Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換装置を組み込んだ高温流体輸送管路であって、高温流体に含まれる熱はその輸送中に回収され得る。熱交換装置は密閉熱交換キャビティとその中に設置される受熱流体コイル12を含む。熱交換方法は高温流体と接触する熱交換キャビティの熱交換ベースプレート1を介してキャビティ内の補助流体を加熱し、被加熱補助流体、次いで受熱流体コイル内の受熱流体に熱を伝導する。一例として、高温流体は燃焼によって生成される燃焼排気ガスであり、燃焼排気ガス輸送管路の上部は、本発明の熱交換装置によって置き換えられ、補助流体は空気等の不活性ガスであり、及び高温燃焼排気ガスによって間接的に加熱された空気は(酸化剤/燃焼補助剤として)受熱流体コイル内において流れる燃料及び/又は酸素富化ガスに熱を伝導する。

Claims (15)
- 高温流体輸送管路において、前記輸送管路のケーシングの少なくとも一部は、熱交換装置によって形成されることを特徴とする高温流体輸送管路。
- 前記熱交換装置は、高温流体と接触する熱交換ベースプレートと、外部環境と接触する断熱層とを含み、前記断熱層は、2つの端面及び2つの荷重支持プレートによって前記熱交換ベースプレートに接続され、前記熱交換ベースプレート、前記断熱層、前記端面及び前記荷重支持プレートは、密閉熱交換キャビティを囲み、受熱流体コイルは、前記熱交換キャビティ内に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高温流体輸送管路。
- 受熱流体入口及び受熱流体出口は、前記断熱層の外壁に提供され、前記受熱流体入口は、前記熱交換キャビティの内部に位置する受熱流体入口分配器及び前記受熱流体コイルの入口と順次連通し、及び前記受熱流体出口は、前記熱交換キャビティの内部に位置する受熱流体出口分配器及び前記受熱流体コイルの出口と順次連通することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高温流体輸送管路。
- 前記断熱層の外壁は、それぞれ前記熱交換キャビティと連通する補助流体入口及び補助流体出口を提供されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高温流体輸送管路。
- 前記熱交換ベースプレートは、アーチであり、前記輸送管路は、水平に配置され、前記輸送管路の前記ケーシングは、下半分に耐火層を、且つ上半分に前記熱交換装置を含み、前記熱交換装置の前記荷重支持プレートは、重力の作用下で前記耐火層に対して密接に押し付けられ、及び封止用耐火材は、前記荷重支持プレートと前記耐火層との間を封止するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高温流体輸送管路。
- 前記熱交換ベースプレートは、複数の起伏を有し、前記輸送管路は、水平に配置され、前記輸送管路の前記ケーシングは、下半分に耐火層を、且つ上半分に前記熱交換装置を含み、支持構造は、前記熱交換ベースプレートと前記熱交換装置の前記荷重支持プレートとの間に提供され、前記荷重支持プレートは、重力の作用下で前記耐火層に対して密接に押し付けられ、及び封止用耐火材は、前記荷重支持プレートと前記耐火層との間を封止するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高温流体輸送管路。
- いくつかの熱交換装置は、前記輸送管路の軸方向に配置され、前記熱交換装置の前記端面は、互いに対して密接に配置され、及び封止用耐火材は、前記端面間を封止するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高温流体輸送管路。
- 前記封止用耐火材は、セラミック繊維、ガラス繊維及び耐火モルタルの1つ又はそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の高温流体輸送管路。
- 請求項1に記載の高温流体輸送管路に適した熱交換装置において、高温流体と接触する熱交換ベースプレートと、外部環境と接触する断熱層とを含み、前記断熱層は、2つの端面及び2つの荷重支持プレートによって前記熱交換ベースプレートに接続され、前記熱交換ベースプレート、前記断熱層、前記端面及び前記荷重支持プレートは、密閉熱交換キャビティを囲み、受熱流体コイルは、前記熱交換適応キャビティ内に設置されることを特徴とする熱交換装置。
- 前記2つの端面は、平行であり、前記断熱層は、内壁と外壁とを含み、及び前記断熱層の前記内壁は、少なくとも部分的に熱反射プレートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の熱交換装置。
- 断熱材は、前記断熱層の内壁と外壁との間に詰められるか、又は真空は、それらの間に維持され、前記断熱材は、ロックウール及び/又はパーライトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の熱交換装置。

b)受熱流体及び補助流体を提供することであって、前記受熱流体は、前記受熱流体コイル内において流れ、前記補助流体は、前記熱交換キャビティ内において流れるか又は静止し、及び前記受熱流体は、前記補助流体による熱伝導及び前記熱交換ベースプレートによる熱輻射を通して前記高温流体によって加熱される、提供すること
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記高温流体は、燃焼及び/又は熱分解によって生成される燃焼排気ガスを含み、前記補助流体は、空気、N2、CO2及び水蒸気の1つ又はそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせを含み、及び前記受熱流体は、O2、天然ガス又は他の燃料ガスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼排気ガスの温度範囲は、500~1200℃であり、及び前記受熱流体の温度範囲は、300~600℃であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記受熱流体の流速の範囲は、5~100m/s、好ましくは20~60m/sであり、及び前記補助流体の流速の範囲は、0~50m/s、好ましくは20~30m/sであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
