Claims (8)
- 排気タービン式過給機のための制御装置であって、前記排気タービン式過給機は貫流流路として形成された排気流通部を備え、該排気流通部は、該排気流通部の中に回転可能に配設されたタービン羽根車を通過させずに迂回させて排気を流すためのバイパス流路を備え、前記制御装置は、前記バイパス流路の流路断面を開閉するために設けられた弁体部材(2)を担持する制御アーム(3)を備え、該制御アーム(3)は前記排気流通部の中に可動状態で収容されており、少なくとも前記弁体部材(2)の姿勢保持のために、前記制御アーム(3)にバネ部材(14)が備えられている、排気タービン式過給機のための制御装置において、
制御力を低減するべく、前記バネ部材(14)は径方向に摺動可能な形状に形成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記バネ部材(14)は、前記弁体部材(2)の傾動支点(18)を中心とした回動を行うように摺動可能な形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 前記バネ部材(14)は、押え板(12)と前記制御アーム(3)との間に介装されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の制御装置。
- 前記押え板(12)は、前記バネ部材(14)を径方向に摺動させるのに適した形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の制御装置。
- 前記押え板(12)は、該押え板(12)の前記バネ部材(14)に臨む面である押え面(20)に溝部(21)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の制御装置。
- 前記溝部(21)は、少なくとも部分的に湾曲形状とした溝表面横断面形状(24)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5記載の制御装置。
- 前記バネ部材(14)の外周縁先端縁(23)より小径の前記バネ部材(14)の第2当接支持面(16)が前記制御アーム(3)に当接しており、その一方で、前記外周縁先端縁(23)と前記制御アーム(3)との間に更に広い離隔距離(26)が維持されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項記載の制御装置。
- 貫流流路として形成された排気流通部を備え、該排気流通部は、該排気流通部の中に回転可能に配設されたタービン羽根車を通過させずに迂回させて排気を流すためのバイパス流路を備えており、更に、前記バイパス流路の流路断面を開閉するための制御装置を備えた、排気タービン式過給機において、
前記制御装置(1)は請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載されたように構成されていることを特徴とする排気タービン式過給機。
