Claims (15)
- 実質的に直交するドローラインを有するガラス製品であって、
A ソーダライムガラスを有し、1.1から4mmの厚さを有する第1の最外層ペインと、
B ソーダライムガラスおよび/またはアルミノシリケートガラスを有し、前記第1の最外層ペインの反対側に配置され、0.3から1.05mmの厚さを有する第2の最外層ペインと、
C 前記第1および第2の最外層ペインの間に配置された透明中間層と、
を有し、
前記第1の最外層ペインおよび前記第2の最外層ペインの各々は、独立に、全長を有し、該全長に沿って延伸するドローラインを有し、
前記第1の最外層ペインは、該第1の最外層ペインの前記ドローラインが、前記第2の最外層ペインの前記ドローラインに対して実質的に垂直に配置されるように、前記透明中間層を介して前記第2の最外層ペインに結合される、ガラス製品。 - 前記第1の最外層ペインの前記ドローラインは、前記第2の最外層ペインの前記ドローラインに対して、垂直±5°で配置される、請求項1に記載のガラス製品。
- 前記第1の最外層ペインおよび/または前記第2の最外層ペインの前記ソーダライムガラスは、各々独立に、前記ソーダライムガラスの全重量に対して、各々、
65から75wt%の量のSiO2、
0から3 wt%の量のAl2O3、
5から15 wt%の量のCaO、
0から10 wt%の量のMgO、
5から15 wt%の量のNa2O、および
0から5 wt%の量のK2O、
を有し、
Na2OとK2Oの合計は、10から15 wt%である、請求項1または2に記載のガラス製品。 - 前記第2の最外層ペインは、アルミノシリケートガラスを有し、該ガラスは、前記アルミノシリケートガラスの全重量に対して、各々、
60から70wt%の量のSiO2、
0から5wt%の量のB2O3、
1から15wt%の量のAl2O3、
0から5wt%の量のP2O5、
0から5wt%の量のLi2O、
12から18wt%の量のNa2O、
0から5wt%の量のK2O、
5から12wt%の量のMgO、
0から10wt%の量のCaO、
0から5wt%の量のSrO、
0から5wt%の量のBaO、
0から5wt%の量のZnO、
0から5wt%の量のZrO2、
0から5wt%の量のTiO2、
0から5wt%の量のSnO2、および
0から5wt%の量のCl、
を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載のガラス製品。 - それぞれ、LP-150F-C導電性プラスチックリニアセンサ(Conductive Plastic Linear Sensor)、および5200スプリングローデッドプローブ(Spring Loaded Probes)により求めた際に、0.1から50mmの断面たわみ(crossbend)寸法、および0から50000mmの曲率半径を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載のガラス製品。
- 前記第1の最外層ペインは、ソーダライムガラスであり、または
前記第2の最外層ペインは、ソーダライムガラスであり、または
前記第2の最外層ペインは、アルミノシリケートガラスであり、または
前記第2の最外層ペインは、ソーダライムガラスとアルミノシリケートガラスのハイブリッドである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載のガラス製品。 - 前記第1の最外層ペインは、1.6から2.4mmの厚さを有し、
前記第2の最外層ペインは、0.5から0.75mmの厚さを有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載のガラス製品。 - さらに、風防ガラスとして定められ、または
前記第1および第2の最外層ペインの各々は、湾曲しており、または
前記透明中間層は、前記第1および第2の最外層ペインと直接接触する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載のガラス製品。 - 実質的に直交するドローラインを有するガラス製品を製造する方法であって、
A
フロートプロセスにより、ソーダライムガラスの第1のペインを形成するステップであって、前記第1のペインは1.1から4.0mmの厚さを有する、ステップと、
B フロートプロセスにより、ソーダライムガラスおよび/またはアルミノシリケートガラスの第2のペインを形成するステップであって、前記第2のペインは0.3から1.05mmの厚さを有する、ステップと、
C 前記第1のペインから第1のブランクを切断し、前記第2のペインから第2のブランクを切断するステップであって、各ブランクは、全長を有し、該全長に沿って延伸するドローラインを有する、ステップと、
D 前記第1および第2のブランクを所望の形状にするステップと、
E 中間層を提供するステップと、
F 前記第1のブランクの前記ドローラインが、前記第2のブランクの前記ドローラインに対して実質的に垂直に配置されるように、前記第1の形状化されたブランク、前記中間層、および前記第2の形状化されたブランクを整列するステップと、
G 前記第1の形状化されたブランク、前記中間層、および前記第2の形状化されたブランクを組み合わせて、これにより、1.1から4.0mmの厚さを有する第1の最外層ペイン、該第1の最外層ペインの反対側に設置され、0.3から1.05mmの厚さを有する第2の最外層ペイン、および前記第1および第2の最外層ペインの間に配置された中間層を有する前記ガラス製品を製造するステップであって、前記第1の最外層ペインおよび前記第2の最外層ペインの各々は、全長を有し、該全長に沿って延伸する前記ドローラインを有し、前記第1の最外層ペインの前記ドローラインは、前記第2の最外層ペインの前記ドローラインに対して実質的に垂直に配置される、ステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記第1の最外層ペインの前記ドローラインは、前記第2の最外層ペインの前記ドローラインに対して、垂直±5°で配置される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の最外層ペインおよび/または前記第2の最外層ペインの前記ソーダライムガラスは、各々独立に、前記ソーダライムガラスの全重量に対して、各々、
65から75wt%の量のSiO2、
0から3 wt%の量のAl2O3、
5から15 wt%の量のCaO、
0から10 wt%の量のMgO、
5から15 wt%の量のNa2O、および
0から5 wt%の量のK2O、
を有し、
Na2OとK2Oの合計は、10から15 wt%である、請求項9または10に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の最外層ペインは、アルミノシリケートガラスを有し、該ガラスは、前記アルミノシリケートガラスの全重量に対して、各々、

を有する、請求項9乃至11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記組み合わせるステップは、さらに、前記中間層が透明中間層として定められるように積層するステップとして定められる、請求項9乃至12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記第1の最外層ペインは、ソーダライムガラスであり、または
前記第2の最外層ペインは、ソーダライムガラス、アルミノシリケートガラス、もしくはソーダライムガラスとアルミノシリケートガラスのハイブリッドである、請求項9乃至13のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記第1の最外層ペインは、1.6mmから2.4mmの厚さを有し、前記第2の最外層ペインは、0.5から0.75mmの厚さを有し、または
前記中間層は、前記第1および第2の最外層ペインと直接接触する、請求項9乃至14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
