray placing portions 3 on the long side.

The tray placing portion 3 is located along the long side of the tray T, and a support leg portion 31 that is a relatively deep recess in the vertical direction, and a 180-degree rotationally symmetric position with respect to the support leg portion 31. And a support leg mounting portion 32 which is a relatively shallow recess in the vertical direction. Note that the “180 degree rotationally symmetric position” does not have to be a strict symmetrical position due to a molding error or the like as long as it does not interfere with the stacking of the tray T described later. The support leg portions 31 and the support leg placement portions 32 are alternately positioned in the direction along the long side. Since the support leg 31 and the support leg placing part 32 are formed at 180 ° rotationally symmetric positions, the support leg 31 formed on one long side and the support formed on the other long side. The leg placement part 32 faces the line symmetrical position.

The support leg 31 is a recess having a substantially V-shaped or substantially U-shaped cross section, and faces the space on the stored item placement unit 2. The support leg portion 31 includes a side surface portion 311 and a bottom surface portion 312. The side surface portion 311 is a portion that is lowered downward from the inner edge portion of the frame portion 1, and as shown in FIG. 3A, the inner surface 311 a and the outer surface 311 b are inclined upward. Further, the side surface portion 311 has a curved shape that matches the substantially V shape or the substantially U shape. For this reason, when trying to stack trays T and T up and down in the non-mounting direction (described later), the outer surface of the side surface portion 311 in the upper tray T with respect to the inner surface 311a of the side surface portion 311 in the lower tray T. Positioning is performed by the curved shape with 311b facing each other, and stacking can be easily performed.

The bottom surface portion 312 is a substantially horizontal portion that is continuous with the lower end of the side surface portion 311. The lower surface 312a of the bottom surface portion 312 is positioned below the lower surface 2a of the stored item placement portion 2, as shown in FIG.

The support leg placement portion 32 is a concave portion having a substantially V-shaped or substantially U-shaped cross section, and faces the space on the stored item placement portion 2. The support leg mounting portion 32 includes a side surface portion 321 and a mounting surface portion 322. The side surface portion 321 is a portion that is lowered downward from the inner edge portion of the frame portion 1, and as shown in FIG. 3B, the inner surface 321 a and the outer surface 311 b are inclined upward. The side surface portion 321 has a curved shape that matches the substantially V-shape or the substantially U-shape. As described above, since the support leg 31 also has a substantially V-shaped or substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape, when the trays T and T are vertically stacked in the mounting direction (described later), The curved shape of the outer surface 311b of the side surface portion 311 of the support leg portion 31 in the upper tray T matches the inner surface 321a of the side surface portion 321 of the support leg placement portion 32 in the tray T, and the upper and lower trays T, T It is possible to stabilize the stacking state by suppressing the lateral shift of.

The mounting surface portion 322 is a substantially horizontal portion that is continuous with the lower end of the side surface portion 321. The support legs 31 of the other trays T are placed on the upper surface 322a of the placement surface portion 322. For this reason, the shape of the upper surface 322 a of the mounting surface portion 322 is substantially the same as the shape of the lower surface 312 a of the bottom surface portion 312 in the support leg portion 31 at the outer edge. Moreover, the side wall part 22 is formed so that it may fall below from the inner edge part of the mounting surface part 322.

Next, a method for using the tray T of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration will be described. When the stored item F is not placed (when not in use), as shown in FIG. 4, the tray T located on the lower side and the tray T located on the upper side have the same shape in plan view (non-mounted). In the direction of placement). During the stacking in the non-mounting direction, the upper tray T is fitted into the lower tray T. As shown in the drawing, the fitting is performed such that the outer surface 311b of the side surface portion 311 of the upper tray T abuts against the inner surface 311a of the side surface portion 311 of the lower tray T. Thereby, the height at the time of stacking a plurality of trays T can be suppressed to be lower than that when there is no fitting. Therefore, the space required when not in use, which is not stored in the storage container B, can be reduced. In the present embodiment, the support leg 31 abuts as described above, but the support leg placement part 32 is not abutted and is separated by the lower tray T and the upper tray T. . However, the support leg mounting part 32 may be formed so as to contact the support leg mounting part 32 as well.

On the other hand, in the state in which the stored item F can be placed, as shown in FIG. 5, the tray T located on the lower side and the tray T located on the upper side are opposite to each other by 180 degrees in plan view from the non-loading direction. They are superimposed in the (mounting direction). During the stacking in the mounting direction, the lower surface 312a of the bottom surface portion 312 of the support leg portion 31 of the upper tray T is formed on the upper surface 322a of the support surface portion 322 of the support leg mounting portion 32 of the lower tray T. By abutting, a space S in which the stored items F can be arranged between the lower tray T and the upper tray T is secured.

By stacking the trays T in the loading direction as described above, the trays T to T are stored in a stacked state in the storage container B as shown in the figure, and the stored items on the trays T to T are loaded. The stored item F can be positioned on the placement unit 2. The manner in which the stored item F is placed on the stored item placing unit 2 is arbitrary. However, for example, when placing a cooked piece (such as a grilled piece) as the stored item F, a plurality of heads and tails are removed. The fish bodies are juxtaposed in parallel so that the fish body is along the long side of the tray T and the head side and the tail side are alternated for each piece. Since the space S in which the stored items F can be disposed between the lower tray T and the upper tray T is ensured as described above, the concavity that is the stored items F is stored in the storage container B without being crushed. The

As shown in FIG. 3 (A), the lower surface 312a of the bottom surface portion 312 of the support leg 31 is positioned below the lower surface 2a of the stored item placement portion 2, and therefore, as shown in FIG. The stored item placement portion 2 of the lower tray T can be lifted from the bottom surface of the storage container B. For example, the impact when the storage container B is placed on the floor surface can be hardly transmitted to the stored item F.

As mentioned above, although this embodiment was described, this invention can be implemented with a various form. For example, in this embodiment, in the direction along each long side of the tray T, the support leg portions 31 and the support leg placement portions 32 are alternately positioned one by one.
