Abstract
Description
ダイマー脂肪酸および/またはそれから誘導されるジアミンのモノマー単位を含有する熱可塑性エラストマーを用いると、非常に良好な結果が得られる。プリント層間の非常に強い接着が得られる。熱可塑性エラストマーを含有するポリマー組成物は、本明細書では、さらなる熱可塑性エラストマーとのブレンドも使用し得るものと理解される。
[使用した材料]
・ アーニテルECO(商標) ポリブチレンテレフタレートのハードセグメントとダイマー脂肪酸のソフトセグメントとを含みショアD硬度が34であるオランダ国DSM製の熱可塑性コポリエステル。
・ ニンジャフレックス(Ninjaflex)(商標)、米国フェナー・ドライブズ・コーポレーション(Fenner Drives Corp.US)製の熱可塑性ポリウレタン材料。
・ ロキシオール(Loxiol)E spez P、独国エメリー・オレオ・ケミカルズ(Emery Oleochemicals,Germany)製のエルカアミド(eurecamide)系外部滑剤。
ニップ(Nip)(商標)CX200ジェル、日本国の東ソー・シリカ株式会社(Tosch Silica Corp.from Japan)製の沈降シリカ粒子系マット剤。
オランダ国マーストリヒト(Maastricht)のMaukCC製のカルテシオ(Cartesio)3Dプリンターのプリントヘッドを介して、1.75mmの直径を有するアーニテルECO(商標)フィラメントを各種速度で輸送した。かかるプリンターの模式図は図1に示される。オーブンの温度は240℃であり、ノズルの直径は0.4mmであった。図2に示されるように、ノズルを離れた押出し物は、フラット平面の形態を有する基材上に直線パターンで堆積させた。基材は、ノズルを離れた押出し物の速度と同一の速度でノズルの下をx−y方向に移動させた。
1.滑らかな規則的な形状。
2.不規則な表面であるが押出し物の中断はない。
3.不規則な表面であるうえに押出し物の中断がある
いくつかの速度では、「無供給」が観測され、材料を供給できなかったので、それ以上の速度上昇の試験は行わなかった。
比較実験Aと同様であるが、フィラメントは、アーニテルECO(商標)と、0.5重量%のロキシオールE spez Pと、5重量のニップ(商標)CX200ジェルと、を含有するポリマー組成物であった。結果は表1に与えられる。
比較実験Aと同様であるが、フィラメントは、230℃の温度でプリントされたニンジャフレックス(商標)であった。結果は表1に与えられる。30mm/s以上の速度では、もはや供給できなかった。
比較実験Aと同様であるが、10mm/sのフィラメント速度の一定した輸送速度であった。第1の工程では、第1の押出し物を比較実験Aと同様に基材上に直線状に堆積させた。押出し物を凝固させた。第2の工程では、第2の押出し物を第1の押出し物の傍らに堆積させた。こうして、第2の押出し物を第1の押出し物に接着させた。120mmの長さを有するプリントスラブが得られるまで、これを繰り返した(図2参照)。プリントスラブから打ち抜かれた試験試料の破断点歪みを決定することにより、押出し物間の接着を測定した。
比較実験Bと同様であるが、フィラメントは、アーニテルECO(商標)と、0.5重量%のロキシオールE spez Pと、5重量%のニップ(商標)CX200ジェルと、を含有するポリマー組成物であった。結果は表2に与えられる。
図3に模式的に描かれるように、ボーデン型プリンターのプリントヘッドを介して、1.75mmの直径を有するアーニテルECO(商標)フィラメントを各種速度で輸送した。フィラメントガイドチューブは、フィラメント直径1.75mmに好適な長さ700mmおよび内径2mmを有する。オーブンの温度は230℃であり、ノズルの直径は0.35mmであった。図2に示されるように、ノズルを離れた押出し物は、フラット平面の形態を有する基材上に直線パターンで堆積させた。基材は、ノズルを離れた押出し物の速度と同一の速度でノズルの下をx−y方向に移動させた。

いくつかの速度では、「無供給」が観測され、材料を供給できなかったので、それ以上の速度上昇の試験は行わなかった。同様に、「不完全プリント」の分類後、より速い速度でさらなる試験は行わなかった。
比較実験Cと同様であるが、フィラメントは、アーニテルECO(商標)と、0.25重量%のロキシオールE spez Pと、を含有するポリマー組成物であった。結果は表3に与えられる。

Claims (12)
- 溶融フィラメント造形プリンターを用いた熱可塑性エラストマーを含有するポリマー組成物の3Dプリンティング方法において、前記ポリマー組成物が0.1〜3重量%の離型剤および/または外部滑剤と任意選択的に0.5〜10重量%のマット剤とを含有し、かつ前記熱可塑性エラストマーがダイマー脂肪酸および/またはそれから誘導されるジアミンのモノマー単位を含有することを特徴とする3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が少なくとも0.1〜3重量%の離型剤および/または外部滑剤を含有する、請求項1に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が酸アミドを含有する、請求項1または2に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物がエルカアミド(eurecamide)を含有する、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が<70のショアD硬度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が<60のショアD硬度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が<50のショアD硬度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記ダイマー脂肪酸が32〜44個の炭素原子を含有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記ダイマー脂肪酸が36個の炭素原子を含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマーが、40〜80重量%のポリブチレンテレフタレートハードセグメントと、20〜60重量%のダイマー脂肪酸および/またはそれから誘導されるジアミンのモノマー単位と、を含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリンティング方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリンティング用のフィラメント。
- 請求項11に記載のフィラメントを含む3Dプリンティング用の装置にフィラメントを供給するシステム。
