舌下神経に隣接して移植可能であり、一定期間中に前記舌下神経に前記刺激を送達し、前記計算装置からの信号に応答して前記刺激の前記一つ以上のパラメータを変更するように構成されうる、電極と、を含む、システム。 - 前記生理学的データが、吸気、睡眠の段階、体位、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記ルールに基づく分類が、前記体位の変化に基づき、前記一つ以上のパラメータを変更すべきかどうかを決定する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記バイオマーカーが、無呼吸イベント、呼吸速度、吸気、呼気、体位、および/または顎位置に関連する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者における睡眠呼吸障害(SDB)を改善する方法であって、
プロセッサを含むシステムによって、前舌筋に近接して移植されたセンサによって記録された生理学的データを監視することと、
前記システムによって、前記生理学的データ内のトリガを識別することであって、前記トリガが、睡眠に関連する状態のバイオマーカーとして識別されることと、
前記システムによって、ルールに基づく分類を前記トリガに適用して、前記バイオマーカーに基づき刺激の一つ以上のパラメータを変更すべきかどうかを決定することであって、前記ルールに基づく分類が適応的であることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記システムによって、前記舌下神経に隣接して位置する電極に、前記パラメータの構成または設定情報を含む信号を送信することをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガが、前記生理学的データの少なくとも一つのパラメータの変化を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
