Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to a wooden shaft structure.
【0002】[0002]
Conventionally, various woods have been used for the wooden shafts such as the foundation, pillars and beams of houses, and various sizes are available. For this reason, a tree of a size commensurate with those is required, and its resources are limited. Among the wooden axes, the beams differ in size depending on the skip width, and it is said that there is a problem for spans of 3640 mm or more. And, these frameworks are made by using the equipment that has been cut in advance by expensive equipment, but the construction method that stacks them vertically and horizontally is complicated and requires a lot of labor. ing. In addition, it is difficult to insulate the complicated gaps in the frame.
【0003】[0003]
The present invention makes it possible to reduce the number of types by using a simple shaft assembly without using a complicated shaft assembly and the expensive equipment required for this, and to enable the vertical and horizontal heights of the shaft assembly to be used for work. I want to save labor. In addition, we would like to make a span of 3640 mm or more by facilitating the strengthening of large cross-sections and connections. Therefore, the present invention intends to provide a structure for a wooden shaft that enables these.
【0004】[0004]
Here, the present inventor has found a structure for a wooden shaft in which a plate-shaped natural wood or laminated wood is alternately orthogonally crossed and bonded at a joint to form a hollow quadrangular body. In particular, the plate-shaped natural wood or It has been found that laminated wood is two-by-four or two-by-six and the joints are finger joints or step joints.
【0005】[0005]
Recently, the remarkable development of adhesives has made it possible to obtain laminated wood with excellent strength. Therefore, laminated wood as well as natural wood can be used for the construction of the wooden shaft structure. As the plate-like natural wood or laminated wood that is a component of the wooden shaft structure, one having a shape suitable for the strength of the wooden shaft structure is used. These plate-shaped woods are also used in which one adhesive surface is inclined at a right angle to the plate surface or at another angle such as 45 degrees. According to these, the bonding surface of the other plate-shaped wood to be bonded becomes the plate surface or is inclined at another angle such as 45 degrees with respect to the plate surface, and forms a right angle intersection with each other.
Since the wooden shaft structure is a hollow quadrangle, the hollow portion also has a quadrangular shape. The cross-sectional shapes and the like of these plate-shaped timbers when they are joined are not particularly limited, but it is desirable to combine them so that the cross-sectional outer shape of the wooden shaft structure is a square or another regular quadrangle. As the plate-like wood, two-by-four (cross section 2 inches × 4 inches) or two-by-six (cross section 2 inches × 6 inches) can be used. Bonding is performed with an adhesive, but in order to increase the bonding area and increase the adhesive strength, the shape of the bonding surface should be a finger joint if the bonding is to be performed on the plate surface, or cut at 45 degrees to the plate surface. If this is the case, it is appropriate to use a staircase joint.
Since the hollow structure of the wooden shaft structure obtained by the present invention is a quadrangle having a constant shape, this structure can be utilized to a great extent to make connections for various metal specifications such as columns, beams, and iron cores on the base. The various frameworks can be configured with, and the construction work can be speeded up. In particular, these frameworks make it easier to maintain the airtightness inside the house and facilitate insulation.
【0008】[0008]
