Claims (11)
- 電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造であって、
該電気自動二輪車がフレームユニットとボディカバーユニットとを具え、該フレームユニットが、車体後方に向かって延伸するとともに、左右一対の左ステップパイプと右ステップパイプとによってなるステップパイプを具え、
該ボディカバーユニットは、少なくとも該左ステップパイプと該右ステップパイプとを遮蔽するステップボードを具え、
該ステップボード下方に、内部に電池を収納する電池ボックスを収納し、
該電池ボックスの両側に支軸を設け、該支軸によって該電池ボックスが車体の左右方向から該左ステップパイプと該右ステップパイプとに軸支され、
該電池ボックスの一方の側に該電池ボックスを連動させ、かつ該支軸を中心として該電池ボックスを回動させる駆動手段を設け、該駆動手段が該電池ボックスを車体の前後方向に回動させて開放位置か、もしくは収納位置に至らせることを特徴とする電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。 - 前記駆動手段が、該電池ボックスと該ステップパイプとの間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
- 前記駆動手段が、動力ユニットと、該動力ユニットに連動する受動部とを具え、該動力ユニットが該ステップパイプに設けられ、該受動部材が該電池ボックスの外周面の一方の側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1、もしくは請求項2に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
- 前記動力ユニットが、動力発生モータ部と伝動部とを具え、かつ該伝動部の外側に伝動ギアを設けるとともに、該受動部材と該伝動部の該伝動ギアとが歯合することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
- 前記受動部材が円弧状を呈するラックであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
- 前記左ステップパイプに左軸支部を設け、かつ該右ステップパイプに右軸支部を設け、該左軸支部と該右軸支部とによって該電池ボックスの支軸を軸支することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
- 前記電池ボックスの支軸が、車体の前後方向に沿った該電池ボックス上の中心線上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1、もしくは請求項6に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
- 前記駆動手段が、第2電池を電源として電力の供給を受けることを特徴とする請求項1、もしくは請求項2に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
- 前記ステップボードの全部、又は一部が該電池ボックスの上面を覆って配設され、該底部カバーの全部、又は一部が該電池ボックスの底面を覆って配設され、
該電池ボックスの上面に配設される該ステップボードと、該電池ボックスの底面に配設される該底部カバーとが、該電池ボックスに同期して開放され、かつ該電池ボックスが地面に対してほぼ垂直に立った状態で開放され、該電池ボックスの左端が該底部カバーの初期の位置における下端?部から地面に向かって出た状態となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。 - 前記駆動手段と該電池ボックスと該右ステップパイプとが、側面からみると重なり合った状態を呈して設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
- 前記左ステップパイプと該右ステップパイプと、該ステップボードとによって収納空間を構成し、該収納空間内に該電池ボックスを収納することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動二輪車の電池ボックスの開閉構造。
