Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つのダボ本体(20)と、
ボルト(10)であって、当該ボルト(10)は拡張体(12)を備え、前記拡張体(12)が前記ダボ本体(20)に対して引抜き方向(101)に変位する際に前記ダボ本体(20)を径方向外側に押し出す、当該ボルト(10)と、
前記拡張体(12)上に設けられた腐食防止層(61)と当該腐食防止層(61)を覆う減摩層(62)と
を備えた拡張ダボにおいて、
当該腐食防止層(61)はZn/Ni被膜又はZn/Fe被膜である、ことを特徴とする拡張ダボ。 - 前記腐食防止層(61)の硬度は350HVから500HVである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張ダボ。
- 前記Zn/Ni被覆は、アルカリ性電解液により被着されたZn/Ni被膜である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の拡張ダボ。
- 前記拡張体(12)は鋼製である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の拡張ダボ。
- 前記減摩層(62)は水性減摩ワニスである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の拡張ダボ。
- 前記ダボ本体(20)は、少なくとも部分的に前記ボルト(10)を囲む拡張スリーブであり、前記拡張体(12)は拡張コーンである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の拡張ダボ。
- 前記拡張ダボはボルト型である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の拡張ダボ。
- 前記腐食防止層(61)は電気めっきにより被着させられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の拡張ダボを製造するための方法。
