Abstract

Claims (11)
- PET樹脂と、
核剤と、
難燃剤と、
酸化防止剤と、
棒状充填補強材と、
相溶化剤と、
を含む難燃性ポリエステル材料。 - 前記難燃性ポリエステル材料の総重量に対し、前記PET樹脂の添加量が、45wt%~62wt%であり、前記核剤の添加量が、0.5wt%~3wt%であり、前記難燃剤の添加量が、10wt%~18wt%であり、前記酸化防止剤の添加量が、0.1wt%~1wt%であり、前記棒状充填補強材の添加量が、25wt%~32wt%であり、前記相溶化剤の添加量が、2wt%~5wt%である請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記PET樹脂が、バージンペレットまたは環境に優しいリサイクルペレットを含む請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記PET樹脂の固有粘度が、0.60~0.90である請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記核剤が、有機核剤、無機核剤、またはその配合物を含む請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記有機核剤が、有機ナトリウム塩を含み、前記有機ナトリウム塩が、安息香酸ナトリウム、モンタナイトナトリウム、またはエチレンメタクリル酸共重合体(EMAA)を含む請求項5に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記無機核剤が、無機マイクロ/ナノ粉末を含み、前記無機マイクロ/ナノ粉末が、タルク、二酸化チタン、シリカ、または炭酸カルシウムを含む請求項5に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記難燃剤が、ハロゲンフリー難燃剤であり、前記ハロゲンフリー難燃剤が、窒素難燃剤、リン難燃剤、またはその複合配合物を含む請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記酸化防止剤が、ヒンダードフェノール酸化防止剤、フェノール酸化防止剤、ハイブリッド酸化防止剤、ホスファイト酸化防止剤、複合酸化防止剤、またはその組み合わせを含む請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記棒状充填補強材が、シロキサンで修飾されたガラス繊維を含む請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
- 前記相溶化剤が、エチレン-メチルアクリレート-グリシジルメタクリレート共重合体(E-MA-GMA)、ポリオレフィンエラストマーグラフトグリシジルメタクリレート(POE-g-GMA)、ポリエチレングラフトグリシジルメタクリレートグリセリド(PE-g-GMA)、またはその組み合わせを含む請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリエステル材料。
