Description
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つのばね区分及び少なくとも1つの荷重導入構造(2、2.1)を備えるばねとして具現化された繊維複合体構成部品であって、前記繊維複合体構成部品(1)の繊維複合体材料が、荷重導入要素(3)を形成または囲む端区分において、前記荷重導入構造(2、2.1)の長手方向の広がりに対して横断する平面で、少なくとも2つの繊維複合体材料ストランド(4、4.1、4.2)に分割され、2つの隣接する繊維複合体材料ストランド(4、4.1、4.2)が、各場合において目玉部を形成するために反対方向において特定の角量にわたって延在する重複を形成しながら案内され、それらが重複して配置される区分において互いに向かい合うそれらの横方向面(7)と摩擦係止様式で互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、繊維複合体構成部品。
- 奇数の繊維複合体材料ストランド(4、4.1、4.2)が、前記荷重導入構造(2、2.1)の構築に加わることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 個々の前記繊維複合体材料ストランドの断面積が等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維複合体材料ストランドの前記断面積の合計が、2つの巻き付け方向において等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維複合体材料ストランド(4、4.1、4.2)による前記目玉部の形成が、前記荷重導入構造(2、2.1)の長手方向の範囲の中央横断平面に関して対称的に提供されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維複合体材料ストランドによる前記目玉部の形成が、前記荷重導入構造の前記長手方向の範囲の前記中央横断平面に関して非対称的に提供されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維複合体材料ストランド(4、4.1、4.2)による前記目玉部の形成が、各場合において閉目玉部を形成する間に実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維複合体構成部品(1)の前記繊維複合体材料が、繊維ストランド(4、4.1、4.2)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 繊維体積含有率が、個々の繊維ストランド(4、4.1、4.2)において異なることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 少なくとも1つの端区分における繊維体積構成部品が、その上に形成された前記ばね区分においてより少ないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの端区分における前記繊維体積含有率が、前記ばね区分においてよりも5%〜30%少ないことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維ストランドのカバー層が、連続的であることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 荷重導入要素が、前記繊維複合体ストランド(4、4.1、4.2)によって巻き付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記荷重導入要素が、金属スリーブ(3)であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維複合体構成部品(1)が細長く、その端部の両方で荷重導入構造(2、2.1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維複合体構成部品(1)が、車両の車輪サスペンションの部品であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
- 前記繊維複合体構成部品が、板ばね(1)、特に放物形ばねであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の繊維複合体構成部品。
