Claims (8)
- 吸込チャンバ(12)に配置された2つのロータ要素(14)と、
前記ロータ要素(14)を夫々支持している2本のロータ軸(22)と、
前記吸込チャンバ(12)から延びている1つの軸端部(28)に夫々配置されている2つの歯付ベルトホイール(38)と、
前記ロータ軸(22)を駆動する駆動手段(42)と、
前記駆動手段(42)及び前記歯付ベルトホイール(38)に連結された歯付ベルトと
を備えており、
±0.75°、特には±1°を超える2つのロータ要素間の円周方向バックラッシュが設けられていることを特徴とするドライ圧縮真空ポンプ。 - 特に1〜10mbarの動作点での前記ドライ圧縮真空ポンプの最大容積効率が、少なくとも75%であり、特には少なくとも85%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドライ圧縮真空ポンプ。
- 反対方向に回転する前記ロータ軸(22)を同期させるために、前記歯付ベルト(40)は両面歯付ベルトとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のドライ圧縮真空ポンプ。
- 前記歯付ベルトは、前記2つの歯付ベルトホイール(38)間に延びていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のドライ圧縮真空ポンプ。
- 前記2つの歯付ベルトホイールの歯隙間は0.15mmより大きく、特に0.2 mmより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のドライ圧縮真空ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ軸(22)はグリース潤滑された軸受(32)によって支持されており、1つのグリース潤滑軸受(32)が、好ましくは前記軸端部(28)が貫通するハウジング壁(30)に前記ロータ軸(22)毎に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のドライ圧縮真空ポンプ。
- 大気に対して圧縮し、少なくとも200 mbarの絶対圧の真空を生成することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のドライ圧縮真空ポンプ。
- 好ましくはハウジング壁(30)に設けられたベルト引張手段を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のドライ圧縮真空ポンプ。
