Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to fan-equipped clothing that cools the body by generating airflow on the surface of the body or underwear, and the clothing body of the fan-equipped clothing.

In recent years, fan-equipped clothing has been put to practical use, which cools the body by evaporating sweat from the body by circulating large amounts of outside air roughly parallel to the surface of the body or underwear (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

It would be desirable for the main body of such fan-equipped clothing to be able to be used as a normal outerwear garment without the fan attached, even when body cooling is not required, so that it can be used all year round. However, because the main body of the clothing has mounting holes for attaching the fan, these mounting holes become an obstacle to appearance when used without the fan attached.

Therefore, a garment body is known in which a fan cover is attached to cover the attachment holes to make the attachment holes less noticeable (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
The bottom of the fan cover has an opening for letting in air, and when the fan is in use, a reinforcing member made of resin or other material is attached separately to ensure the area of the opening. The through portion 174 is a hole provided in a part of the left and right ends of the fan cover 17 on the side where the engaging portion 19 is provided, and serves as a passage for the adjustment member 18 when the engaging portion 181 (described later) is engaged with the engaging portion 19.

(Adjustment member)
The adjustment member 18 is a member for adjusting the opening area of the opening 171, and is a strip-shaped (plate-shaped) member made of a flexible material.
The adjustment member 18 is, for example, a plate material having higher rigidity than the fan cover 17. One longitudinal end of the adjustment member 18 is fixed to the back surface of either the left or right end of the fan cover 17 or to the fabric C near the fan cover 17, so that the adjustment member 18 is positioned along the edge of the fan cover 17 near the opening 171. The adjustment member 18 can be held by a holding member 173 provided on the edge near the opening 171. In addition, a locking portion 181 is provided on the other longitudinal end, which is the free end of the adjustment member 18, and is detachably locked to the locked portion 19.

The adjustment member 18 is preferably made of a rigid member having rigidity, and is preferably made of a non-stretchable material such as a plate-shaped plastic plate, but is not limited to this.
In addition, from the viewpoint of making the adjusting member 18 less noticeable, it is desirable that the surface be made of the same material as the fabric C.

(Latching portion)
The locking portion 181 is a member that is provided at the other longitudinal end, which is the free end of the adjustment member 18, and that is detachably locked to the locked portion 19. In Figures 2A and 2B, a female snap button is shown as an example of the locking portion 181, but the locking portion 181 is not limited to this and any suitable known configuration may be used, such as a button, a hook, or a male hook-and-loop fastener.

The interlocking portion 19 is a member that is provided on the fabric C near the fan cover 17, on the left-right opposite side of the side where one end of the adjustment member 18 is fixed, and that interlocks the interlocking portion 181 to the fabric C. The interlocking portion 19 includes, for example, two interlocking portions: a first interlocking portion 19a and a second interlocking portion 19b that is provided at a position farther left-right from the fan cover 17 than the first interlocking portion.
The specific configuration of the engaging portion 19 varies depending on the configuration of the engaging portion 181. Specifically, for example, if the engaging portion 181 is a female snap button, the engaging portion 19 is a male snap button, and if the engaging portion 181 is a button, the engaging portion 19 is a buttonhole.

(Covering part)
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, a covering portion D is provided on the fabric C to cover the adjusting member 18 when the locking portion 181 of the adjusting member 18 is attached to the locked portion 19.
The covering portion D is made of, for example, the same material as the fabric C, and is connected at least above the fabric C around the engaging portion 19, and at least a portion of the left and right portions closest to the fan cover 17 is open, and is long enough to cover the engaging portion 19.
By covering the locked portion 19 with the covering portion D, the locked portion 19, the adjustment member 18 locked to the locked portion 19, and the locking portion 181 can be made less noticeable in appearance.

As shown in FIG. 1A , the fan 2 is attached to the garment body 1 so as to pass through the attachment hole 13, and is a device for introducing air through the attachment hole 13 into the space between the garment body 1 and the wearer's body.

Furthermore, it is sufficient if at least a portion of the adjustment member 18A is sewn to the fan cover 17, but it is preferable if it is sewn to the fan cover 17 near the opening 171, because this allows for a greater change in the degree of opening of the opening 171 when the shape of the adjustment member 18A changes.
