[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to socks that shifts the center of gravity of a person toward the center of the body to correct the posture to a natural state.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Posture is closely related to health, and people who have bad posture and whose body's center of gravity is in an unnatural position are likely to impair their health. This is the so-called O-leg or crotch, where the foot bends outward at the knee. At this time, when observing how the shoes are worn out, it is often the case that the outside of the sole is abnormally worn. When the center of gravity of the body is in such an unnatural outer position, back pain and stiff shoulders are more likely to occur due to fatigue due to increased load on muscles, and moreover, the burden on internal organs accumulates, resulting in chronicity. easy.

Regarding the lower leg, recently, an increasing number of people have back pain or pain in the knee joint. This is because the toes are pressed by shoes and socks, and the weight-bearing position on the sole of the foot moves to the little finger side, increasing the load on the knees and hips. Especially when wearing high-heeled shoes, the area for supporting weight is small and the fingers are strongly pressed due to the unnatural position, which makes it easier for women to have hallux valgus and get sick.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 5, a sole researcher, Dr. Yaichiro Hirasawa, connects the intersection point P between the medial line L 1 and the lateral line L2 of the foot and the straight line L3 connecting the second finger to the H line (Hirasawa line). ). It has been found that the inside (the thumb side of the H line) and the outside (the little finger side of the H line) play significantly different roles in terms of body posture and body movement balance. In other words, the load on the muscles changes depending on whether the weight-bearing position of the sole of the foot is on the thumb side or on the little finger side, which greatly affects the physical condition. In acupuncture and moxibustion, the inside (thumb side) is a part closely related to important organs such as the liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, and pancreas, and is a part that promotes the promotion and development of visceral functions. For example, the outer claw root A of the big toe shown in Fig. 5 is called "Dusatsun" of the hepatic meridian, and the meridian that connects to the liver flows out of this acupuncture point, goes up the inside of the lower leg and thigh, and goes around the vulva. It is said to belong to the liver via the abdomen. In addition, there is a hidden white B on the opposite side of Daedun A, and a nerve connected to the pancreas runs through it. As with Daedun, this nerve goes up the inside of the lower leg and passes through the stomach, and then belongs to the pancreas.

In addition, according to Dr. Kentaro Takagi, in his paper entitled "Effect of skin pressure on body temperature regulation mechanism", it is shown that pressure on the body affects the body temperature regulation mechanism and promotes sweating action and body temperature raising action. It has been pointed out. In particular, as a result of various experiments, it has been found that the limbs of the hands and feet appear to be slightly more sensitive than other parts.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

As mentioned above, foot and health are closely related, and socks worn for a long time on foot are closely related to health. The present inventor, in addition to the effect of skin pressure on the body, produces the effect of stimulating the acupoint of the foot and also devises a sock that is worn for a longer time than a shoe as a method of correcting the position of the center of gravity of the body. The present invention has been devised, and various thumbs-up socks of the present invention are provided by performing various experimental measurements therefor.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide socks capable of improving the physical condition by moving the center of gravity toward the center and correcting the posture to a natural state. I am trying.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a sock having a bag-shaped portion for accommodating a thumb and a bag-shaped portion for accommodating other fingers at the tip of the main body, and the bag-shaped portion for accommodating the thumb is provided. The thumb is provided so that it can be tightened, and the gist of the invention is to form a bag-shaped part for storing fingers other than the thumb into a bag-shaped part that can store one finger at a time, if necessary. .

Here, as a degree of tightening, as a result of experiments, as a result of the experiment, the clothing pressure of the bag-shaped portion for accommodating the thumb is about 22.0 g / cm 2 to 34.0 g / cm 2 for males and 20 for females. 0 g / cm 2 if in the order of ~32.0g / cm 2, the force is moderate prone positive impact for each organ modest stimulation tightening the thumb. Incidentally, when wearing the general socks, 7.0g / cm 2 ~17.0g / cm 2 about clothing pressure are bought or thumb.

[Action]

According to the present invention, in a sock in which a bag-shaped portion for accommodating a thumb and a bag-shaped portion for accommodating other fingers are provided at the tip of the main body, the bag-shaped portion for accommodating the thumb is provided so that the thumb can be tightened. When worn, the thumb is stimulated and unconsciously supports the weight on the thumb side. In addition, the effect of skin pressure on the body's thermoregulatory mechanism improves blood flow, and by stimulating acupuncture points such as the liver, kidney, adrenal gland, and pancreas on the big toe, it has a favorable effect on those organs. Can be considered.

The results of the above experiment will be described in detail below. [Overall effect] The effect seen by all people was that they felt comfortable as a stimulus to the body because there was moderate pressure stimulus on the big toe. In addition, since the big toe was stimulated, the force and nerves were naturally concentrated on the big toe, and the center of gravity was moved toward the center of the body especially when standing. In addition, the acupuncture points of various organs that are concentrated on the thumb are pressed and stimulated, causing a feeling of lightening of the body. Especially, nerves connected to the lower abdomen of the body are concentrated on the thumb, or the lower abdomen is concentrated. Everyone felt a feeling of strength. In addition, there is an unusual pressure stimulus on the big toe, which naturally causes the nerves to concentrate on the big toe, causing changes that tend to move the big toe well. It was From the above sensory changes, the following individual effects were observed. [Individual effect] Low back pain / stiff shoulder A to C In most cases, back pain / stiff shoulder has symptoms due to distortion of the skeleton, and the distortion is outside the H line with the center of gravity of both feet or one foot. It can be said that it is caused by running away to the side, resulting in a burden on the entire internal organs, causing back pain and stiff shoulders. Therefore, there was an improvement in A to C using the thumb compression socks of the present invention. Subject A About 1 week later, the pain in the lower back slightly eased, and the lower back pain when the movement changed such as getting up was alleviated. In addition, using thumb compression socks while walking increased stability of the body and lessened the influence on the waist even when walking for a long time. Subject B No significant change was observed, but due to the pressure stimulus of the thumb, the pulsation of blood flow passing through the thumb was felt, the flow of blood throughout the body seemed to be slightly active, and there was a feeling of arousal. I also felt that my stiff shoulder was slightly lighter. Before Subject C, walking was somewhat difficult, but when using thumb compression socks when walking, the thumb and lower abdomen were put into force, allowing walking more than ever, and the stiff shoulders for many years improved somewhat. Was done. Hallux valgus test subject D I felt some pain due to pressure on my thumb for the first 2 to 3 days after I wore it, but thereafter, the pain disappeared. After that, he began to correct his posture naturally and his bunions did not change, but walking became less painful. Knee joint pain Subject E Only 1 month after wearing, only the above-mentioned general changes were observed, but after 1 month, wearing time was 6 hours, that is, when moving during shopping such as daytime shopping or going out. When I applied it, the pain in the knee joint gradually diminished, probably because the position of the center of gravity of the body was corrected, and I forgot even the pain in the knee two months ago. Chilling subject FG All of the subjects felt a pulsation of blood flow when worn, and the flow of blood throughout the body was slightly active, and the unreliability and coldness from the lower abdomen to the lower legs improved. The number of urinations was about four-fifth compared to the conventional one, and in the case of the subject F who continued for two hours for one month, the insomnia due to the cold was eliminated, and the number of urinations was about three-fifths of the previous one. The results of the temperature analysis of the human body wearing thumb compression socks by thermography will be submitted as a reference photograph. Photo 1 shows a human body temperature analysis by thermography when undressing after using normal socks for 10 minutes, and Photo 2 shows a human body temperature analysis by thermography after undressing after using the socks of the present invention for 10 minutes. . As can be clearly seen from the photograph, the socks of the present invention are much more red (higher temperature) and warm the entire leg. 4 (a) and 4 (b) are graphs showing the rate of change in body temperature of each part of the body in the supine posture of bare feet, conventional socks, and thumb compression socks. From FIG. 4 (a), it can be seen that when the thumb compression socks of the present invention are used, the body temperature of the legs, particularly the calves, rises significantly. Similarly, from FIG. 4 (b), it can be seen that the body temperature in the waist and back is increased when the thumb socks are worn, and moreover, it is warmed more evenly than in the conventional socks. Therefore, wearing the thumb compression socks of the present invention equalizes the body temperature distribution, and in particular, eliminates chills in women. Subjects with hypertension I J felt pulsation of blood flow when worn, and there was a feeling that blood flow throughout the body became slightly active, but after continuing to wear every day, the mood became stable and refreshed. It was way. The results of blood pressure measurement immediately after and 5 minutes after wearing the blank (ordinary socks) and the socks of the present invention performed on a 25-year-old woman in the supine position are shown below.

As is clear from the results, the socks of the present invention have much lower systolic and diastolic blood pressures, and the results show that the socks of the present invention are used for only 5 minutes. Therefore, a large effect can be expected in continuous use. Asthma Subject K: Asthma was terrible before, but wearing the socks of the present invention for some reason puts a force on the lower abdomen, making it easier to perform the abdominal breathing required during an attack. Secondly, probably because the posture was corrected, the posture improved considerably after 3 weeks, and my appetite increased. Balance sensation subjects L to O Wearing the socks of the present invention, the standing time of one leg was measured. The results were 20 to 40% higher than the values measured without wearing the socks of the present invention. From this, it can be seen that the sense of balance when worn is improved. This is also supposed to be the effect of stabilizing the center of gravity of the body (moving the center of gravity to the inside of the H line) by compressing the thumbs of both feet.

Experimental Example 2 A patient with angina pectoris (64 years old, female) for ten years has been wearing the thumb compression socks of the present invention for 30 minutes a day, and the time has been gradually extended to a maximum of 2 hours. On the first day, he complained of chest pain (presumed to be an abnormality of the heart) from about 30 minutes after wearing, so the experiment was stopped at that time, but from the second day, the time was gradually extended, and one month later. The nitroglycerin patch could be reduced to one-third.

As described above, by wearing the thumb compression socks of the present invention on both feet, the center of gravity of the body shifts to the inner side, the posture of the whole body is improved, and the burden on the internal organs is reduced, The burden on the legs and knee joints was reduced, blood flow was stimulated, and improvements were seen for various symptoms.

4 (b), it can be seen that the body temperature of the waist and back is also increased when the thumb compression socks are worn, and moreover, it is warmed more evenly than the conventional socks.
