BACKGROUND ART Corrugated sheets made of synthetic resin are widely used as building materials for simple buildings such as garages and greenhouses. However, most of them have only a single color with pigments, and very few have more designs. A pattern was given to a polyvinyl chloride substrate by a transfer method and formed into a corrugated sheet (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-14194).
However, the protective layer provided simultaneously with the pattern by the transfer method,
Generally, the thickness is about several μm, and the picture cannot be sufficiently protected. When preparing a transfer sheet with a sufficiently thick protective layer, the thickness of the transfer sheet is added to the thickness of the base sheet, and the diameter of the roll on which the transfer sheet is wound is large compared to the length. Must be performed frequently, so that the efficiency of production cannot be improved and is not practical.

An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method suitable for mass-producing a painted corrugated sheet having a protective layer capable of sufficiently protecting a pattern.

The painting corrugated sheet (7) of the present invention, as shown in FIG.
A backing film (1) having a pattern (12) printed on a transparent first synthetic resin film (11) is prepared, and a second synthetic resin plate (2) is extruded. Is laminated, and then the laminate (3) is formed into a corrugated sheet shape. It goes without saying that the picture may be provided on both sides of the corrugated sheet by using two back printing films. The transparent first synthetic resin film is selected to have excellent surface properties such as weather resistance, stain resistance, and abrasion resistance.
As a practical one, an acrylic resin film is preferable. In order to protect the pattern sufficiently, the thickness should be more than 20 and 500
It is preferably up to μm, particularly preferably 40 to 60 μm. The reverse printing of the pattern may be performed according to a known technique. It is desirable to select a binder that easily fuses with the second synthetic resin as the binder of the printing ink. As the second synthetic resin, polyvinyl chloride or an acrylic resin is suitable, and the former is particularly advantageous in terms of cost in practical use. This is extruded to a thickness of 1 to 10 mm,
Preferably, it is extruded into a plate of 3 to 6 mm.

The first synthetic resin film is effectively heat-sealed by pressing it with the roll (4) immediately after the second synthetic resin plate-like body is extruded and pressed thereon. If a binder which is easy to fuse the second synthetic resin is used as the binder of the ink for the back printing, the printing area ratio may be high. If it is desired to secure the adhesion, an adhesive may be used, and the adhesive may be applied after the pattern is backprinted. In this case, there is no need to pay particular attention to the ink for picture printing. Immediately after lamination,
A corrugated sheet having a desired cross-sectional shape is obtained by passing a set of deformed rolls and a die (6). If the plasticity decreases due to a decrease in temperature after lamination, it goes without saying that means (5) for heating again may be used. In this way, a painted corrugated sheet whose sectional shape is shown in FIG. 2 is obtained.

A 50 µm thick transparent acrylic resin film "Sandulen SD-002AN" (manufactured by Kanegabuchi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) was backprinted with a colored ink "FX Type" (manufactured by Showa Ink Industries Co., Ltd.). . Polyvinyl chloride was extruded into a flat plate having a thickness of 3 mm using an extruder, and the backing film of the acrylic resin was immediately stacked on the same line and pressed with a roll. Subsequently, the laminated material was heated again, passed through a die, and formed into a corrugated sheet.

According to the method for manufacturing a painted corrugated sheet of the present invention, the surface layer for protecting the picture can be made sufficiently thick. Because a transfer sheet is not used, a take-up roll of sufficient length can be used,
Therefore, the work of exchanging rolls does not become complicated, and continuous work can be performed for a long time. This, combined with the fact that there is no substrate sheet to be discarded unlike the transfer sheet, can reduce the manufacturing cost of the painted corrugated sheet.
