Claims (5)
- 油圧ダンパと、
前記油圧ダンパを水平方向回転可能に構造物へ取り付ける構造物側取付装置と、
前記油圧ダンパを水平方向回転可能に地盤へ取り付ける地盤側取付装置とを備え、
前記構造物側取付装置と前記地盤側取付装置の一方または両方は、一方向に伸縮可能であって伸縮時に前記伸縮を妨げる減衰力を発揮する油圧バッファと、前記油圧バッファの一端を前記油圧ダンパに連結するダンパ側ブラケットと、前記油圧バッファの前記伸縮に伴う前記ダンパ側ブラケットの移動を案内するガイド部材とを有する
ことを特徴とする免震用ダンパ。 - 前記油圧バッファは、所定荷重以上の荷重が作用すると伸縮する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の免震用ダンパ。 - 前記構造物側取付装置は、前記油圧バッファと、前記油圧バッファの一端を前記油圧ダンパに連結する前記ダンパ側ブラケットと、前記油圧バッファの前記伸縮の可不可を切換える構造物側ロック装置を有し、
前記地盤側取付装置は、前記油圧バッファと、前記油圧バッファの一端を前記油圧ダンパに連結する前記ダンパ側ブラケットと、前記油圧バッファの前記伸縮の可不可を切換える地盤側ロック装置を有し、
前記構造物側取付装置における前記油圧バッファの前記所定荷重と、前記地盤側取付装置における前記油圧バッファの前記所定荷重の値とが異なっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の免震用ダンパ。 - 前記油圧ダンパは、伸縮速度を第一速度より低い低速、第一速度より高く第二速度より低い中速、および第二速度より高い高速に区分して、前記伸縮速度の区分の切換わりで減衰係数が切換わり、前記伸縮速度が前記中速域にある場合に前記減衰係数が最大となる減衰力特性を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の免震用ダンパ。 - 前記所定荷重は、前記伸縮速度が第二速度となる場合に前記油圧ダンパが発揮する減衰力よりも高い荷重に設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の免震用ダンパ。
