The nut 3 is formed by resin molding. The nut 3 is integrally formed with a knob portion 30, a flange 31, and a female screw 32. The male screw 11 of the nut 3 and the holder 1 functions as a fixing means for fixing the holder 1 to the breeding case for small animals.

The holder 1 can be attached to the breeding case. FIG. 1 shows only a part of the case member 4 constituting the breeding case. The case member 4 is molded of a transparent resin such as acrylic. Three vertical elongated holes 107 are formed in the rear wall 103. The elongated hole 107 is for fixing the playset main body 1 to the case member 4, as in the first embodiment. Which of the three elongated holes 107 to be used can be appropriately selected in consideration of the size and shape of the breeding case.

Bolts 5, nuts 6, and backing plates 7 are provided as fixing means for fixing the playset body 1 to the breeding case for small animals. The backing plate 7 is not always used. The fixing means is provided behind the first space portion 106. The rear wall 103 is composed of a first portion 103a, a second portion 103b, and a third portion 103c. In the present embodiment, the playset main body 1 is fixed to the case member 4 by using the first portion 103a. The second portion 103b is dented inward as compared with the first portion 103a and the third portion 103c, and a step is formed. As can be seen from FIGS. 9 and 11, the first portion 103a, the second portion 103b, and the third portion 103c are formed so as to project outward with respect to the lower portion 103d of the rear wall 103.

As shown in FIG. 6, the backing plate 7 is composed of a flat surface portion 70, two upper and lower protruding portions 71, and an elongated hole 72. The elongated hole 72 is a hole through which the bolt 5 is inserted. The backing plate 7 is attached to the first portion 103a so that the first portion 103a is sandwiched between the upper and lower projecting portions 71. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the side surface of the backing plate 7 is brought into contact with the stepped portion 44 (see also FIG. 6) formed in the case member 4. As a result, the playset body 1 can be attached to the case member 4 so that the posture of the playset body 1 is correct.
