Abstract

【課題】直棒状線香を破損させてしまうことなく容易に取り出すことを可能とし、かつ、線香を収容する箱として、高級感を得られ、線香を整然と並べた状態で収容することを可能とする。
【解決手段】箱本体部７に対し開閉自在な蓋面部８を備えた桐材よりなる収納箱１であって、箱本体部７の内部に、線香４０の外径と略同等の深さ及び幅長よりなる凹溝２８を切削加工により互いに平行として複数形成し、線香４０を１本ずつ個別に収容可能とするとともに、各凹溝２８の一側縁を、各凹溝２８とともに所定角度の傾斜面２９に切削形成し、線香４０の一端４０ａを傾斜面２９より突出させて収容状態とする桐材よりなる中板２７と、中板２７を箱本体部７の内底面より浮かせて空間部３１を形成し、蓋面部８内面に中板２７の凹溝２８を有する面２７ａを近接させて配置させる段部２４とを備える。

【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、直棒状の線香を収容する収納箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
直棒状の線香などの収納箱としては、一般に偏平な箱体であり、板紙などの厚みのある紙を素材としているものが多い。そして、線香は、その内部に、バラ詰め、或いは複数本を帯状紙にて束ねた状態として収納される。

このような線香の収容方法は、大量の線香を保存，包装する際には適当であるが、近年、仏事用の線香とは異なる、嗜好品として楽しむ香水線香の収容には不向きである。すなわち、この香水線香は、高級な香料等を用いて製造され、少量を収容した形態で販売されるもので、新たな包装方法の構造を求められている。このような高級線香の包装及び収納用の収納箱としては、下記特許文献１に開示されるような線香包装用基材などがある。この線香包装用基材は、合成樹脂製の薄板材や、厚口紙より構成され、線香を一本ずつ支持する切込溝を備えた板状支材を一対設けた構造となっている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した特許文献１の包装用基材では、線香を一本ずつ取り出し易くするために、個別に支持している構造が、線香の両端近傍のみを支持し、線香自体を底部より浮かせた状態で収納する構造となっており、このことから、線香を取り出す際に、強度が低く折れ易い線香の中間部分を誤って折ってしまうおそれがある。

また、この包装用基材は、厚紙や合成樹脂などで構成されており、収納される高級感を持たせた線香に比べ、高級感に乏しく、また意匠性にも優れてなく、高級感のある収納箱が望まれている。

さらに、線香の形態として、通常、１０〜１５ｃｍの長さのものであるが、近年では１０ｃｍ以下の短尺なものがあり、すなわち、お香として楽しむ時間を短く設定するための所望の長さとして構成される線香があり、このような線香では上記のような収納箱（包装用基材）では整然と収容することができないという欠点がある。

そこで本考案は、上記問題点を解消するために、直棒状線香を破損させてしまうことなく容易に取り出すことの可能な収納箱を得るとともに、線香を収容する箱として、高級感を得られ、線香を整然と並べた状態で収容することのできる収納箱を得ることを目的としている。また、収納箱として、容易に製造可能であり、十分な剛性を持ち、密閉性の良好な収納箱を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
次に、上記の目的を達成するための手段を、実施の形態に対応する図面を参照して説明する。
この考案の請求項１記載の収納箱は、箱本体部７に対し開閉自在な蓋面部８を備えた木材板よりなる収納箱１であって、前記箱本体部７の内部に、線香４０の外径と略同等の深さ及び幅長よりなる凹溝２８を切削加工により互いに平行として複数形成し、前記線香４０を１本ずつ個別に収容可能とするとともに、前記各凹溝２８の少なくとも一端側となる一側縁を、各凹溝２８とともに所定角度の傾斜面２９に切削形成し、前記線香４０の一端４０ａを前記傾斜面２９より突出させて収容状態とする木質材よりなる中板２７を備えたことを特徴とする。

【考案の実施の形態】
図１は本考案による収納箱の蓋面部を開放した状態の斜視図、図２は同収納箱の側断面図、図３は同収納箱の正断面図である。
まず、本考案の収納箱の構造の説明をする。

収納箱１は、箱体２０と、仕切板１８と、段部２４と、中板２７とで大略構成される。
図１に示すように、箱体２０は、本実施の形態では、略方形箱状であり、前面部２，底面部３，背面部４及び左右側面部５，６にて構成される箱本体部７と、この箱本体部７の上部開口部分に開閉自在となる蓋面部８を備えている。また、この蓋面部８の手前側には、蓋面部８の前端縁８ａより延設され、箱本体部７の前面部２外側に位置する手掛け部９を備えている。

各面部２，３，４，５，６，８及び手掛け部９は、シート状基材１１の一方の面１１ａに木材板よりなる木材層１２を備えた板材１３より構成されている。
シート状基材１１は、可撓性を有する素材よりなり、本実施の形態では、紙１４と合成樹脂シート１５とを層状に重合形成したものとされ、合成樹脂シート１５を箱１としての表面となるように構成される。なお、この合成樹脂シート１５は、無色透明や無色半透明、着色透明、木目調の模様や所望のデザイン等が施され、またその表面を平滑に形成したり、梨子地状に形成などした例えば塩化ビニル樹脂製シートなどの化粧シートよりなる。

また、木材層１２を構成する木材板１６は、所定の厚さの木材板１６であり、本実施の形態では、例えば約３ｍｍの厚さの桐板材よりなる。
そして、シート状基材１１の一方の面１１ａとなる紙面に、接着剤にて積層状に木材板１６が貼着固定され、板材１３とされている。

箱本体部７の前面部２，底面部３，背面部４及び、蓋面部８，手掛け部９は、その外側面に、シート状基材１１が連続しており、化粧シート１５が外表面とされている。また、箱本体部７を構成する側面部５，６も同様に外表面が化粧シート１５とされる。

蓋面部８を閉鎖した状態では、図３に示すように、蓋面部８の両側端縁に形成される段落ち部１０，１０が、左右両側面部５，６の上端縁５ａ，６ａに当接し、これら段落ち部１０，１０の間となる厚板部８ｂが両側面部５，６間に嵌まり、すなわち内嵌め状態となって、密閉状態となる。また、図２に示すように、手掛け部９が前面部２の外側に位置し、この前面部２の外表面に、手掛け部９の内面側が密着状態となる。

仕切板１８は、上記箱本体部７の木材板１６と同等の素材である桐材よりなり、箱本体部７の内部を仕切る。本実施の形態では、図３に示すように、側面部５，６と平行とされ、箱本体部７内を比較的広い部分１９Ａと、比較的狭い部分１９Ｂとで区切るように固定される。なお、箱本体部７に対しては、接着剤などを用いて底面に対して垂直に取り付けられる。

段部２４は、箱本体部７の内部に対向して配置される。本実施の形態では、箱本体部７の前面部２と背面部４との対向する内面にそれぞれ設けられている。各段部２４は、上記仕切板１８同様の箱本体部７の木材板１６と同等の桐材よりなる板材２５の上端縁部にて構成される。なお、これら段部２５は、図１，２に示すように、仕切板１８により仕切られた箱本体部７内の広い空間１９Ａ側に配設される。

次に中板２７は、仕切板１８にて区切られた広い空間部１９Ａの開口面積と同等の板面を有する所定の厚さの矩形板材より構成される。中板２７の素材は、箱本体部７や仕切板１８と同等の桐材とされる。この中板２７には、上面となる表面２７ａに複数の凹溝２８が形成されている。各凹溝２８は、被収納物である直棒状の線香４０の外径と略同等の深さ及び幅長とされて形成され、中板２７の一側から他側に真直とされ、かつ、各凹溝２８が互いに平行とされて形成される。なお、これら凹溝２８は、中板２７の短辺と平行とされ形成されている。

また、中板２７の各凹溝２８の一端側となる一側縁には、各凹溝２８とともに所定角度の傾斜面２９が形成されている。中板２７の略中央には、指掛け穴３０が穿設されている。この指掛け穴３０は、指が貫通可能な内径とされる。そして、この中板２７は、凹溝２８を上面とし、箱本体部７の両段部２４に支持され、前面部２，背面部４，側面部５，仕切板１８に囲まれて、箱本体部７に取り付けられる。取り付けられた状態では、蓋面部８を閉じた際に、中板２７の上面２７ａが蓋面部８の内面に対向し、近接するようになる。またこの中板２７の下方に、図２，３に示すように、空間部３１が形成される。

次に、上記した収納箱１の製造手順について説明する。
まず、木材層１２となる木材板１６の一方の面である裏面１６ａの全面に、シート状基材１１を積層させるように接着剤にて強固に接着し、一枚板状の板材としてのワークＷを得る（図４（ｂ）参照）。ここでシート状基材１１を、前述したように、紙１４と合成樹脂シート１５とを層状に重合形成したものとして用いる場合には、木材板１６の裏面１６ａに、紙１４を接着し、さらに合成樹脂シート１５を被覆するように接着することとする（図４（ａ）参照）。

接着の際に用いられる接着剤は、木（桐）と紙及び合成樹脂シートである塩化ビニル樹脂とを互いに強固に接着する接着剤とされ、例えば、酢酸ビニルエマルジョン系，エチレン酢ビ系，アクリルエマルジョン系，合成ゴム系，ウレタン系，ユリア系，メラミン系，フェノール系，エポキシ系などの接着剤とされる。

次に、ワークＷは、完成される箱１を展開した面積における、前面部２，底面部３，背面部４，蓋面部８，手掛け部９の各部の合計面積とされ、各部が連続した長さ、及び箱１としての左右幅となる幅長に切断形成される主ワークＷ１と、この主ワークＷ１と別に切断形成され、箱１としての側面部５，６となる側板２１とが切断形成される。

次に、主ワークＷ１を、木材層１２を上面、すなわち加工面として、木工丸鋸盤（図示せず）のテーブル上に載置し、固定して、この木工丸鋸盤を始動させる。この木工丸鋸盤のテーブルは、水平な一方向のみに、所定間隔でスライド移動し、主ワークＷ１を保持した状態で移送させるようになっており、テーブルの移動が止まると、図４（ｃ）に示すように、回転鋸刃Ｃ１が降下して、主ワークＷ１の木材層１２側を切削しながらテーブルの移動方向と直交する方向に移動する。

このとき、回転鋸刃Ｃ１の下降量は、主ワークＷ１の木材層１２のみを切削する距離（深さ）に設定され、すなわち、本実施の形態では、木材層１２の厚さが３ｍｍであれば、これよりもやや短い３ｍｍ未満の切削を行い、シート状基材１１を残し、木材層１２に溝２３を形成するように制御される。

回転鋸刃Ｃ１が主ワークＷ１の幅方向の一側縁から他側縁へ移動し、切削が終わると、この回転鋸刃Ｃ１は上昇し、テーブルが移動し、主ワークＷ１を送り、そして、上記動作が繰り返されて、所定の間隔毎に、すなわち、各面部２，３，４，８，９の間隔毎に木材層１２に溝２３が形成され、図６（ａ），（ｂ）に示すような左右幅方向に互いに平行となる複数の溝２３、本実施の形態では、前面部２，底面部３，背面部４，蓋面部８，手掛け部９の各面部の間となる位置とされることから４本の溝２３を有する主ワークＷ１が出来上がる。

なお、この溝２３の形状は、回転鋸刃Ｃ１の形状で決定され、本実施の形態では周縁形状が９０°の断面略くさび状に形成され設定されている回転鋸刃Ｃ１とされ、溝２３はＶ字形状に形成される。この回転鋸刃Ｃ１については、その刃先を９０°に設定した鋭角なものとしてもよいが、先端縁のみ略水平な平型となる９０°くさび状、或いは、先端縁のみ曲面状の丸型となる９０°くさび状としてもよく、このような先端形状の丸鋸とすれば、木材層１２の切削時にシート状基材１１を傷つけることなく溝２３の形成が行える。

次に、この主ワークＷ１を９０°回転させてテーブルに再び載置し、固定する。テーブルに載置固定された主ワークＷ１は、その左右両側端縁に、この主ワークＷ１の厚さである板厚の幅と略同幅長となるように段落ち部１０が形成される。すなわち、主ワークＷ１の側端縁部分において、図５（ａ），（ｂ）に示すように、回転鋸刃Ｃ２が降下して、主ワークＷ１の木材層１２側を切削しながら移動する。このときの回転鋸刃Ｃ２の下降量は、主ワークＷ１の木材層１２における厚さの１／２〜１／３程度を切削する距離（深さ）に設定され、すなわち、本実施の形態では、木材層１２の厚さが３ｍｍであれば、約１ｍｍの切削を行い、木材層１２に段落ち部１０を形成するように制御される。

回転鋸刃Ｃ２が主ワークＷ１の長さ方向の一側から他側へ移動し、切削が終わると、この回転鋸刃Ｃ２は上昇し、テーブルが移動し、主ワークＷ１を送り、もう一方の側端縁部分の位置まで移動させ、そして、上記動作が繰り返されて切削が行われる。なお、この段落ち部１０は、上記したＶ字状溝２３と同様に、回転鋸刃を用いることで形成されるが、ここでは、周縁形状が中心軸線と平行な断面略矩形状に形成され設定されている回転鋸刃Ｃ２とされ、段落ち部１０は矩形段状に形成される。

なお、上記した木工丸鋸盤による溝２３の形成及び段落ち部１０の形成については、上記した工程順序を逆として、すなわち、段落ち部１０を形成した後、各溝２３を形成する手順としても良い。

上記木工丸鋸盤による切削工程を終えると、図６（ａ），（ｂ）に示すように、シート状基材１１の一方の面１１ａ上の木材層１２は、前面部２，底面部３，背面部４，蓋面部８，手掛け部９の各面部が、４本のＶ字状溝２３にて分割された形状とされるとともに、その左右両側端縁に段落ち部１０が形成された板材１３となる。

なお、上記した各溝２３及び段落ち部１０の形成後、段落ち部１０の外縁部分をサンダーなどを用いてバリなどを除去し、この外縁を滑らかに仕上げることとしても良い。

次に、板材１３の木材層１２に形成された各面部のうち、背面部４と蓋面部８との間のＶ字状溝２３を除く各溝２３に接着剤を塗布し、シート状基材１１を表面として折曲し、すなわち各溝２３の対向面を互いに接着し固定させる。各溝２３は９０°のＶ字状溝であることから、対向する面同士の接着により、各面部２，３，４，８，９が互いに直交した折曲状態で形成され固定される。これにより、この折曲部分の外側が収納箱１としての稜線部分となる。

次に、左右の各側板２１を、前面部２，底面部３，背面部４における幅方向両縁部分の各段落ち部１０に位置させて、接着剤にて接着固定する（図７参照）。これにより、箱本体部７が完成される。
そして、各部を接着した接着剤が固化することで、箱体２０が完成となる。

以上説明したように本考案による収納箱では、収納箱内に、直棒状の線香が一本ずつ個別となって収容される凹溝を複数有し、かつ、これら凹溝の一側縁を傾斜面に形成した中板を設ける構成としたので、各凹溝内に収容された線香が、整然と並べられる収容状態となる。そして、各凹溝に収容された線香を取り出す際には、蓋面部を開放した後、線香の一端を、指の先にて板面方向に押さえることで、線香の他端が浮き上がることとなり、これにより取り出しが可能となる。すなわち、中板の一側縁に形成した傾斜面により、凹溝の端部から突出した線香の一端が指によって下方に押されることで、他端が浮き上がることとなる。そして、中板から一本の線香のみが浮き上がり、その一本だけを摘み取ることが可能となり、取り出し易いこととなる。また、このように一本を選択して取り出せることから、他の線香が容易に折れて破損となることがない。
