2. Description of the Related Art For example, a shield machine is propelled underground,
In the shield construction method in which a tunnel is constructed while sequentially assembling segments, it is necessary to transport the segments from the shaft to the face. And in the past, rails were laid in tunnel tunnels, multiple trucks were connected, segments were loaded on each of these trucks, and trucks were towed by tow trucks,
The segments are transported by running on rails. However, such a conventional transport method has the following disadvantages when loading and unloading segments on the shaft side and the face side.

That is, on the shaft side, since a segment is loaded on each of a plurality of transport vehicles, each time a segment is loaded on each transport vehicle, a crane or a transporter that suspends the segment is used. Each time, it was necessary to move the car along the length of the tunnel. Similarly, on the face side, the operation of moving a crane, such as a hoist, or a transport vehicle in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel each time is necessary in order to load and unload segments from a plurality of transport vehicles. And moving such cranes and trucks is troublesome, especially when the tunnel pit diameter is small.
Since it is performed in a narrow space, it is difficult to do so, it is not possible to increase the work efficiency, and there is also a problem with danger. The present invention has been devised in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a transport vehicle for tunnel tunnels that can easily load and unload cargo such as segments in a tunnel tunnel. .

Reference numeral 13 denotes a belt conveyor provided on the vehicle body 9. The belt conveyor 13 includes a pair of narrow belts 15, 15, a driving roller 17, a driven roller 19, a guide roller 21 and the like disposed along both sides of the vehicle body 9. The driving roller 17 is disposed at the rear end of the vehicle body 9, and the driven roller 19 is disposed at the front end of the vehicle body 9.
The pair of belts 15, 15 are stretched over the driving roller 17 and the driven roller 19 at both ends of the vehicle body such that one half of the belt 15 is located above the vehicle body 9 and the other half is located below the vehicle body 9. A plurality of guide rollers 21 are provided on both sides of the upper surface and the lower surface of the vehicle body 9 so that the belts 15 and 15 move smoothly.

Next, the operation will be described. First, when loading the segment 3 from the crane to the transport vehicle 7 on the shaft side, for example, the rear end of the vehicle body 9 is set to the loading location.
Then, after the segments 3 are suspended and loaded on the rear end by a crane, the belts 15, 15 are moved by a predetermined amount, and the segments 3 are transferred to the front end side. By moving the belts 15, 15 after loading, the segments 3 are loaded over the entire length of the vehicle body. In the embodiment, six segments 3 corresponding to one ring of the segment pit 1 are loaded on the carrier 7. Therefore, when loading the segment 3 from the crane to the transport vehicle 7 on the shaft side,
Unlike the conventional case, there is no need to move the crane or the transport vehicle 7 each time, and even when the tunnel pit diameter is small, the loading operation can be easily performed in a narrow space, and the loading operation can be performed by the work robot. Is preferable because the loading location can be set to a fixed location.

When the segments 3 are to be loaded and unloaded from the transport vehicle 7 on the face side, for example, the front end of the vehicle body 9 is set to a place where the crane is lifted. Then, the segment 3 is lifted by the crane at the front end, and after the lifting, the belts 15, 15 are moved by a predetermined amount toward the front end of the vehicle body 9. By moving the belts 15 and 15 after the lifting, the segments 3 are sequentially lifted, and the segments 3 loaded over the entire length of the vehicle body are supplied to the face. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, it is not necessary to move the crane or the transport vehicle 7 each time, and even when the tunnel pit diameter is small, it is possible to easily load and unload the segments 3 in a narrow space. Thus, when loading and unloading is performed by a work robot, the lifting position can be set at a fixed position, which is preferable.

In the embodiment, since the half of the belts 15 and 15 is disposed above the vehicle body 9 and the other half is disposed below the vehicle body 9, the segments 3 loaded on the carrier 7 are arranged. Can be reduced, and this is particularly advantageous when the segment bore diameter is small. In the embodiment, the cross section of the vehicle body 9 is formed in an arc shape corresponding to the segment bottom wall 1A, and the narrow belts 15, 15 are disposed on both sides of the vehicle body 9, so that the vehicle is loaded on the transport vehicle 7. The height of the segment 3 can be further reduced, and the space on the segment bottom wall 1A can be efficiently used without waste.
