ている。しかしながら、橋絡部を持たない歯部鉄心では
その固定強度が弱く、モータ製造過程で歯部の変形や位
置ずれ等が発生し易く、継鉄部鉄心との係合部分で隙間
を生じ、エアギャップによる電流の増大を生じたり、電
動機に組み込んだ時に回転子に接触する等の重大な支障

断面積を出来るだけ小さくすることにより、磁気特性を
大きく低下させることなく、かつ十分にモータ製造過程
で取扱いに耐える固定子鉄心を提供することができる。
また、歯部鉄心が内周縁部で連結されているため、製造
設備の簡略化と固定子巻線の巻装の省力化を図ることが
でき、固定子を樹脂モールドする場合には内径側の樹脂
流入が防止され、樹脂モールド作業の省力化を図ること
