【考案の詳細な説明】 【０００１】 【考案の属する技術分野】 この考案は、心電図を記録するときに胸部誘導の装着を迅速かつ簡便にするた めのものである。 【０００２】 【従来の技術】 従来の胸部誘導電極は６個が独立しており、１個ずつ装着しなければならず、 装着に時間がかかった。また、心電図を記録するときに６個のうち何個かはずれ てしまうこともあるなど、不便な点があった。特に緊急性を要することの多い心 電図検査においてはこの点の改善が望まれていた。 【０００３】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】 したがって、単一の一括電極で胸部６誘導を同時に装着することは理想であっ たが、各人の体格、体型の違いから、これは不可能と思われていた。本考案は医 療現場でのこうした要望に応えるための考案である。 【０００４】 【課題を解決するための手段】 本考案に先立って、体格、体型、年齢、性別の異なる多数の被験者について、 Ｖ１からＶ６までの胸部誘導をトレースしたところ、基本的に類似しており、伸 縮性のある素材を用いれば、誰にでも適応できる単一の一括電極を作成できるこ とが判明した。その構成を説明すると、 （イ） Ｖ１からＶ６までの６個の胸部誘導電極を標準的体型に合わせて配置 する。 （ロ） 上記の６個の電極を伸縮性のある素材を用いて、伸縮に際して電極の 位置関係が保たれるように連結する。 （ハ） 各電極の導線は、伸縮に対応するようにたるみをつけて一カ所にまと める。 （ニ） 両端に吸引導子を設ける。 以上のように構成する。 【０００５】 【考案の実施の形態】 次に考案の実施の形態を述べると、伸縮性胸部誘導一括電極の両端の吸引導子 を各々両手でつまんで持ち、Ｖ１が被験者の第４肋間胸骨右縁に、Ｖ４が第５肋 間中鎖骨線上にくるように装着して、心電図を記録する。 【請求項３】は主として使い捨て仕様を想定したものであり、運動負荷検査等 に使用する。 【０００６】 【考案の効果】 本電極により、迅速かつ簡便に心電図を記録することが出来る。 このことは救急医療など、緊急性を要する医療現場で極めて有用である。 また、集団検診や運動負荷検査などにも便利である。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 【請求項１】（イ） Ｖ１からＶ６までの６個の胸部誘
    導電極を標準的体型に合わせて配置する。 （ロ） 上記の６個の電極を伸縮性のある素材を用い
    て、伸縮に際して電極の位置関係が保たれるように連結
    する。 （ハ） 各電極の導線は、伸縮に対応するようにたるみ
    をつけて一カ所にまとめる。 （ニ） 両端に吸引導子を設ける。 以上のように構成した伸縮性胸部誘導一括電極。 【請求項２】 【請求項１】のように構成した電極を伸縮性のある外皮
    でおおう。 【請求項３】 【請求項１】の（ニ）を設けず、代わりに電極の下面に
    接着剤をつけ、両端につまみを設ける。
