Description
Claims (11)
- 船のエンジンなどの舶用機械ユニット用の油、潤滑油の濾過のための濾過システムであって、
油の供給貯留器(2)と、
前記供給貯留器(2)と前記舶用機械ユニットの間の油の主流分岐(10)における、フィルタハウジング(12)を有する逆洗可能な主流フィルタ(11)と、
油の副流回路(30)における、フィルタハウジング(32)を有する副流フィルタ(31)と、
切り替え可能な開閉弁(7,8,17,37;137;207,217)と、
を備え、
前記主流フィルタ(11)の前記フィルタハウジング(12)と前記副流フィルタ(31)の前記フィルタハウジング(32)は、それぞれ入口(13;33)と出口(14;34)を有し、
前記主流フィルタの前記フィルタハウジング(12)は逆洗流体のための少なくとも1つの出口(16)を有し、
前記主流フィルタの前記入口(13)と前記副流フィルタの前記入口(33)の上流に少なくとも1つの開閉弁(7,8;207)が接続され、油が前記主流分岐(10)又は前記副流回路(30)を介して、それらの下流にある前記舶用機械ユニットへ選択的に供給可能となっており、
前記逆洗流体の出口(16)は、ポンプ(21;121)を備える副分岐(20;120)を介して、前記副流フィルタ(31)の前記フィルタハウジング(32)の前記入口(33)及び/又は前記供給貯留器(2)に接続されることを特徴とする、濾過システム。 - 逆洗フィルタは、内部媒体を逆洗させるための逆洗装置を有する、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記ポンプ(20;121)は圧送ポンプであること、及び/又は、前記ポンプは逆洗運転時に逆洗フィルタの貫通流量の5%〜15%の流量となるように設計されたポンプ出力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1及び請求項2のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記主流フィルタの前記入口(13)及び前記副流フィルタの前記入口(33)のそれぞれの上流に、独立した遮断要素が開閉弁(7;8)として接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記主流フィルタの前記入口(13)及び前記副流フィルタの前記入口(33)の上流に、切換弁、好ましくは3/2マルチウェイバルブが共通開閉弁(207)として接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記副分岐(20)は、前記副流フィルタの前記入口(33)と、その上流に接続される前記開閉弁(8;207)との間の前記副流回路(30)の管路部分に通じることを特徴とする、請求項4及び請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記主流フィルタの前記出口(14)及び前記副流フィルタの前記出口(34)のそれぞれの下流に、独立した遮断要素が開閉弁(17,37;17,137)として接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記主流フィルタの前記出口(40)及び前記副流フィルタの前記出口(34)の下流に、切換弁、好ましくは3/2マルチウェイバルブが共通開閉弁(217)として接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 上流に接続された前記共通開閉弁と下流に接続された前記共通開閉弁は正相関で相互連結される、請求項5及び請求項8に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記副流回路(30)は前記供給貯留器(2)に接続され、かつ更なる開閉弁(38)が前記副流フィルタの前記出口(34)と前記供給貯留器(2)の間の逆洗管路(25)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記主流フィルタの前記フィルタハウジング(12)と前記副流フィルタの前記フィルタハウジング(32)はそれぞれ、その入口と出口の間に、交換可能フィルタ挿入体及び/又は交換可能フィルタエレメントのための、流体的に配置された設置スペースを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
