旋回部材の左,右側板の上部および制御部材の上板から
垂下する左,右側板を回動可能に嵌合させ取付板の案内
孔上方に前記車輪受け座の上端部を水平な第3の旋回ピ
ンによって回動可能に連結し、取付板の車輪用孔上縁か
ら内側に突出した突出板と前記制御部材の上板との間に
コイルばねを介在させ、前記突出板、制御部材の上板お
よびコイルばねに制御ピンを挿通させ、制御ピンの下端
部に設けた抜け止めピンを制御部材の上板下面に支持さ
せ、箱体外に固定した水平な軸棒に、回動部材の横板か
ら直角に下方に屈曲した縦板を枢支し、縦板の下端部に
把手の棒状部材に当接可能な小ローラーを枢支し、横板
の先端部に設けた切り欠きを制御ピンの頭部の下方に係
合させてあり、 把手の左,右棒状部材の引き上げ、押し込みによってこ
れらの棒状部材に対し前記小ローラーが解放、当接して
回動部材が回動し、コイルばねが伸長、圧縮し、左,右
ゴム製車輪および左,右車輪装置の一部を左,右車輪座
