(Prior art) In the treatment of hepatitis B, AIDS and other diseases, doctors, nurses, cleaners, etc. can become infected through the needle used by patients, and in recent years there has been a social problem. Has become. This is because bacteria and the like in the residual adhering liquid remaining at the tip of the injection needle come into contact with a third party and become infected. The treatment of such a used injection needle is appropriately devised.

That is, since the processing after use is not uniform, there is a possibility that appropriate processing is not necessarily performed by each operator. Especially the processing is not constant and the handling after processing is not uniform,
Further, it is known that secondary infection exists due to reasons such as difficulty in visually distinguishing between treated and untreated ones.

"Structure of the invention" (Means for solving the problem) Disinfection in a cap-shaped container for the purpose of disinfecting, fixing and protecting the needle with one operation with one hand and preventing secondary infection by pathogenic bacteria. (Action) When the used injection needle is inserted through the insertion port, the thin film protecting the filter containing the disinfecting solution is broken, and the disinfecting solution containing the porous fine powder having a size smaller than the inner diameter of the injection needle is removed. Since the fine powder passes through the needle hole, the fine powder easily penetrates into the needle hole, and accordingly, the disinfecting solution also accurately enters the needle hole of the injection needle. That is, if the disinfectant is only the disinfectant, it is unlikely that the disinfectant will enter the thin needle hole of the injection needle that has entered due to its surface tension, but the disinfectant will contain the fine powder as described above. When the injection needle enters the disinfecting solution in which such fine powder is distributed, the fine powder enters the needle hole with almost no effect of the surface tension. A disinfectant is introduced along with the powder. And then the elastic body (material such as rubber) that fixes the needle
The antiseptic solution taken into the needle tip is sealed to the elastic body without leaking to the outside, so the disinfecting action in the needle is performed and the needle is fixed, protecting the tip of the injection needle and secondary infection. Can be prevented.

(Embodiment) A specific embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. The filter section 3 containing the liquid is provided,
Further, an elastic body 4 for fixing the needle is set at the lower part thereof,
By inserting the used injection needle 6 into the elastic body 4 at a stretch with one hand, the purpose of disinfection, fixing and protection of the needle tip can be achieved by one operation.

The disinfecting solution to be put into the filter section 3 contains, for example, powder of barley stone, activated carbon, Otani stone, etc. as porous fine powder having a size smaller than the inner diameter of the injection needle. Such a porous fine powder is easily introduced into the needle hole, and accordingly, the disinfecting solution has a reduced surface tension, and thus is easily taken into the needle hole.

In addition, the needle tip is reliably guided to the elastic body by the needle guide crevices 7 provided in the cap-shaped container 1, and the needle does not come off without being inserted into the elastic body 4.

The elastic body 4 is fixed to the lower part of the cap-shaped container 1 by an elastic body stopping member 5 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the inserted needle tip from wobbling.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cap-shaped container 1 is formed by inserting approximately 50 to 200 single-piece cap-shaped containers 1 side by side in a predetermined container and inserting the needle into the cap-shaped container 1. It is extremely simple because it is removed from a predetermined container and thrown away to a predetermined processing station to complete all operations.

The operation of using the device according to the present invention as described above is extremely simple, and in general, it is sufficient to puncture it immediately after performing injection, and there is almost no complexity and no special tools or power is required. In particular, since the moving distance and elapsed time after the injection are greatly reduced, the possibility of touching a third party from any aspect is completely eliminated, and the secondary infection can be effectively prevented. In addition, a bactericide can be appropriately added to the liquid preparation, so that a primary treatment generally performed in a clinic or the like can also be performed.

Further, even after being treated as industrial waste, the used injection needle is protected by the cap-shaped container 1 and is not exposed, so that it does not come into contact with the human body or the like in the treatment process.

"Effects of the Invention" In the case of the present invention as described above, the used injection needle is inserted by simply inserting the used injection needle into the cap-shaped container immediately after the injection, and pulling out the cap-shaped container by a simple and short operation. Can be appropriately treated in the storage section, whereby the secondary infection can be properly prevented. Since it is disinfected, fixed, and protected in the cap-shaped container as described above, it is stable even during subsequent processing or disposal, and there is no possibility of touching the human body, etc. Has the effect of being able to use waste plastic as a material and having a very low cost, and is a device with a large effect in practical use.
