- 前記熱可塑性フレームフィルム(2)の厚さが、前記機能要素(1)の厚さよりも大きく、かつ前記熱可塑性補償フィルム(6)が、前記凹部(3)内の前記機能要素(1)上に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性フレームフィルム(2)の厚さが、前記機能要素(1)の厚さよりも小さく、かつ前記熱可塑性補償フィルム(6)が、前記凹部(3)周辺でフレーム状に、前記熱可塑性フレームフィルム(2)上に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フレーム状の熱可塑性補償フィルム(6)の幅が、この熱可塑性補償フィルム(6)厚さの少なくとも200倍である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 複数の熱可塑性補償フィルム(6.1、6.2)が、互いに重ねて配置されていて、それぞれ、前記凹部(3)周辺でフレーム状に配置されており、かつ前記熱可塑性補償フィルム(6.1、6.2)の幅が、前記熱可塑性フレームフィルム(2)から離れるにつれて減少している、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性補償フィルム(6)が、前記熱可塑性フレームフィルム(2)、及び隣接する前記ガラスペイン(4、5)又は隣接するそのほかの熱可塑性層への接着結合を構成するのに適しており、かつ好ましくは、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、及び/又はポリウレタン(PU)を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性補償フィルム(6)が、15重量%未満の、好ましくは、10重量%未満の、特に好ましくは、5重量%未満の可塑剤を含み、好ましくは、実質的に可塑剤を含有しない、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性補償フィルム(6)が、25μm〜100μm、好ましくは、40μm〜70μm、特に、約50μmの厚さを有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記機能要素(1)が、可変の光学特性を有する機能要素、好ましくは、電気的に切替可能又は制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記機能要素(1)が、SPDの、PDLCの、エレクトロクロミックの、又はエレクトロルミネセントの機能要素であり、好ましくは、エレクトロルミネセント機能要素、特に好ましくは、OLEDディスプレイである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第一の熱可塑性結合フィルム(7)が、前記熱可塑性フレームフィルム(2)と前記第一のガラスペイン(4)の間に配置されており、かつ第二の熱可塑性結合フィルム(8)が、前記熱可塑性フレームフィルム(2)と前記第二のガラスペイン(5)の間に配置されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された、複合ペイン。
- 乗り物のグレージングとしての、好ましくは、ウィンドシールドとしての、請求項14に記載の複合ペインの使用。
