Claims (20)
- 表示モジュールと、
熱開始剤を含み、前記表示モジュールの背面に接着される第1接着部材と、
前記第1接着部材に接着されたセンサーユニットと、
光開始剤を含み、前記第1接着部材の少なくとも一部分及び前記表示モジュールの前記背面に接着される第2接着部材と、を含む表示装置。 - 前記熱開始剤は、温度変化によって活性化され、前記光開始剤は、紫外線光によって活性化される請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示モジュールは、映像が表示される表示領域及び前記表示領域に隣接するベゼル領域を含み、
前記センサーユニットは、前記表示領域に重畳する請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1接着部材は、前記センサーユニットに重畳する開口部を含み、平面上で前記センサーユニットは、前記第1接着部材によって囲まれる請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記センサーユニットは、前記第1接着部材によって前記表示モジュールの前記背面から所定の間隔で離隔される請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記センサーユニットは、
前記開口部に重畳するセンサーと、
前記センサーを実装し、前記第1接着部材に接着されるパッケージと、を含む請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 前記センサーユニットは、光方式による指紋センサーであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1接着部材は、前記センサーユニットに重畳し、前記表示モジュールの前記背面と前記センサーユニットとの間に配置される請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記センサーユニットは、超音波方式による指紋センサーであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1接着部材及び前記第2接着部材は、一体型として前記表示モジュールの前記背面に配置され、
前記第1接着部材は、前記光開始剤をさらに含み、前記第2接着部材は、前記熱開始剤をさらに含む請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示モジュールに電気的に接続され、前記表示モジュールの前記背面下部に配置された回路基板をさらに含み、
前記回路基板にはホール領域が定義され、前記センサーユニットは、前記ホール領域に挿入されて前記第1接着部材に接着される請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示モジュールは、
基板と、
前記基板上に配置された表示素子層と、
前記表示素子層上に配置された封止部材と、
前記封止部材上に配置された入力感知ユニットと、を含み、
前記第1接着部材及び前記第2接着部材は、前記表示モジュールの前記背面に対応する前記基板の背面に配置される請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 映像が表示される表示領域及び前記表示領域に隣接するベゼル領域を含む表示モジュールと、
前記表示領域の中で一領域と重畳し、前記表示モジュールの背面に配置された保護部材と、
前記一領域に重畳し、前記保護部材上に配置されたセンサーユニットと、
前記センサーユニットと重畳し、前記保護部材及び前記センサーユニットを接着する接着部材と、を含む表示装置。 - 前記表示モジュールにはフォールディング領域及び前記フォールディング領域に隣接し、前記センサーユニットに重畳する非フォールディング領域が定義され、
前記保護部材は、前記非フォールディング領域に重畳する請求項13に記載の表示装置。 - 表示領域及び前記表示領域に隣接するベゼル領域が定義された基板の背面に第1接着部材を塗布し、
前記第1接着部材上にセンサーユニットを配置させ、
第2接着部材を前記第1接着部材に少なくとも一部分及び前記基板の前記背面に塗布し、
前記第2接着部材に紫外線光を照射し、
前記第1接着部材に外部熱を提供する、表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1接着部材は、熱開始剤を含み、第1塗布器具によって前記表示領域に重畳するように前記基板の前記背面に塗布され、
前記第2接着部材は、光開始剤を含み、第2塗布器具によって前記表示領域に重畳するように前記基板の前記背面に塗布される請求項15に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1接着部材及び前記第2接着部材は、1つの塗布器具によって前記基板の前記背面に塗布され、
前記第1接着部材及び前記第2接着部材の各々は、熱開始剤及び光開始剤を含む請求項15に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第2接着部材を塗布すること及び前記紫外線光を照射することは、同時に進行されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記センサーユニットが前記第1接着部材によって全体的に重畳するように前記第1接着部材を塗布することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
- 平面上で、前記センサーユニットが前記第1接着部材によって囲まれるように前記第1接着部材を塗布することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
