Description
Claims (13)
- 防振対象の構造に、同じ構造に拘束される少なくとも1つの支持脚(2)が設けられる、構造用免震装置であって、変形して摺動面(3)に載置されるように構成される少なくとも1つの支持要素又はパッドを含み、また前記摺動面(3)と接触する接触領域を含み、接触領域の拡張部が可変であり、前記支持部にかかる荷重に左右される、免震装置。
- 前記摺動面(3)が剛体であり、前記摺動面と接触して設定される前記接触領域が、前記支持部にかかる荷重に左右される可変拡張部を有する、請求項1に記載の免震装置。
- 少なくとも前記支持脚(2)が、プラスチック又はポリマー材料から作製される支持要素又はパッドを少なくとも備える、請求項2に記載の免震装置。
- 前記摺動面(3)と接触しているプラスチックポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッドの接触領域が平坦ではない、請求項3に記載の免震装置。
- 前記摺動面(3)と接触しているプラスチックポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッド(40)の接触領域が凸状である、請求項4に記載の免震装置。
- 前記摺動面(3)と接触しているプラスチックポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッド(40)の接触領域が複数の凸状領域を有する、請求項5に記載の免震装置。
- 前記摺動面(3)と接触しているプラスチックポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッド(41)の接触領域が凹状である、請求項4に記載の免震装置。
- 前記摺動面(3)と接触しているプラスチックポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッド(41)の接触領域が複数の凹状領域を有する、請求項7に記載の免震装置。
- プラスチック又はポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッドが、第1の支持要素(6)によって支持される第1のパッド(5)で実現され、支持脚(2)に一体化される第2の円柱状支持要素(7)内で縦方向に摺動するように誘導され、略環状の第2のパッド(8)が設けられ、前記第1の支持要素(6)が、対応する第1のパッド(5)と共に、弾性手段(9)によって前記第2の円柱状支持要素(7)に軸方向に拘束される、請求項4に記載の免震装置。
- プラスチック又はポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッドが、共軸に剛体支持要素(11)内に収容される第1の弾性パッド(10)によって実現され、前記第1の弾性パッドがばね機能を有し、前記剛体支持要素が支持脚に固定され、相対的な追加の環状パッド(12)を装備される、請求項4に記載の免震装置。
- プラスチック又はポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッドが、カラー部(14)を有して、材料を前記摺動領域内で横方向に拘束する第1の弾性パッド(10)によって作製される、請求項4に記載の免震装置。
- 前記支持要素又はパッドの接触領域が、シート層(16)の前記凸部に一体的に接合されることによって支持及び維持されるプラスチック又はポリマー材料の層(15)から成り、前記シート層(16)が、凸部と一致して支持脚(2)に拘束され、耐性のある弾性変形可能な材料から作製される、請求項4に記載の免震装置。
- プラスチック又はポリマー材料製の前記支持要素又はパッドが、高温でも低摩擦係数、高耐摩耗性、及び高荷重容量を有するポリマープラスチック材料、たとえば、UHMWPE、超高分子量ポリエチレン、単一若しくは充填材入りPTFE、PA6、又はPVDFから作製される、請求項4又は先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の免震装置。
