Claims (3)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に配置され、ガス圧により往復動が駆動されるディスプレーサと、
前記ディスプレーサとともに往復動するように前記ディスプレーサに剛に連結されたカラーと、
前記カラーによって上部区画と下部区画とに分けられたカラー室と、
前記ディスプレーサが下死点にあるとき前記ディスプレーサと前記シリンダとの干渉を緩和するように前記下部区画に設けられた下部バンパーと、
前記ディスプレーサが下死点にあるとき前記上部区画と前記下部区画との連通を保証するように前記カラーまたは前記カラー室に形成された連通路と、を備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。 - 前記連通路は、前記カラーに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 前記連通路は、前記下部バンパーに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機。
