The present invention relates to a corrugated cardboard structure formed by combining reinforced corrugated cardboard.
【0002】[0002]
As a cardboard structure using reinforced cardboard, for example, there is a box-shaped table as shown in FIG. The box-shaped table 50 includes an outer plate 51 constituting an outer surface side of the table, and a plurality of reinforcing plates 52 of the same shape for preventing deformation of the outer plate 51. These are formed of reinforced corrugated cardboard, respectively. A plurality of reinforcing plates 52 are arranged in parallel in a vertical state at predetermined intervals, and in this state, the outer surface plate 51 is mounted in a state of being wound along the periphery of each reinforcing plate 52. In this case, the reinforcing plate 52 is formed in, for example, a rectangular flat plate shape, and engagement projections 53 are provided on both sides and a lower side thereof. The outer plate 51 is formed in a flat plate shape that is bent along the periphery of the reinforcing plate 52. The outer plate 51 is provided with a bent portion 54 that bends at each corner of the reinforcing plate 52. At a predetermined position of the outer plate 51, a locking hole into which an engaging projection 53 of the reinforcing plate 52 is engaged. 55 are provided. Further, on the lower side of the reinforcing plate 52, mounting grooves 56, 57 into which the ends 51a, 51b on both sides located in the winding direction of the outer surface plate 51 are inserted are respectively provided in a direction orthogonal to the lower side.
【0003】[0003]
When assembling such a box-shaped table 50, the plurality of reinforcing plates 52 are assembled to the outer surface plate 51 while being arranged in parallel in a vertical state at predetermined intervals. That is, by engaging each engaging projection 53 of each reinforcing plate 52 with each locking hole 55 of the outer surface plate 51 while bending the outer surface plate 51 at the bent portion 54, the outer surface plate 51 is connected to each reinforcing plate. Attach it in a state of being wound along the periphery of 52. Then, each end 51a, 51b of the outer panel 51 is bent at a right angle, and inserted into each of the mounting grooves 56, 57 provided on the lower side of each reinforcing plate 52. Since it is provided in a direction perpendicular to the lower side of the reinforcing plate 52, each end 51a, 51b of the outer panel 51 is finally bent at a right angle and inserted into each of the mounting grooves 56, 57 of the reinforcing plate 52. There is a problem that is difficult. For this reason, conventionally, the width of each of the mounting grooves 56 and 57 into which the respective end portions 51a and 51b of the outer surface plate 51 are inserted is widened so as to allow easy insertion. However, in such a structure, Since the width of each of the mounting grooves 56 and 57 is wide, each end 51a and 51b of the inserted outer surface plate 51 is easily loosened, and if used for a long time, the strength of the entire box-shaped table 50 is reduced. Problems arise.

This invention comprises at least one flat outer plate, and a plurality of flat and identical reinforcing plates arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals in a state perpendicular to the outer plate. Are formed of reinforced corrugated cardboard, and are mounted in a state in which the outer plate is wound along each peripheral portion of the plurality of reinforcing plates, wherein the outer plate has a plurality of bent grooves. A plurality of slit-shaped locking holes are provided corresponding to each corner of the reinforcing plate, and at positions corresponding to the plurality of reinforcing plates on the outer surface plate, the plurality of slit-shaped locking holes are orthogonal to the bending grooves. When the outer plate is bent along the peripheral portion of the reinforcing plate and wound around the peripheral portion of each of the plurality of reinforcing plates, the plurality of engagements are provided. A plurality of engaging projections respectively engaging the holes are provided. At the same time, at predetermined positions in the respective peripheral portions of the plurality of reinforcing plates, mounting grooves are respectively inserted in a state where both ends located in the winding direction of the outer surface plate are bent at an obtuse angle. It is characterized by being provided obliquely with respect to the periphery of the reinforcing plate.
According to this invention, when assembling the outer plate with the plurality of reinforcing plates being arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals in a vertical state in parallel with each other, the outer plate is bent by each of the bending grooves, and each of the outer plates is engaged. The outer plate is wound along the periphery of each reinforcing plate by sequentially engaging the engaging projections of each reinforcing plate with the blind holes, and in this state, each end portion on both sides of the outer plate is mounted. Is inserted into each mounting groove of each reinforcing plate when each end of the outer plate is bent at an obtuse angle, so each end of the outer plate is inserted into each mounting groove of each reinforcing plate. Can be easily and securely inserted. In this case, each mounting groove is provided on the reinforcing plate at an angle with respect to the periphery thereof, and each end of the outer surface plate is inserted into each of the mounting grooves in a state where it is bent at an obtuse angle. Therefore, if a load is applied during use, each end of the outer surface plate will bite into each mounting groove of the reinforcing plate, so that the overall strength does not decrease even during long-term use, and sufficient strength is maintained. Can be secured.

Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a cardboard bed will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a cardboard bed. This corrugated cardboard bed 1 is composed of two box-shaped structures 2, 2 and one sofa-shaped structure 3, and these are arranged as shown in FIG. 1 to form a bed. In this case, since the two box-shaped structures 2 and 2 have exactly the same structure, only one of them will be described below. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the box-shaped structure 2 includes a single flat outer plate 4 and flat plates arranged at predetermined intervals in a state perpendicular to the outer plate 4. A plurality of reinforcing plates 5 having the same shape and the same shape, each of which is formed of reinforced corrugated cardboard 6, and the outer surface plate 4 is wound around and attached along each peripheral portion of the plurality of reinforcing plates 5. Have been.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the reinforced corrugated cardboard 6 is formed by arranging papers 6b each bent in a wave shape between three flat papers 6a so that the wave shapes face the same direction. A layered structure or a three-layered structure (not shown) in which three sheets of paper each bent in a wave shape are arranged between four flat papers so that the wave shapes are oriented in the same direction, etc. In any of the structures, the entire thickness is about 10 mm to 15 mm. As shown in FIG. 2, each of the plurality of reinforcing plates 5 made of such reinforced corrugated cardboard 6 is formed in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape, and the left and right sides and the lower side are engaged with each other. The protrusion 7 is provided so as to protrude by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the reinforcing cardboard 6. As shown in FIG. 3, the outer surface plate 4 is formed into a rectangular flat plate having a length wound around the periphery of the reinforcing plate 5 and having a width equal to the arrangement length of the plurality of reinforcing plates 5. . The outer plate 4 is provided with bending grooves 8 which bend at each corner of the reinforcing plate 5 in parallel with the width direction corresponding to the arrangement direction of the reinforcing plates 5. A slit-shaped locking hole 9 with which each of the engaging projections 7 of the reinforcing plate 5 engages is provided at a location corresponding to.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, in the longitudinal direction of the outer plate 4, that is, at each of the ends 4 a and 4 b on both sides located in the winding direction of the outer plate 4, a biting groove 10 that cuts into the lower side of the reinforcing plate 5. Are provided corresponding to the respective reinforcing plates 5. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, each end 4 a, 4 b Are bent at an obtuse angle θ1, and the first and second mounting grooves 11, 12 into which the biting grooves 10 of the respective ends 4a, 4b bite into each other are inserted obliquely with respect to the lower side of the reinforcing plate 5, respectively. It is provided. That is, the first mounting groove 11 on the left side into which the left end 4a of the outer panel 4 is inserted has a right angle of insertion with respect to the lower side of the reinforcing plate 5 since the end 4a of the outer panel 4 is inserted from the left. It is provided to be inclined at an obtuse angle θ1. In addition, the right-side second mounting groove 12 into which the right end 4b of the outer panel 4 is inserted has an obtuse angle at which the insertion angle with respect to the lower side of the reinforcing plate 5 rises to the left since the end 4b of the outer panel 4 is inserted from the right. It is provided inclined at θ1. A bent groove 13 for bending each end 4a, 4b at an obtuse angle θ1 is also provided near each end 4a, 4b on both sides of the outer panel 4.
By the way, as shown in FIG. 8A, each bent groove 8 provided on the outer face plate 4 is cut into a V-shaped groove having a bottom angle of approximately 90 ° and a deep depth. Thus, the reinforced corrugated cardboard 6 is formed so as to be bent at substantially 90 ° as shown in FIG. 8B. On the other hand, the bent grooves 13 provided near both ends 4a and 4b of the outer panel 4 are generally called ruled lines, and are formed by pressing the reinforced corrugated cardboard 6 to be bent at an obtuse angle θ1.
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1, 4 to 6, the sofa-shaped structure 3 has two flat outer plates 15, 16, and each of the outer plates 15, 16 is perpendicular to the outer plates 15, 16. And a plurality of flat reinforcing plates 17 arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals in a state, each of which is formed of the same corrugated cardboard 6 as the box-shaped structure 2, and a plurality of reinforcing plates 17. The two outer plates 15 and 16 are respectively wound around and attached along the respective peripheral portions. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, each of the plurality of reinforcing plates 17 is formed in a substantially L-shaped flat plate in which a rising portion 19 is continuously formed at one end of a rectangular portion 18. The rectangular portion 18 of the reinforcing plate 17 is formed to have substantially the same size as the reinforcing plate 5 of the box-shaped structure 2. Engaging projections 20 are provided on both sides of the right side and lower side of the rectangular portion 18 so as to protrude by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 6. A mating projection 20 is provided as described above.
As shown in FIG. 1, the first outer plate 15 of the outer plates 15 and 16 is substantially the same as the lower side of the rectangular portion 18 from the right side of the rising portion 19 of the reinforcing plate 17 through the upper side and the left side thereof. It is formed in a flat plate shape having a length wound around the left side of the intermediate portion and having a width equal to the arrangement length of the plurality of reinforcing plates 17. The second outer surface plate 16 has a length wound around the rectangular portion 18 from the upper side to the right side of the lower middle substantially through the right side, except for the periphery of the rising portion 19, and includes a plurality of reinforcing plates. It is formed in a flat plate shape having a width of 17 arrangement lengths. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, bending grooves 21 and 22 that bend at each corner of the reinforcing plate 17 are arranged on the first and second outer plates 15 and 16, respectively. The first and second outer plates 15 and 16 have slit-shaped locking portions at positions corresponding to the reinforcing plates 17 to which the respective engaging projections 20 of the reinforcing plate 17 engage. Holes 23 are provided respectively. Further, each longitudinal direction of the first and second outer plates 15 and 16, that is, both ends 15 a, 15 b, 16 a and 16 b on both sides located in the winding direction of the first and second outer plates 15 and 16 are provided. Biting grooves 24 and 25 are formed in the lower side of the reinforcing plate 17 so as to correspond to the respective reinforcing plates 17. It should be noted that bent grooves 26 and 27 for bending this portion at an obtuse angle are also provided near the ends 15a, 15b, 16a and 16b of the first and second outer plates 15 and 16.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, one end 15 a of the first outer panel 15 and the second end of the second A wide first mounting groove 28 is provided, which is inserted in a state where the one end 16a of the outer surface plate 16 overlaps and is bent at an obtuse angle θ2. That is, since the one end 15a of the first outer surface plate 15 is inserted from above into the first mounting groove 28, as shown in FIG. In addition to being inclined at an obtuse angle θ2, one end (upper left end in FIG. 1) 16a of the second outer plate 16 is inserted from the right side, so that the insertion angle of the reinforcing plate 17 with respect to the upper side of the rectangular portion 18 is also lowered to the left. At the same obtuse angle θ2. Further, the first mounting groove 28 is inserted with the one end portions 15a and 16a of the first and second outer panels 15 and 16 overlapping each other, so that the groove width is twice the thickness of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 6. It is formed in a size of about.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, first and second outer face plates 15, 16 are provided at substantially middle portions of the lower side of each reinforcing plate 17, that is, portions located on both sides of the middle portion of the lower side. With the other end portions 15b and 16b bent at an obtuse angle θ3, the second and third mounting grooves 29 and 30 into which the bite grooves 24 and 25 of the other end portions 15b and 16b are inserted. Each is provided diagonally to the lower side. That is, since the other end portion (the lower left end portion in FIG. 1) 15b of the first outer surface plate 15 is inserted from the left side, the second mounting groove 29 is inserted into the lower side of the reinforcing plate 17 as shown in FIG. The angle is inclined at an obtuse angle θ3 that rises to the right. Also, since the other end portion (the lower right end portion in FIG. 1) 16b of the second outer surface plate 16 is inserted from the right side into the third mounting groove 30, the insertion angle with respect to the lower side of the reinforcing plate 17 becomes an oblique angle θ3 rising to the left. It is installed at an angle. Note that the bending angles of the other end portions 15b, 16b of the first and second outer plates 15, 16 and the insertion angles of the second and third mounting grooves 29, 30 are the same as those of the box-shaped structure 2 ( θ1 = θ3).
By the way, also in this case, as shown in FIG. 8A, each of the bent grooves 21 and 22 provided in the first and second outer panels 15 and 16 has an angle of about 90 degrees at the bottom. The V-shaped groove is formed so as to be deep at a degree of .degree., Whereby the reinforced corrugated cardboard 6 is formed so as to be bent at substantially 90 degrees as shown in FIG. 8B. The bent grooves 26 and 27 at both ends of the first and second outer plates 15 and 16 are formed by so-called ruled lines for bending the reinforced corrugated cardboard 6 into obtuse angles θ2 and θ3.
Next, a case of assembling such a cardboard bed 1 will be described. First, when assembling the box-shaped structure 2 shown in FIG. 1, first, the plurality of reinforcing plates 5 are sequentially assembled to the outer panel 4 while being arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals in a vertical state. At this time, while the outer plate 4 is bent to approximately 90 ° at each bending groove 8 corresponding to each corner of each reinforcing plate 5, each engaging hole 9 of each reinforcing plate 5 is By sequentially engaging the projections 7, the outer plate 4 is mounted in a state of being wound along the peripheral portion of each reinforcing plate 5. In this state, the ends 4a and 4b on both sides of the outer panel 4 are inserted into the first and second mounting grooves 11 and 12 on the lower side of each reinforcing plate 5, respectively. At this time, each end 4a, 4b of the outer panel 4 is bent at an obtuse angle θ1 at each bending groove 13 in the vicinity thereof, and in this state, each end 4b of the outer panel 4 is connected to the first and second mounting grooves 12. Each is inserted, and each biting groove 10 of each end 4a, 4b is bitten. Thereby, the box-shaped structure 2 can be easily assembled.

In this state, it is inserted from above the first mounting groove 28, and the biting groove 24 at one end 15 a is bitten into the first mounting groove 28. When the other end 15b of the first outer panel 15 is inserted into each of the second mounting grooves 29 on the left side of each reinforcing plate 17, first, the other end 15b is obtuse by the bent groove 26 near the other end. In this state, the other end 15b of the first outer panel 15 is inserted from the left side of the second mounting groove 29, and the bite groove 24 of the other end 15b is bitten.
On the other hand, when assembling each reinforcing plate 17 to the second outer plate 16, the second outer plate 16 is formed at approximately 90 ° by each bending groove 22 corresponding to each corner of the rectangular portion 18 of each reinforcing plate 17. While bending, the engaging projections 20 of the reinforcing plates 17 are sequentially engaged with the locking holes 23 of the second outer plate 16 so that the upper surface of the rectangular portion 18 of the reinforcing plate 5 is connected to the second outer plate 16. From the right side through the right side to the right side of the lower middle part. Then, the respective ends 16a and 16b on both sides of the second outer panel 16 are bent at obtuse angles θ2 and θ3 at the respective bent grooves 27 in the vicinity thereof, and in this state, the respective ends 16a and 16b are 1. Insert into the second mounting grooves 28, 30.

And inserted into the first mounting groove 28 of each reinforcing plate 17 from the right side in a state of being superimposed on one end 15a of the first outer surface plate 15 in this state, and the bite groove 25 of the one end 16a is inserted into the first mounting groove 28. Let go. When the other end 16b of the second outer panel 16 is inserted into the third mounting groove 30 on the lower side of each reinforcing plate 17, first, the other end 16b is bent to the obtuse angle θ3 by the bent groove 27 in the vicinity. It is bent, and in this state, it is inserted into the third mounting groove 30 from the right side, and the biting groove 25 of the other end 16b is bitten. As a result, the first and second outer plates 15 and 16 are attached in a state of being wound along the peripheral portions of the plurality of reinforcing plates 17. Thereby, the sofa-shaped structure 3 can be easily assembled.

As described above, according to the present invention, when a plurality of reinforcing plates having the same shape are arranged in parallel in a vertical state at predetermined intervals, the outer plate is bent by each bending groove when sequentially assembled to the outer plate. While engaging the engaging projections of each reinforcing plate sequentially with each locking hole of the outer plate, the outer plate is mounted in a state wound around the periphery of each reinforcing plate. When each end of both sides is inserted into each mounting groove of each reinforcing plate, each end of the outer plate is inserted into each mounting groove with each end bent at an obtuse angle. It can be easily and reliably inserted into each mounting groove. In this case, each mounting groove is provided on the reinforcing plate at an angle to the periphery thereof, and each end of both sides of the outer panel is inserted into each mounting groove in a state where it is bent at an obtuse angle. Therefore, if a load is applied during use, each end of the outer panel will bite into each mounting groove of the reinforcing plate, so that the overall strength does not decrease even for long-term use, Strength can be secured. That is, it is possible to provide a structure having extremely high strength by using only corrugated cardboard without using any adhesive or metal fitting for bonding or connecting between corrugated cardboard.
