Claims (5)
- 整粒された超砥粒粒子の集合体からなり、個々の粒子が衝撃破砕工程により付与された角張った形状を呈し、かつ投影図形における短軸長さを長軸長さで除した値と定義されるアスペクト比の平均値が0.74以下であることを特徴とする、高度の不規則形状を有する超砥粒研磨材。
- 前記アスペクト比の平均値が0.72以下である、請求項1に記載の超砥粒研磨材。
- 前記超砥粒がダイヤモンドである、請求項1又は2に記載の超砥粒研磨材。
- 前記超砥粒がD50平均粒径において100μm以下である、請求項1乃至3に記載の超砥粒研磨材。
- 前記超砥粒がD50平均粒径において40μm以下である、請求項1乃至4に記載の超砥粒研磨材。
