Abstract
Description
回転部分に取り付けられたベルト若しくはギア、又は、
一端でステータシャフト8を片持ちにして、他端で、ロータを回転シャフトに連結すること及び/若しくステータアセンブリを介して連結すること、又は、
2つの別の片持ち梁(cantilevers)が中央で対合するようなステータアセンブリを有し、中央のロータ段が、両方のステータを通過する回転中心シャフトに連結されることを可能にすること。
Claims (7)
- i)軸方向に配置された一連のロータ部分を含む軸流タービンであって、各ロータ部分は、外側リングとロータブレードとを含み、前記ロータ部分の前記外側リングは、回転外側ケーシングを形成するように接続し、前記ロータ部分は、反応結合窒化ケイ素から作製される、軸流タービンと、
ii)前記軸流タービンのための構造支持体を提供する外装であって、緻密性窒化ケイ素(DSN)から作製される外装を含むタービンアセンブリと
を含むタービンアセンブリであって、
前記ロータ部分は、前記外装の内側に装着され、及び前記外装と前記回転外側ケーシングとは、共に回転するように配置される、タービンアセンブリ。 - 前記軸流タービンは、軸方向に配置された一連のステータ部分をさらに含み、
各ステータ部分は、内側ハブとステータブレードとを含み、
前記ステータ部分の前記内側ハブは、静止シャフトを形成するように接続し、
前記ステータ部分は、反応結合窒化ケイ素から作製される、請求項1に記載のタービンアセンブリ。 - 前記軸流タービンは、内側ハブに含まれる少なくとも1つのシュラウドをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のタービンアセンブリ。
- 前記軸流タービンは、外側リングに含まれる少なくとも1つのシュラウドをさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタービンアセンブリ。
- 前記外装は、理論密度の96%を超える密度を有する緻密性窒化ケイ素(DSN)から作製される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のタービンアセンブリ。
- 前記外装は、窒化ケイ素282又はガス圧焼結窒化ケイ素で構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタービンアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のタービンアセンブリと、コンプレッサと、燃焼器と、再生器又はレキュペレータとを含むシステム。
