従来、病院等で使われている介護用衣服としては、前開きボタン付きの上着とズボンを組み合わせたもの、甚平型上着とズボンを組み合わせたもの、上下一体のつなぎタイプでファスナーで開閉できるようにしたものなどが知られている（特許文献１参照）。しかしながら、この従来の介護用衣服の場合、次のような問題があった。

上記特許文献１で提案された介護用パジャマは、着脱時における患者及び介護者の負担を軽減でき、また医療行為時の処理時間の短縮も可能となり、有用なものである。しかしながら、この介護用パジャマにも次のような問題が残されていた。

上記目的を達成するため、本考案は次のような手段を採用した。
