Abstract
Description
実施形態1における塗布装置においては、図1~図4に示すように、塗布用ノズル10の内部に塗液Pを収容させる塗液収容部11を設けると共に、先端部に前記の塗液収容部11内に収容された塗液Pを吐出させるスリット状吐出口12を設け、さらに前記の塗液収容部11内で回転して塗液収容部11とスリット状吐出口12との間の開閉を行うシャッター部材13を設けている。
実施形態2における塗布装置においても、図5及び図6に示すように、前記の実施形態1のものと同様に、塗布用ノズル10の内部に塗液Pを収容させる塗液収容部11を設けると共に、先端部に前記の塗液収容部11内に収容された塗液Pを吐出させるスリット状吐出口12を設け、さらに塗液収容部11内で回転させて塗液収容部11とスリット状吐出口12との間の開閉を行うシャッター部材13を設けている。

参考形態における塗布装置においても、図5及び図6に示すように、前記の実施形態1のものと同様に、塗布用ノズル10の内部に塗液Pを収容させる塗液収容部11を設けると共に、先端部に前記の塗液収容部11内に収容された塗液Pを吐出させるスリット状吐出口12を設け、さらに塗液収容部11内で回転させて塗液収容部11とスリット状吐出口12との間の開閉を行うシャッター部材13を設けている。
Claims (5)
- 塗布用ノズルにおける塗液収容部内に塗液供給装置から塗液供給管を通して塗液を供給すると共に、この塗液収容部内における塗液を吐出させる塗布用ノズルの先端部におけるスリット状吐出口を被塗布体の上に配置し、前記の被塗布体と塗布用ノズルとを相対的に移動させて、前記の塗液収容部内における塗液を、前記のスリット状吐出口を通して被塗布体の表面に塗布する塗布装置において、前記の塗液収容部内で回転して塗液収容部と前記のスリット状吐出口との間の開閉を行うシャッター部材を設け、前記のシャッター部材を回転させて、塗液収容部とスリット状吐出口との間を開閉させることを特徴とする塗布装置。
- 請求項1に記載の塗布装置において、前記の塗液収容部内で回転して塗液収容部と前記のスリット状吐出口との間の開閉を行うシャッター部材を設けると共に、前記の塗液収容部内における塗液に加わる圧力を調整する圧力調整手段を設け、前記の圧力調整手段により塗液収容部内における塗液に加わる圧力を一定圧に保った状態で、前記のシャッター部材を回転させて、塗液収容部とスリット状吐出口との間を開閉させることを特徴とする塗布装置。
- 請求項2に記載の塗布装置において、前記の圧力調整手段として、前記の塗液収容部内に塗液を供給させた状態で塗液収容部内に気体を供給して、前記の塗液収容部内における塗液に加わる圧力が一定圧になるように調整する気体供給調整手段を設けたことを特徴とする塗布装置。
- 請求項2に記載の塗布装置において、前記の圧力調整手段として、前記の塗液供給装置から塗液供給管を通して塗液収容部内に塗液を供給させて充填させるにあたり、塗液収容部内に収容された塗液に加わる圧力が一定圧になるように塗液の供給を調整する塗液供給調整手段を設けたことを特徴とする塗布装置。
- 請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の塗布装置において、前記のシャッター部材として、塗液収容部内で回転する棒状体の外周部に、その軸方向に沿って前記のスリット状吐出口よりも長く伸びた案内切欠き部を設けたものを用い、このシャッター部材を回転させて、前記の案内切欠き部を前記のスリット状吐出口の位置に導いて前記の塗液収容部とスリット状吐出口との間を連通させ、塗液収容部内における塗液を、案内切欠き部からスリット状吐出口を通して被塗布体の表面に塗布させることを特徴とする塗布装置。
