【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本願は、高所作業者が墜落防止の
ために使用する安全帯のロープをつなぎとめておくもの
で、ビルの屋上作業時に墜落防止設備のない所で使用す
るものである。

【従来の技術】従来より、高層ビルの場合はあらかじ
め、維持管理業務のための設備が組込まれる。例えば外
装部の清掃，洗浄作業に従事する作業員の安全を目的と
して、その命綱を係着するための金具，設備を設けてい
る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、低いビルの場
合は、そういう設備はなく、看板，給水タンクの取付け
に際しては、命綱を取付けるものがなく、ほとんど無胴
綱状態で屋上端で作業し、墜落の危険性があった。本願
は上記の様な低いビル等の安全設備のないところに安全
帯等墜落防止具の係止具を仮に設け、作業者の墜落災害
を防止するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本願は、袋に水を注入可
能として、所定の重量を得、その袋の周囲に安全帯、親
綱等のフック取付部を設けて、万が一の墜落発生の際の
衝撃荷重を受け止めるものである。袋は折り畳んで携
帯，運搬を容易にしたものである。

【実施例】本願は、防水性のシート材によって、所定容
積を有する袋体1 を満杯水圧に耐え得るよう強固に形成
し、その袋体1 には水を注入，排水する開閉弁2 ，及び
空気抜穴3 を設け、所定位置の周囲にロープを巡らせて
形成したフック取付部4 を設けたものである。
【０００６】本願実施例の形状は、１８０ｃｍ×１８０
ｃｍ×５０ｃｍの台形状で満水時には約１７００ｋｇと
なるものである。
【０００７】使用方法は、まず折り畳んである袋体1 を
屋上へ上げて、所定位置に広げる。そして注入，排水す
る開閉弁2 に、水道より引いたホースを差し込んで満水
になるまで注入する。満水時には、中央上に設けた空気
抜穴3 より水があふれ出て満水状態であることがわか
り、過注入しても空気抜穴3 よりあふれ出るのみで袋体
に余計な水圧はかからない構造である。以上注入した
後、周囲に設けたロープにカラビナを介して安全帯ロー
プを取付けるか、直接安全帯ロープに設けたフックを取
付けるものである。

【発明の効果】本願は、上記の様な構造を有しており、
携帯，運搬が容易であり、満水時に約１７００ｋｇとな
り、墜落時の衝撃荷重に十分対応する荷重であり、低い
ビルの安全設備のない屋上作業に最適である。又万が一
墜落が発生した場合は袋体が変形し取付部4 が移動する
ことによって、落下衝撃を緩和する効果がある。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 防水性のシート材によって、所定容積を
    有する袋体1 を満杯水圧に耐え得るよう強固に形成し、
    当該袋体1 には水を注入、排水する開閉弁2，及び空気
    抜穴3 を設け、所定位置にフック取付部4 を設けたこと
    を特徴とする作業者係止具。
  2. 【請求項２】 フック取付部4 は、袋体1 に結合して周
    囲に巡らせたロープによって設けることを特徴とする請
    求項１に記載の作業者係止具。
  3. 【請求項３】 フック取付部4 は、袋体1 に結合した環
    5 によって設けることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の作
    業者係止具。
