Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は電池ケースの腐食特性を改善するために製造工程中にアイオニング工程を複数回で実施して電池ケースの表面粗度を向上させた円筒型電池ケースの製造方法に関するもので、円筒型電池ケースの製造の際、円筒状電池の胴外径完成工程の厚さ減少工程を変更することによって表面粗度を低めることができる効果及び表面粗度別に腐食特性が改善する効果がある。
Description
本発明による円筒型二次電池を製造するために、ニッケルメッキされた母材をブランキング及びドローイングする段階(#1)、前記母材をアイドル(Idle)する段階を有することができる。前記母材をドローイングして母材を形成するドローイング段階(ドローイング工程4回進行)(#4〜#7)、前記母材をドローイング及びボディーアイオニングする段階(#8)、前記母材をドローイングする段階(#9)、前記母材を段差ドローイングする段階(#10)、前記母材にテーパー及びフランジを形成する段階(#11)、前記母材にベントを形成する段階(#12)、及び前記母材をトリミングする段階(#13)によって円筒型電池ケースを製造した。
前記実施例1で、前記段階(#8)のアイオニング過程は母材の厚さを0.08mm減らす過程からなり、前記段階(#10)でボディーアイオニング段階を省略したことを除き、前記実施例1と同様な過程で円筒型電池ケースを製造した。
前記実施例1及び比較例2で製造された円筒型電池ケースを用いて耐食性テストを進行した。
前記比較例1で、前記段階(#8)のアイオニング過程は母材の厚さを0.15mm減らす過程からなる点を除き、前記比較例1と同様な過程で円筒型電池ケースを製造した。
前記比較例1で、前記段階(#8)のアイオニング過程は母材の厚さを0.05mm減らす過程からなる点を除き、前記比較例1と同様な過程で円筒型電池ケースを製造した。
前記実施例1、比較例2及び比較例3で製造された円筒型電池ケースの表面粗度を測定するために、Mitutoyo社の表面粗度測定器であるSJ−411を用いた。表面粗度として、Ra及びRzを測定し、前記円筒型電池ケースの中央部4mm区間を縦方向に測定した。表面粗度の測定規格はISO 4287:1997を基準にした。
Claims (10)
- 電池ケースの胴体の外径形成のためのディープドローイング(Deep drawing)加工の際、アイオニング(Ironing)加工を複数回実施する、円筒型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 電池ケースの胴体を形成するためのディープドローイング加工の際に1次アイオニング加工を実施し、
電池ケースの段差を形成するためのディープドローイング加工の際に2次アイオニング加工を実施する、請求項1に記載の円筒型電池ケースの製造方法。 - 前記アイオニング加工後の電池ケースの表面粗度(Ra)は0.1μm以下である、請求項1または2に記載の円筒型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 複数回実施する前記アイオニング加工の後、前記電池ケースの厚さ減少は一定である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 鋼板の少なくとも一面にニッケルメッキ層を形成する第1段階と、
前記第1段階の鋼板を還元雰囲気の下で熱処理する第2段階と、
前記第2段階の鋼板をブランキング(Blanking)及びドローイング加工する第3段階と、
前記第3段階の鋼板を電池ケースの胴体の形成のための1次ディープドローイング及び1次アイオニング加工する第4段階と、
前記第4段階の鋼板を電池ケースの胴体の形成のための2次ディープドローイング加工する第5段階と、
前記第5段階の前記胴体に段差形成のための3次ディープドローイング及び2次アイオニング加工する第6段階と、
前記第6段階の前記胴体にテーパー及びフランジを形成する第7段階と、を含む、円筒型電池ケースの製造方法。 - 前記1次アイオニング加工後の電池ケースの表面粗度(Ra)は0.2μm以下である、請求項5に記載の円筒型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 前記2次アイオニング加工後の電池ケースの表面粗度(Ra)は0.1μm以下である、請求項5または6に記載の円筒型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池ケースの製造方法で電池ケースを製造する段階を含む、二次電池の製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載の二次電池の製造方法により二次電池を製造する段階を含む、デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記デバイスは、電子機器、電気自動車、ハイブリッド自動車及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載のデバイスの製造方法。
