転を比例して増減すれば、時間当たりの切断能率が自由
に変更することができ、しかも簡単な機構のため、他の
機械化対応も可能である。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 Ａ．この考案は２個の供給ロールと２個の切断ロールを設けたミシン目入り包装 テープ切断装置に関するものである Ｂ．従来の技術 従来農薬等の安全性から１じょう毎にミシン目を入れた包装テープ状農薬等があ る。これをミシン目より１包ごとに切り離し、１０アールに５０００〜１０００ ０個施用するが、大変な労カと時間を要す Ｃ．考案が解決しようとする問題点 本案はその欠点を除いて、高能率化と切断ミスのない装置を開発し、耕うん機や トラクター又は自走する機械に取り付け、手作業を機械化しようとするものであ る Ｄ．問題を解決するための手段 いま問題を解決する手段を図面を追いながら説明すれば イ．供給ゴムロール（１）を内廻り、同回転とし ロ．切断ゴムロール（２）も内廻り、同回転とする ハ、切断ゴムロール（２）の回転数は供給ゴムロールの回転数の２倍以上に設定 する ニ．時間当りの切断数は供給ロールの回転に比例する ホ．切断物の中心短離とロール直径は比例する Ｅ．作用 本案は以上のような構造で、供給ロールは包装テープを連続して、かみ込み、切 断ロールに供給すると、高回転している切断ロールにひきちぎられて放出する、 このとき、供給ロールには次の包装物がロールに保持されながら次に供給するも のである Ｆ．考案の効果 したがって本案の装置は各個確実に切り取り高能率と省力化を得るものがある
