Abstract
【解決手段】振動デバイス3は、圧電素子10、圧電素子10が接合されている振動部材50、及び圧電素子10と接続されている配線部材40を備えている。基本周波数成分を含む信号を、配線部材40を通して圧電素子10に入力する。振動デバイス3を、基本周波数成分を含み、かつ、基本周波数成分のn倍(nは、2以上の整数)の高次周波数成分を実質的に含まない振動モードで振動させる。基本周波数成分は、振動デバイス3の共振周波数成分より低い。

Claims (4)
- 圧電素子、前記圧電素子が接合されている振動部材、及び前記圧電素子と接続されている配線部材を備えている振動デバイスの振動方法であって、
基本周波数成分を含む信号を、前記配線部材を通して前記圧電素子に入力し、
前記振動デバイスを、前記基本周波数成分を含み、かつ、前記基本周波数成分のn倍(nは、2以上の整数)の高次周波数成分を実質的に含まない振動モードで振動させ、
前記基本周波数成分は、前記振動デバイスの共振周波数成分より低い、振動デバイスの振動方法。 - 前記基本周波数成分は、人間の可聴周波数帯域内に含まれる、請求項1に記載の振動デバイスの振動方法。
- 前記振動デバイスは、車両に搭載されている、請求項2に記載の振動デバイスの振動方法。
- 前記配線部材は、
樹脂からなり、前記振動部材に接合されているベースと、
前記ベース上に配置されており、前記圧電素子と接続されている複数の導体と、を有している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイスの振動方法。
